We called early one Sunday afternoon to ask about getting in for a pedicure (for me) and acrylic nails (for my daughter). We were told to come in at 3:30pm. Okay so immediately coming in and being sat down for our 11am appointment. I asked them if they could do the design I wanted and I got told yes. It was a pink and white flower French tips on my toes. They never did the pink and they didn't know how to do the flower..another employee came and redid them for me and it still wasn't like the picture, but they still look nice. Next, I had my nails done and it was rushed. A few nails are crooked and I mentioned that before acrylic was applied and I was told it would be fixed. I then asked if they could do the design and was told yes but when it came down to my nails I was told no because they didn't have time. There's air bubbles and thick layers of "goop/glue" on my nails so they don't look very clean. If they weren't so in a rush then I don't doubt my nails would look very polished. They're still cute, that's just my only complains. They were very kind and sweet to me but my mother didn't receive the same service. Her nails were also rushed and the lady who did them cut her skin like around her cuticles and under her nails and then the gel nail polish she did was goopy and just put on. Some sides were flatter than others and some nails had see through spots of her real nail bed because the gel wasn't distributed properly. My mother had kindly said something and the lady kept telling her to "wash her hands" and that's what she did. At the end of the service my moms finger was bleeding from being cut and she asked the guy who did my nails If she could have a refund and he told her he'll have to ask the lady who did her nails. He asked the lady and she came up to my mom and started SCREAMING at her for asking for it. She ended up getting her refund but terrible customer service. I also don't know why they take appointments if you're not going to be priority. They would often time stop doing my nails to go help a customer in the MIDDLE of MY appointment that we booked. Would I recommend service? No. While SOME are nice only ONE guy is skilled and that's the one who did my nails. read more

Me and my 16 year old niece were on a girl date and went to our usual pedicure spot at around 6 and we were turned away because of how many people they had waiting. Although not ideal, I started calling places in the area and someone answered at Sarah's. There was no hesitation in taking us! Upon arrival and being mesmerized by how pretty and sparkling clean the place looked, we were greeted with "did you call me 10 minutes ago?" She told us to pick out color and immediately prepared our chairs. We picked our color - they have a huge selection - and sat on the chair and turned our massagers on. Within 5 minutes we met our artists. I loved that up front they asked which pedicure we wanted instead of making us feel pressured to choose one. We went for the middle one, spa pedicure which includes a sugar scrub and cooling gel. I did not ask for my artists name, but he was a male with a man bun and he was great! He paid so much attention to my toes and offered me drinks. He also took his time, it didn't feel rushed at all. At the end it was $57 for the middle level pedicure, and gel polish. My niece and I talked about our experience afterwards, and we decided this will be our new pedicure home. They definitely made a great first impression. read more

My mom and I went on 6/6 at around 5:45 to get our nails done. She got a pedicure (the serum one) and I got my gel manicure and the serum pedicure. Both of our techs were so friendly! They engaged in conversation with us. They did great at checking in with us to see how we were doing. My mom has sensitive skin and the woman working with her was so accommodating. The place is extremely tidy and well kept. The quality of the services are well worth their price!!! This is probably my favorite gel manicure I've gotten! Not a fan. Asked for a deluxe pedicure, received a regular basic pedicure. The man who did it rushed and I couldn't relax, then gave me a half ass massage and basically just punched me calf's and feet as a massage?!? They have a few varieties you can pick from depending on how pampered you want to be. I always get dip polish and it lasts forever. I got matte this most recent time and it looks amazing. Really disappointed in the service that was given to my friend. We were both getting pedicures and there was a blatant difference between the way my friend and I were treated. I was offered water, asked constantly if I was comfortable, and received overall amazing service. My friend on the other end was being done by a young woman who was incredibly rude to her. She did not receive any type of communication or questions. The way the woman handled her was rough, she had basically jerked her feet around instead of asking my friend to lift them or position them differently. To put the nail in the coffin, when she was finished with her feet she just got up and walked away. So disrespectful and underserving of my friend who was nothing but sweet to her. Used to always go here now not sure that I will be back. The staff will talk about you while your getting your nails done/make fun of you at least that was my experience today. Also a language barrier. Showed them a picture with a few different modifications and the pictured with still copied. Worst pedi/mani I have ever had. Was pulled, tugged, moved and completely uncomfortable. No and I mean no massage with pedi or mani. Had to redo 2 toes because she wouldn't or couldn't understand that my sandke did not go on over toe separators. Mani, horrible. Nails chopped not filed or even. Absolutely horrible. I was looking for a new salon so I thought I would try this one since it was in the area I wanted, and hey had 4.5 stars. I got a powder dip and it lasted not even 24 hours before chipping and breaking. It was $61 too! Now 10 days later, every single nail is lifting, chipped, cracked or the top clear coat is all cracked up. Hands down the worst nail job, that I have ever had. Will never go back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. They must have had their friends do reviews to get 4.5 star rating. I came in from out of town and got pedicures with a local friend. She had amazing service. Her nail tech was friendly and kind and gently did her work. My nail tech sat down with her eyes closed and sighed. She acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time and I felt extremely unwanted. I attempted to make light conversation several times but was ignored. She didn't even out the length of my nails just lightly filed and painfully trimmed my cuticles. When she finished she walked away and went straight to someone else without saying anything. No "have a good day" or "thanks for coming in" nothing. I made an appointment for my daughter & I to get manicures. When we went in it was packed. Unfortunately, while we had appts for 4:00pm we did not get started with our manicures until around 4:30. My daughter went first & I was able to sit by her but then when the next person was ready I was not sitting by her which was kind of the point. The lady who did my daughter's nails seemed very annoyed that she was there, she never cracked a smile & frankly was pretty rude. I had somebody different and she was sweet. Both technicians were on there phones a little bit during our appointments (that we waited over 30 min for). All of this aside I was pleased with the end results to both manicures. The spa manicure cost $5 extra to have your hands rubbed with lotion. The lady who did my daughter's nails seem confused about their pricing. I don't know if we'll go back or not.
