She doesn't take walk-ins, so you need to make an appointment online. I came 40 minutes early because I was coming from running errands and didn't want to be late. Due to the pandemic, she is seeing clients by appointment only which is great because that avoids any crowded situation. My daughter and I have come here numerous times. Owner is very nice and her work is great. Salon is clean. Pre-Covid no appointment was necessary. We didn't know that now an appointment is needed. When we arrived without an appointment we were accommodated because there was no one else there. Hands down the best eyebrow threader in indy! I have my share of eyebrow threaders and by far she knows exactly what to do to make me feel like I didnt regret it. I went to eyes by india, little mall kiosk and they mess my brows up so bad that I felt like I was doom. Its a small little shop and everytime I am here there is never a wait. Nayan works eyebrows magic! After not going threading for 3months she manages to do it pain free and all within 10 mins still taking her time and making my eyebrows look magical again! I will never go anywhere else again! I have officially found my eyebrow threader after going to numerous places for the pass 3 years living in indy. there are multiple reasons for this low rating. 1.) the owner is extremely rude. Very short and does not create a warm environment. 2.) after eyebrow threading, I had to come home to finish cleaning them up because overall they were not that good. Finally 3.) after getting the eyelash extensions, the quality was not good. Paying $5-$7 at Walgreens for falsies would look better than paying for extensions. read more

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. There was a 20 minute wait but they have a comfy little sitting area where you can watch TV. The woman that threaded my eyebrows did an amazing job! It was so quick and painless, and she did a great job finding my natural arch and shaping them to fit my face. I had an event to go to and came in to have false eye lashes put on and my eye brows threaded. The lady that owns the shop was very friendly and took her time. The lashes looked great and immediately made me feel more glamorous. They do feel a bit heavy the first day so if you are having them done for an event, I'd do them a day or so before. The first time I came here it was 3 days before prom. I had been growing my eyebrows out and this was the first time I ever got my eyebrows done. I was very pleased with the results. My eyebrows looked great and they were not over done. She shaped them wonderfully and kept them thick. The services that I receive here were pretty decent. The woman that did my eyebrows was decent enough or nice enough rather and I was able to get clean eyebrows. I also like that the salon was really modern and clean. I felt like I was about to get my nails done at an upscale salon but I was really just getting my eyebrows done. I've gone to many eyebrow threaders in the Indy area. They are not only fast, efficient and cheaper than most options, but they do a phenomenal job with as little pain as possible. Obviously threading comes with threshold of pain for beauty, but they do an awesome job without a lot of soreness afterwards. read more
