Someone walked in right before me, so I had to wait about 5 min, as there was only one employee. The place was very quiet and appeared clean. As I waited I looked over the pricing guide and took photos. There were several pricing guides laid out by the register, each with different prices on them, some had the price crossed out with another price hand written. Then, there was a digital pricing guide on the wall, which again had different pricing (the most expensive of them). The employee spoke very little to me and what she did say was in mumbled/broken english. She worked quickly and did not apply any soothing serum on my skin afterwards. When I checked out, the price was higher than expected. I will not be returning.

Once I got into their menu and I saw everything that they offered I booked a facial first. I then questioned them upside and down about every type of laser and all the services that they offer and ultimately ended up getting a monthly membership for $150 a month that comes with a service of your choice and massive discounts off of their other more expensive procedures/laser treatments, discounted rate on Botox, fillers, etc. In my past, I've normally had to "date around" with injectors to find one that understood aesthetically what my goals are and that I could trust to have the skills to carry them out. I found Annie on the first try and could not be happier!! Not only is she stunninglybeautiful on the outside but also she is the most warm, welcoming, and sweetest person ever! Her level of expertise and experience is incredible and very assuring when you are trusting someone with maintaining your looks. So far, I've had the custom tailored facial, Botox, some filler in my lips and the full face neck and chest CO2 laser. My results have been spectacular! Not kidding they've taken 10 years of wear n tear off my face. I'm so happy with them and highly recommend them as often as I can!

After I exhausted my search, I remembered that a co-worker had mentioned she came to Tina for her eyebrows so I went ahead and booked on their website. Originally I had to reach out and ask if she provided the services and she did (quick to respond too). Tina is AWESOME, friendly and seriously knows what she is doing!!! She explained how she mapped my eyebrows, where I needed to grow out some and where she would thread and we came up with a plan on how I wanted to proceed. She has a gentle hand so the threading wasn't as irritating or painful. The space and environment is relaxing with comforting vibes as well as is Tina's personality. In addition to full threading, she also offers waxing, microbladding, brow powder/color correction, lip blushing and tinting. Tina only books by appointment , which booking online is very easy.

I really wanted to love this place, but am sad to not have had a better experience! I went today…read morefor my first bikini, full leg, & underarm wax. There are a few elements to review here. First, the girls working were all kind. My waxer maintained conversation throughout the entire waxing process to help distract from what I'd think would be a pretty painful & uncomfortable process for most people (I have a pretty high pain tolerance). My first negative was the fact that they never took the time to explain to me what in the world was going on and what I needed to do post-wax. Thankfully, I'm a researcher, so I had a good idea of what to expect walking into my appointment, but my waxer didn't explain a single aspect of the wax to me - just went ahead and started, despite clarifying it was my first wax. When I was leaving, they handed me a couple mini aftercare products and said bye. I wasn't bold enough to ask what they were because I felt very much like I was being rushed out, so again, I researched and determined a good course of action. I feel as though if you have someone who is coming for a first wax, you really need to be clear what is going on and especially what the aftercare process should look like, you don't want them to mess anything up! My second biggest complaint is the amount of bruising I have! Unfortunately I can't upload pictures of this because of the location (bikini wax), but it is pretty significant. Also based on research, I think this could be due to the technique used by my waxer that led to this not being the best experience (not making the skin taut, rewaxing the same area, etc.). Had I known these things in advance I would have spoken up, but here we are :( One suggestion I'd make to this place would be to also figure out a way to make the rooms slightly more private. They have the layout of the waxing rooms with the waxing tables/beds facing so that, if laying down, your legs/private area is facing towards the door. I mention this because, if the door opens for any reason, you would be completely exposed to the brows/lashes area of the salon. My waxer stepped out of the room and asked me to remove my underwear and lay on the table, but I wasn't comfortable doing that until she was back in the room with me, knowing that the door would swing open and I'd be exposed to who knows how many people! Probably worth considering switching the tables to another wall to protect the privacy of the clients!! However, one of the perks of this place was that they treated my service dog with so much kindness. They were very welcoming and had no issues whatsoever with her coming into the business. I'm always so thankful for places that are accommodating of ADA like this!!
