I happened upon this business as I was shopping around one day. Decided to go in to get my face hair threaded. Someone walked in right before me, so I had to wait about 5 min, as there was only one employee. The place was very quiet and appeared clean. As I waited I looked over the pricing guide and took photos. There were several pricing guides laid out by the register, each with different prices on them, some had the price crossed out with another price hand written. Then, there was a digital pricing guide on the wall, which again had different pricing (the most expensive of them). The employee spoke very little to me and what she did say was in mumbled/broken english. She worked quickly and did not apply any soothing serum on my skin afterwards. When I checked out, the price was higher than expected. I will not be returning. read more

The ladies here at JS are not only so good at what they do, they are also so so nice and so quick. I'm usually in and out within 30-50 mins. I needed to find a new eyebrow place and this place was the only one with decent reviews so I went. I called ahead to see if it was okay for me to come and she gave me the okay. The girl was nice and she did not make my eyebrows thin like I asked of her. My only complaint is that I have small scars above one of my eyebrows .. but nothing too terrible. I would still go back because the service is decent and the prices are fair. read more

Although it's my first time having brow threading, am glad I had to experience it for the first time. Let me start by first saying the owners and staff are extremely sweet! Everyone has great customer service and is skilled to a degree in their craft.... However with that being said I have two give a low star rating due to their negligence in surveying customers individually and not rushing. I came to get an eyebrow tint and was switched between two different techs to do my tinting. Neither of them asked me prior to what I used on my face as far as skin care products they just went in with the rushed service. 10 mins in and I guess I had a reaction to the waxing and the owner was called to explain to me. I was calm and they put ointment on my red and swollen brows but I still had to pay for my service no composition offered to me. I didn't know but after this encounter one of my friends who is an esthetician told me that eyebrow techs are supposed to ask clients about skin care products utilized prior to providing a service that could cause a reaction. These ladies did not also this is day 3 and my skin around my brows is raw to the touch and burned. I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up or compensation from this establishment who I frequented often because of their great customer service but I see now care and professionalism is lacking. read more

Went in on my lunch break for a quick eyebrow wax. Ended up trying eyebrow threading since wax breaks me out, and was surprised to find it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. this place is wonderful. made me feel like a hollywood movie star. they adhered to covid protocols really well and i felt very safe through my whole experience. i had to get my whole back waxed because my wife complains when we swim in the pool my hair gets caught in her mouth. personally i thought that was funny but she tends to get extremely angry and me being a good husband i went to get my back waxed. great experience. will be here biweekly to get it done read more

I came in yesterday to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. I noticed there were two new females workin but In my head I'm thinking "oh well they work here I'm sure they know what there doing". I sat down in the chair and a short lady came over and started doing my eyebrows. Everything was fine but I noticed she was talking her time but it didn't concern me much. As we got done I noticed they were un even. My left brown was higher than my right and they didn't look clean they just looked messy. If I'd know I'd get a result like this I'd surly have just done my own at home. I'm the type of female that if there eyebrows aren't done I feel ugly and then and there I felt ugly. I told myself I could fix it at home and first asked her to fix my upper lip cause there was obviously patches of hair. I got up paid and left.
