The studio is in the cutest building, recently renovated in Bates Hendricks, with plenty of street parking available. It is clean and all the staff are incredibly kind, yet professional. I was hesitant to try something new, but Jessica was great and explained the whole process. Since I don't wear a lot of makeup already, we used my lash lift and brow lamination to enhance what was already there. This studio is a dream come true! I came in to get a keratin lash lift and tint from Kellie and I'm so happy with the results. She was super friendly and calming and took her time doing my lashes. I've had a few bad lifts in the past with artists who rushed through the process, didn't tell me what they were doing, and didn't use timers, so Kellie's methodical approach and attention to the tiny details were so reassuring. Also, they moved studios just in the last month, and their new space is GORGEOUS. It's so clean, and has the best boho tranquil Fleetwood Mac vibes--I could live there! She asked me all the details I was looking forward to prior to the extension, and the whole process was very soothing without any discomfort (gosh I don't wanna rethink about my last experience which gave my eyes irritation). Several cool highlights: 1. Camorie's very experienced in styling lashes. I showed her a pic of Asian cat eye style and she immediately knew what to do. 2. The lashes they use are of high quality. I booked the Celestial set and the lashes I got are literally like my own lashes: extremely soft, lightweight, and natural (definitely not those plastic / artificial lashes). 3. I recently visited to get Celestial lash extensions from Chastity and had an amazing experience. The salon is clean and welcoming. Chastity explained the process and asked me what kind of look I was going for. The process took a little over two hours, but I felt comfortable the entire time. The furniture is comfortable and even though there was construction going on downstairs, the environment is relaxing. I even fell asleep a few times during the appointment. My lashes look very natural, and they feel like my normal lashes. I've had them for almost a week now and I've gotten so many compliments.
