Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.

Which is frustrating because ,not only did I pay for the product I paid for the expertise of the injector. At one point she asked if it was enough on one side , leaving an unbalanced look. I do have fuller lips but I wanted more definition and ,fullness now it just looks like a blob. Please hire injectors with more experience . Honestly , Laser Away is the European wax of the beauty world . I've gotten service at the navy yard location and it was exceptional the providers were thorough and I knew what to expect.
