Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

They advertise a lot of cosmetic procedures so that seems to be their focus over medical dermatology. We went there for one main reason: they were able to get my teenager in the very next day for an evening appointment. I had called another dermatology group (Dawes Fretzin) and they had a 2 month wait for an initial visit. There were a couple of problems with this visit but the main one I think about now is that the PA should have done a visual exam of his skin but he didn't even have my son take off his shirt to see if there were any skin problems overall. They didn't really ask about family history either and both grandfather and uncle had basal cell carcinoma, a non-melanoma cancer spot on my nose ( common type) which were both surgically removed eventually. My teenager is probably ok because he gets tan so easily every summer but that doesn't excuse that lack of due diligence or excellent care. The visit with the PA was personable and he seemed to know acne care. He and the nurse were very friendly and helpful. He prescribed 3 things and placed the order for those online. There was a program or service I'd never heard of. I did have to register for the final mail delivery service but the best part was that these were at no extra charge since insurance covered it. They seemed to do this a lot. Within 5 to 7 days we got a box delivered to the door. That was nice. We arrived a little early for the appointment and were not told that the PA would not be on time. (Their chalk board said they were on time.) After 15 or 20 minutes of waiting I asked about it and it wasn't much longer before they got us back to the exam room. For our purposes for this issue this practice was fine. For acne and other aesthetic procedures I'd probably recommend. But for any other skin concerns I will make sure to see an MD or go to another one.

Nasya took the time to explain each treatment and the benefits behind them, and her knowledge and friendliness immediately made me feel comfortable. After chatting with her, I ended up booking all four services. First impression: very clean, organized, and welcoming space. Compared to other spas I've visited, the pricing here was also very reasonable. I started with the steam room and chose the eucalyptus and mint combination, which felt incredibly refreshing. The funny thing is, 30 minutes on a treadmill feels like eternity, but 30 minutes in a relaxing steam room feels like 30 seconds. Time flew by. Robes and slippers were provided since you move between rooms for different treatments. If you plan to do multiple services, I recommend bringing a small tote bag to keep your belongings together as you go from room to room. Next was the salt sauna with infrared (an additional upgrade), and it was absolutely worth it, especially for my aching back. The hydromassage bed was a really interesting experience. You can adjust the pressure, choose specific parts of your body to target, and even adjust the temperature to your liking. The zero-gravity massage chair was another highlight, offering different massage programs, heat options, and positions that really help you relax. By the time I finished all the treatments, my skin felt soft, my back felt amazing, and I walked out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. If you're looking for a clean, relaxing, and friendly spa to relieve stress, body aches, or even sinus pressure, this is definitely a place worth checking out. I went in because I've been dealing with sleep issues, fatigue, mental fog, and grief from losing my husband, and I'm so glad I scheduled this. Dr. Gillette wasn't onsite at the time, but she personally called me beforehand to walk through everything and followed up afterward, which meant a lot. She left me in great hands with Christine, who administered the IV. She's amazing--I didn't even feel it go in. Ashley scheduled my appointment and was so friendly, and check-in through their app was seamless. I originally booked because I've been so tired, lacking motivation, and I have surgery coming up in a couple weeks. My surgeon said this therapy was fine to do, and I'm planning to have another IV several days after my procedure to help with healing.
