Went here and had such a pleasant time. It was easy to find and super cute on the inside. I was about 10 minutes early to my appointment. While I had knew quite a bit from roaming, exploring the site and having convo with a friend I did wish the informational piece was a little more detailed. I went for relaxation and to detox and that's EXACTLY what I received. The infrared tower was a tad noisy but all in all a 10/10. Annnnnnd they value wholistic health and I was able to pay part of my balance with my HSA card. I highly recommend everyone to support this local + black owned establishment.

I made a new connection with my wellness and had the pleasure of enjoying the Aroma Room Hydrotable Spa experience, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, inviting, and beautifully scented with subtle essential oils. The staff and owner Shayla Webb was inviting, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. I enjoyed my discussion with Shayla and taking the tour of each room which was a Salt Room, Aroma therapy chat massage room, and the Steam Shower experience!!

While here I had decided to buy a candle because in the room I was at for my hydro message the candle in that room smelt really good. I had asked the owner Shayla about the candle which she explained to me that her brother makes the candles and sells them right there in the shop. The candle doesn't even have to be lit and it has a nice smell to it. It will make a whole room smell good just by you taking the lid off. I couldn't pass up this candle and the price was great so of course I had to buy the candle. The AromaRoom is a great place especially if you want to get your relaxation in while there or if you want get a candle to help you relax at home. Either way you will not be disappointed.

I booked a hydro massage and it was so peaceful. The place was very clean and the receptionist was friendly!

Perfect for when you need to relax and unwind, The AromaRoom is an oasis tucked in a small studio space in Carmel City Center. Immediately upon entering you're greeted with the smell of eucalyptus and other calming scents. There is a cozy little seating area, complete with complimentary water as well as mocktails and teas. I highly recommend trying out the hydro massage. The bed has multiple different setting that allow you to adjust the pressure and speed to your liking. You can get a full body massage or target a specific area. We also did a steam and sauna. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. If you're unsure what to choose, she will provide you with aromas tailored to your needs.

My husband and I wanted something new to do for our anniversary. This was perfect! We did the salt sauna with aroma and heat and then the hydromassage. Both exceeded expectations. The sauna was perfectly relaxing. I was so surprised by the hydromassage! It was amazing. Unlike roller ball massages, this conformed to my body making me feel the relief of an actual person-performed massage. I love that you can pick experiences at a reasonable price so that your day can be what you want it to be. We will be back.

Don't you love leanring about little gems of self care? I do! The lobby area is crisp and clean with a little coffee bar and a table full of essential oils and little cards that explain the oils and benefits. There were so many and, being unfamiliar with most of them, it was a bit overwhelming. THe owneer, Shayla, offered to pick for me, and I agreed. I told her I tend to like florals, and wanted to feel destressed and relaxed (as opposed to feeling something invigorating). I ended up with bergamot, chamomile, rose, and lavendar. In the steam area, I chose to lie down on the tile bench. There was a timer and everything is automated. It took me a little to figure out what was going on. I can't imagine just sitting on the bench, that seems like it would be uncomfortable. The room got warmer and warmer with the intermittant steam, up to 113*. It was quite relaxing. The bergamost scent really over powered everyhting, so next time I would choose just to go rose and lavendar. I had read you could play music on your phone and I did not do that. I think the sound of the steam whoosing in would over power it. It would be great if they had house music piped in. After, I took a nice cool shower to rinse off, then headed to the room next door for my hydro bed massage that I had added on to my appointment. Here, you lie down and it is also automated. You can indicate of the screen harder or softer and different body zones. It's a little noisy near your head! But it did feel nice. The one thing that was weird to me is, I wonder if you are a larger frame or heavier set person, if you'd actually fit in it, the way the bed was. I am an athletic build and could stand to lose 20 lbs, but I'm not considered obese. I am not sure this would work for people much bigger than me (?) -- see the pic I took of how I fit in the bed. I couldn't see a way to adjust that part of the bed. Also, when the water massages up at your head (because it operates like it's scanning your body up and down), well at your head, it is quite noisy! It was a nice evening of self care. They also have salt and light therapy rooms - next time! #ReviewsByRL

Make self care a priority and start by making an appointment here! The private therapy rooms are relaxing, inviting, and perfectly sized. I experienced the salt therapy with diffuser and left feeling great. Relaxed and ready to face the rest of the day. I'm ready to visit again and try different treatments. The special touches like robe and slippers are top notch. The owner makes the experience personal with her explanation of the treatments and essential oils. Her genuine love for your wellness and self care shines! I loved all of the essential oil options, and the menu really helps. No blind picking here! Enjoying a custom refreshment afterward really caps the day off. Be sure to add this to your routine. Oh! And there are memberships available with unlimited visits!

10s, 10s, 10s across the board! When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a wonderfully subtle blend of aromas. I'm very sensitive to fragrances and, Shayla, the owner, took time to inquire about what scents we wanted and what effect we were going for (i.e. relaxation, decongesting, etc.) She is super kind, professional, personable and took extremely good care of us. We decided to try out all three services, the Halotherapy, Steam Suite and Hydromassage, and you can't go wrong by choosing any of them (but do all three, if you can)! I think my favorite was the steam suite. My husband and I were sweatin' it out to to the oldies... or at least that's what it felt like! (Pro tip: don't wear make-up and don't be surprised when you sweat out your edges!) Omg, so refreshing, invigorating and detoxifying. Love, love, loved it! In a close second was the Halotherapy with the red light tower. That tower is intense, but in the best way possible. The warmth and the salt felt very healing. We'll be back. Definitely thinking of getting a membership because my body needs the type of self-care and relaxation being offered here!

I recently bought a membership for the AromaRoom at a very decent price and decided to treat myself nearly each weekend with all three of their services: the salt sauna, aromatherapy sauna, and hydrotherapy massage. I went again yesterday, and it was amazing. I started with the aromatherapy sauna, which really opened up my senses and felt incredibly refreshing. Then, I moved to the salt sauna with infrared, which not only helped clear my sinuses but also boosted collagen production--perfect for a rejuvenating skin boost. To top it all off, the hydrotherapy massage was just what I needed to work out some stubborn knots. This place has quickly become a favorite, and I'm excited to keep going back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some deep relaxation and self-care--it's a necessary indulgence!

Shayla is great at creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I had already been in previously to try the sauna room with salt and infrared light. This time I decided to try out the steam room for 45 minutes. I am OBSESSED! I was not sure what essential oil blend I wanted, so I asked Shayla to pick for me. Shayla asked me what problems I am having. I told her stress, exhaustion, and hormones. When I was in the room the smell of the essential oils were divine. I later found out it was a blend of lavender, bergamot, patchouli, and lime. I went out with some friends that night who couldn't stop commenting about how I had a glow! It was an incredible experience and the benefits were so immediate, I'll be sure to be back again soon! Shayla has truly thought of everything that a person could want in a steam room. Don't want your hair to get wet? Shower cap. Want to lay down? Spa pillow. Want to bring your phone in with you? Waterproof phone case. Want slippers or a robe or extra towels? Already there.

Everyone was so nice upon arrival! The business is super cute and smells amazing when you walk in. We got to meet the Owner, Shayla. She has an amazing story and I loved hearing the different benefits the aromatherapy offers. We love the complementary beverages that were offered. We had "the pinch of salt" experience. I felt super relaxed when I left the room. It was set at 88 degrees, not to hot but perfect for relaxation. We also had unwind (a blend of scents/aromas that help you relax). We were able to park on the street, right out front of the building but there was also a parking garage attached. The prices were very very reasonable. We have already planned to come back.

My boo took me here for a surprise date. I had a calendar invite that said "wear comfy clothes and sneakers" and I got dressed and he brought me here so so so freaking thoughtful. We walked in and the owner was so helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. I really appreciate how informative she was about the Aroma Room and what it entails. We were able to pick the steam room as our choice and we had everything we needed. She even had shower caps for the girls that need it! I definitely left out feeling relaxed and the next time I come I want to try the salt room. My only feedback would be having waters on the counter on display at check out when we walk out because it was hot haha. Beautiful experience.

Because what a relaxing experience! I have discovered that one of my favorite ways to relax and reset is to sit in a dark cave, surrounded by tons of Himalayan salt. It's called halotherapy, if you want to be fancy, and it's also called "salt cave" if you want to be less fancy. A few years ago, when I visited a salt cave for my first time, I fell asleep during my session. Do you know how difficult it is for me to nap? Let alone nap in a salt cave?! I knew I had found something special after that session. This time, I did not fall asleep, but I luxuriated in that comfortable in-between twilight stage of being awake and being asleep. I probably could have fallen asleep, but I wanted to be awake to enjoy every second of my salt cave experience this time. There are two different salt caves. They don't mention the sizes of the caves on the website, so I'll mention it here! The Harmony Cave is located downstairs and is the biggest salt cave. This one can hold several people. The upstairs cave is the Tranquility Cave, and it is smaller, although I haven't seen it myself. Keep in mind that, unless you book a private session, if someone books at the same time that you do, you might be in a salt cave with other people that you don't know. That wasn't the case for me, though. The cave is so peaceful and dark! There are chairs with electromagnetic fields pulsating out of them, and blankets that you can use to be snuggly and ultra cozy. The chairs recline, so you can lie completely down or elevate yourself to whatever degree you're comfortable. Sessions are one hour, and that hour goes by very fast! The spa itself is impeccably cute. There's a gift shop as soon as you enter, with lots of things like salt stones, lip balm, candles, jewelry and many other things. The whole place is spotless and inviting, and the perfect place to visit when you want to relax.

You can choose a from relaxing in the salt cave or detoxing with a foot soak, and both are only $45 per session!! We made reservations for the foot soak about a week prior to the Sunday we chose with no issues. They were ready for us upon arrival, and the staff greeted us and was very thorough in explaining the soak process to us. I think there are 2 private rooms for the foot soaks, and there were maybe 5 chairs in the room we were in. They played some cute holiday music for us, but offered to let us use Bluetooth to hook onto their speaker and play our own personal playlist. Judgment free zone! The staff member was very patient with us and explained the whole process before beginning our soaks. The infrared lights were probably my favorite part. They were so warm and cozy. The little wands are adjustable so you can move them wherever you like around your face. I do have to mention that we were trying to lie back and get comfortable, and we struggled a bit as the chairs did not have head rests. I think the soak took about 20 or 30 minutes, and our necks started to get a little sore from the lack of support. If you scooch down far enough in the chair, you can rest your head on the back of the seat, but then your lower back starts to hurt. Apparently, another staff member was supposed to come in halfway during our soaks to add more hot water to our bowls, but she did not. We were fine though. Yes, more hot water would have been nice, but we lived. At the end of it, all, the water is disgusting regardless of the temperature. The girls will drain your bowl, check the contents, and explain to you the likely reasons for what is in there. So gross, but a very fun experience. We laughed the whole time. Apparently, pulling the toxins is not so much for detoxing as it is to help you understand what's going on inside your body. We received helpful feedback about dietary changes that could honestly benefit anyone. It was nice that the girls didn't act like sales people like some spas do when they try to get you to come back excessively and unnecessarily. They give it to you straight and explain how to use the tools they offer, they were also nice enough to offer us a tour of their whole facility so we could see the salt caves, but they had other customers and we didn't want to take up their time. For $45 though, we'll definitely be back to check out the salt caves. Oh, and the storefront has adorable little items to shop for ranging from healthcare items to jewelry to kitchen utensils. Super cute!
