Since I try to get Botox on my lunch breaks, I appreciate the flexible availability that they offer. They also expedite the check in process by sending you your new client packet prior to your appointment. It is completed by patients digitally and loaded to their database prior to your appointment for a highly convenient check in process. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for checkin. I was promptly greeted by a very lovely receptionist who confirmed my information. She was highly welcoming and guided me to have a seat and offered me complimentary beverages during my short wait. My appointment started promptly as scheduled. I was taken back to a very private room that resembled that of a doctor's office. The professional setting does offer a feeling of safety and competency knowing that they take care to place you in a sanitary and professional environment for your cosmetic procedures. Since I have never been here previously, the nurse practitioner diligently took the time to talk to me about my goals and advised me if what I wanted was possible. I tend to over-research online, and she was so patient with my million questions. I really appreciated that she did not try to oversell me on their products as well. I've been to other spas who did not really listen to what I wanted, and they seemed more interested in selling me the most number of units possible when I didn't actually need them. Rest assured that they do not do that here. They will hear you out and provide the appropriate services to give you what you want. I received Botox around my crows feet area and "11 lines" during my first visit here. She sanitized my skin, used medical grade supplies, and took her time. I got the results I wanted with no bruising or negative side effects. I say "first visit" because they were so wonderful that I trusted them with my filler next. The nurse practitioner provided me with consultation on my filler goals during my botox visit. She diligently reviewed the various types of fillers and their purposes. They were offering discounts on multiple fillers so I was pleased with my followup purchase. I told her that my lips swell and bruise very badly after filler, and she gave me the EXCELLENT TIP of starting arnica prior to my filler appointment to help with those issues. I scheduled my filler appointment for 2 days later and did as suggested. I HAD NO BRUISING FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!! Hallelujah!!! Thank you do much for the arnica tip! She made me feel so safe during my botox appointment that I trusted her to inject a few more units into my lips than I usually do. She addressed my requests to create a cute pout, correct my asymmetry, and create subtlety fuller lips. I don't like to look like I get filler so she heard me out and delivered excellent results. The swelling and tenderness subsided in a few days as expected. I absolutely LOVE my results!! Sanitary environment. Medically trained staff. Deals and membership options for bigger savings. Wide availability to accommodate most schedules. And I can't stress this enough... they actually listen to your goals and then get you there. So many other spa services are offered here as well. And while I don't think it was done with intent { I don't think the NP realized her actions} my perception was she was a tad condensing and felt I as if she was belittling me as the patient. They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.
