Music was so relaxing and peaceful. Madison was at the desk and she told me to help myself to some tea or water. She was very helpful and very informative so I really did appreciate that especially this being my first visit. She showed me to my room where I was to do the 45 min infrared sauna. She helped me with my Bluetooth connection. I was ready to go after a quick trip to the ladies room. The 45 min was exactly what I needed. It felt so good and so amazing to have that time to myself. I doxed off for a few.. I love that the sauna beeps very mildly to let you know there's 5 min left. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit most especially because it was a wonderful surprise that they had Easter eggs hidden and the sign said to find one so I did and it said my next appointment was free! I am 68 years old, I have been in a mass shooting and fell 30 feet in the military, overall the…read morenightmare I experienced with Perspire Carmel was the biggest nightmare of my life. I came to Perspire to rest my back from Hot Yoga. I soon experience two medical mysteries that put me in the ICU. Testing revealed nothing, although I still canceled my contract on September 18, 2025 and received a confirmation email saying my contract was cancelled and I had four sessions I had paid for that I could still use. I foolishly refuse to believe the sauna could be a trigger for my mysterious illnesses, so after several weeks I called to see if I could still use my residual sessions, which I was told yes, after a couple of sessions I was back in the ICU again. I was then forced to believe that the sauna was triggering some anomaly in me. I do not blame the sauna, although I do believe that I would have avoided the three hospitalizations had I not gone to Perspire, because every sauna I have used before and after did not cause any health concerns at all. The Perspire sauna was what all three of my ICU stays had in common. The last day I got sick, was the last day I went to Perspire. I told the studio about my first two hospitalizations, after the third I just never went back, thinking all ties with Perspire were severed. Because I used a debit card and had my contract canceled it was never on my radar that Perspire would start a new contract For me without telling me, so they could fleece me out of approximately a $1,000. They paid themselves $139.00 on October 15, 2025, then $89.00 for the next ten months. On September 13, 2026 they texted me after draining my account saying my preferred payment method had been declined. I told them I had not authorized that b.s and wanted my money back. First they said they could not return my money because I was not on film requesting the bogus contract that I did not know existed be canceled. Then they said their computer would only allow them to return two months of money that they treated themselves to. I was my moms 24/7 caregiver from the ages of 83 to 98 (she died at home) The money that Perspire scammed me out of, then refuse to return was part of my inheritance money. It sickens me after dedicating 15 years of my life, Perspire thinks they are more entitled to that money than I am, because they found a way to cheat me out of it. I do not have any respect at all for people who scam senior citizens whether I am the one on the receiving end of the scam or not. Perspire was a horrific waste of time, money and health for me., and I certainly was not counting on Perspire giving themselves a $1,00 dollars worth of bogus tips, to add insult to injury. I took a trip around the world, then was bitten by something that made me very sick when returned. I am not saying I think their sauna would be dangerous for other people, although I would not use their sauna again for a million dollars. I won two national awards during a five year career as a health food store manager, I am appalled by Perspires lack of customer service and ethics and morals.

They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.

I had to turn around and leave because I had no bands and they want you to buy them there. I then decided was going to cancel within the first 72 hours as I figured out it wasn't going to be for me. Of course, I couldn't do this since there was no staff. The rooms are super small and it's a real hassle to follow the workout when you're on the ground and the tv is high on the wall. Lastly, if you're a man, it's highly unlikely you will like this much as it's 100% targeted towards women. The videos are cheap for them to just play on a loop and overall not a great experience. I will cancel and be out $300 because of the ridiculous 60 day notice. Don't join.
