I made the mistake of going to Microblading and Brow Lounge last week, as I thought it would be great to kill two birds with one stone. I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming and the prices were cheap. But you get what you pay for.. I got a brow and lip wax. The wax was warmed in a reusable pen-type tool, that was stationed in one of the most unclean stations I've seen. There was wax everywhere and quite frankly, I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. There was even someone else in the lounge waiting for a service, as it sounded like the employee she made her appointment with ran very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Dolly was the best! Came in with uneven eyebrows and she worked her magic. Will be coming back

What a great experience! I have always had naturally thin eyebrows plus over waxing in high school has forced me to draw them in every day. Sometimes tedious if I'm running short on time. I first heard about microblading about a year ago. Sounded like the perfect thing! I looked into it saw the price and decided to hold off. LUCKILY, I found DL and his custom quotes starting at $100. What a great thing to offer clients considering not all brows are the same. I made my apt and got in fairly quick once I received my custom quote. The salon very chic and clean and welcoming. DL took his time drawing and measuring for the perfect brow. I loved how much time was spent here and showed he really cared about his clients. Next was the numbing solution which worked great. Once that set in the process was not painful at all. He explained the healing process and next steps. I am going back for my touch up next week and can't wait! Overall love the work DL did! read more

See all

DL created MAGIC on my face. I have always had very fine, white eyebrows. From afar they look so transparent that it didn't even look like I had eyebrows a lot of the time. DL created a beautiful shape, matched my hair color, and created such a natural looking brow for me. I can't thank him enough! read more

Great service, communication, and follow through from Ashley - Truly a microblading artist!

I've had my brows done now for over 3 years! The work DL does is amazing, I can get ready and go! Would I go back to him? ABSOLUTELY

*If I could give 3.5 stars I would, but I don't want to drag down their rating so we'll go with 4.* I was really excited to have microblading done, and I was encouraged to try the Microblading and Brow Lounge because I saw that they do training for techs who are learning the technique. My hope was that once I had the procedure done, my eyebrows would look as great as they do in the after photos without any makeup added. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. My initial procedure was done by a stylist other than D.L, (their second most expensive tech) and she was very friendly when selling me on the procedure during my consultation, but pretty indifferent to my presence when I showed up to actually do it. I was nervous (as anyone would be having this done for the first time) and so I wanted her to take a little more time explaining what she was doing as she was doing it - but she really didn't - mostly just chatted with her fellow technicians. Also, the shape she chose for me was way too dramatic, and I trusted the formula and measurements they take, but even asking questions about the shape seemed to irritate her. I really expected a higher level of service, and a "let's make sure you're comfortable before I tattoo your face" type of attitude, even though it's semi-permanent. Anyway, my brows did look good when I left the salon, but then I went through all the expected healing phases. She did give me a sheet of paper explaining those phases, which all went as expected, except the part where after the scabbing is done and they come off, the color is supposed to re-appear - this didn't happen. I was left with my original brows, after spending $340 (including a 20% tip). I was expecting to need a touch-up anyway, and I decided to book that with D.L., the owner and top technician. I did that, and he was friendlier, and did much more explaining his process and answering questions, but to be honest, the result is underwhelming. (I had my touch-up 2 weeks ago, so they're about how they're going to be.) They're better than my natural brows now, but I will still be applying make-up to enhance them basically everyday. This result may be specific to me, but if I could do it again, I wouldn't. The result is about 70% of what I was hoping for, and I spent about $510 total including tips. I've had much better results with $40 brow tinting, and I could do that every month for a year and still spend less money. read more

I just wanna say it took me a long time to get my brows done! I've been wanting to do it for a very long time but could not find anyone with the experience or the great artistic technic it takes to create the perfect brow! DL has both!! His lounge is clean with a great atmosphere. He takes his time and takes pride in his work and it shows. I truly had a great experience and will use him in the future for all my brow needs! So glad I found him such a gem of an artist. read more

Microblading and Brow Lounge - My penciled in eyebrows, my eyebrows with no make up, then microblading by DL at the brow lounge! Amazing huh! Love it! - Permanent Makeup Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

This was such a great experience! DL is very efficient thorough and skilled. The location is in a very nice office suite. Id been stalking this place on instagram for a while and knew I wanted my brows microbladed. I was used as a model for a trainee for my appointment. From start to finish DL made the process very pleasant. The studios were very clean and sterile, the staff was all nicely dressed, professional and welcoming. The process is about 2.5 hours. I felt no pain the entire time. Also they triple and quadruple checked their work and made sure i was comfortable throughout. Extremely pleased with initial results and recommending to all my friends! read more

The best beauty decision I ever made! I was very reluctant to get the procedure because of all the horror stories I see everywhere. All I could think was "what if I end up with brows that look horrible?" So I decided to go for it and I have gotten so many complements on these brows. I should have had this done a long time ago. Devin (DL) is such a professional. The shop was neat and clean. He explained everything he was doing as we went along which really helped me to relax because boy was I nervous. The process went smoothly and I left with perfect brows that were customized just for me, not the standard stenciled brows that I was afraid of. Six months later my brows are still perfect! Definitely recommend him to anyone considering getting microbladed. read more

I have never done anything that changed my face as much as microblading my brows. DL is so patient and reassuring....I fell asleep twice! No pain, just beautiful brows! read more

Janet usually does my brows and does a phenomenal job, which is why I drive from Carmel to Castleton to get my threading done by her. She was unavailable today, and although he was very busy, DL squeezed me in between his scheduled clients. He did an excellent job, even though he was pressed for time. read more

If you're considering microblading, you need to go, and you need to see Devin!! I feel like an entire different person, like my inner diva is finally out! I asked Devin if he could shade in my eyebrows and make an arch, and the finished product is amazing!! I've always wanted an arch in my eyebrows, and he 'manufactured' an arch with the microblading that I'm in love with. He did such a great job explaining things, I couldn't imagine anyone better. And the best part? It didn't even hurt!! He uses a numbing cream and I literally had to ask if he had started doing it because I felt something, though it didn't hurt. He also gives you this magic ball at the end, it resembles an EOS lip balm ball, but it's from Devin's personal line, and it's for the healing process of your brow. Devin also does custom pricing, which is unique and I'd assume most people, including myself, appreciate. Why pay a cookie cutter price for microblading when everyone's eyebrows are different? He gives everyone an individual price based on their level of need. Also, you don't have to go in for an estimate, you can text him a picture and he'll give it to you & hey, I love anyone who saves my time! It takes about two hours, which sounds crazy, but it doesn't seem like 2 hours go by when you're there. He takes the time to measure out the perfect measurements for your brows, and lets you see to agree or adjust before he starts the process. I cannot say enough good things about Devin, and the microblading process itself. I even fell asleep here and there!! read more

Best place ever!!!!! Devin is amazing. I was so impressed with him and the time he took to explain things to me. He is definitely a perfectionist and it is amazing. I have had more compliments on my brows then I could have imagined. I really liked that he customized my price based on what he would have to do with my brows. I'm so glad I chose him and to do the microblading. It's the best money I have spent in a long time. If I could I would give Devin 1000 stars he's that good!!!! read more

My brows were microbladed by Daisja, who was recommended by a friend. She is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The environment is nice, clean and relaxing. There was little to no pain, due to the numbing cream. I was very impressed when I looked in the mirror and saw the results of her skills. I will definitely be returning. She made a happy camper out of me. read more

I couldn't be happier with my microblading experience. My brows look great! They add shape and dimension to my face and I'm so excited. The process was relatively painless (2/10 for me at most) and the salon is clean. But in addition, DL (the owner and my technician) was friendly and professional. He explained the whole process, opened up for questions or feedback, and made me feel at ease. I can tell that he's a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want! I've written one other Yelp review in my life, so this isn't usually my thing. But I wanted to come on here and help support a talented business owner with the hopes that he can grow! I love my new brows and would recommend Microblading and Brow Lounge to anyone. read more

I am 18 years old and took a chance to get my brows microbladed by DL. He did a fantastic job of taking care of me and explaining the process to me and what I should look for. The process took about 2 hours with him measuring everything perfect before he started the process. His atmosphere was clean and modern. I felt very comfortable when I step foot inside his office. He uses numbing cream to make sure I didn't feel pain by putting it on multiple times through the session. I recommend to go to him! I had a fantastic experience and continue to go back to him for other services and my brows. read more

so disappointed with this the company. Made my appt. a month ago, placed my deposit with them. Drove to the Lawrence location and the door was locked. I kept calling and 15 minutes later a lady answered, she told me to come to the Carmel location. I then told her it would take me 30 minutes to drive back north. I then asked if they would still be able to take me and was told YES. Asked for directions and someone gave me the wrong directions. Called back someone else told me where. Got there 10 minutes later and was told to late. To l then told I had to re book at the end of July. My appt. was confirmed by email and nothing was mentioned about a change of location. Drove for over an hour for nothing. I asked for my deposit back and she had to check. I had such high hopes- but not any more. read more
