I've had BBL (laser) treatments more than 10 times across the U.S. and Korea over the past two years, so I am very familiar with proper technique, settings, and overall treatment flow. From the beginning of this session, something felt off. The sound and delivery pattern were inconsistent compared to what I've experienced before, and even the number of passes between areas was not consistent. At that point, I questioned whether the provider had been properly trained. I asked if the settings were correct, and instead of providing a clear explanation, the provider simply said it was "normal," despite visibly hesitating and appearing unsure. There was also a lack of technical precision. Areas that require careful technique, such as around the nose, were not treated appropriately, and no adjustment in tip size or approach was made. Communication was also inadequate. Since my eyes were covered, I expected the provider to clearly explain what treatment was being performed at each step, but that did not happen. There was little to no explanation throughout the procedure. The most critical issue was the Skin Smooth treatment itself. Normally, this involves 1-3 uniform passes across the full face. Instead, the provider repeatedly treated both cheeks excessively--approximately 50 passes per side, almost at a level that felt like continuous rubbing--while completely skipping the forehead. I have never experienced this level of repeated passes or heat buildup in any BBL treatment, whether in the U.S. or Korea, and it was very concerning. Because I had already questioned the settings at the beginning, I chose not to interrupt further and assumed there might be a reason. However, after reviewing standard BBL Skin Smooth protocols, this approach does not align with accepted practice. Even if a more aggressive or targeted method was intended, there should have been a clear explanation provided. This level of repetitive energy stacking on one area raises serious concerns about over-treatment risk, uneven results, and clinical judgment. No explanation was given for this approach. I have previously had to switch providers at this clinic due to inconsistency. While I had a better experience with another provider, this visit highlights a broader issue: a lack of consistent training and standardization across staff. For a procedure that relies heavily on technique and precision, this is not acceptable. Great experience- had my first consult and followed through with treatment. Had tox placement in all the usual spots- forehead, in between brows and around eyes. The NP was patient, knowledgeable and kind. Pricing was good too. I've been to 3 other medi-spas in the area and this provided the best combination of price, technique, knowledge. Y'all. If you have never had any facial treatment, are thinking about getting Botox and maybe a filler and are on the fence or you're an old timer like me, who will do anything at all to their face, I BEG you to please go to Face Forward Aesthetics. I have been getting tox and fillers for several years now. Hopping from place to place, in three different states. You will not be treated better, have better results, or save money anywhere else like you will at Face Forward Aesthetics. The staff is wonderful, so sweet and very accommodating. They make later appointments for us working gals-that is a huge plus. Also, they frequently have specials and offers to help you get going. JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP-it will save you lots of money. My last appointment was May 1, 2025. Elyse was my injector-she is lovely and wonderful, and her skin is goals!!! We talked before treatment started, and she recommended the proper treatment to get the results I wanted. 100 units of Botox and two syringes of Skinvive later, and I am tickled! So much so that the next day, I called them to give a big ol' thank you! This is the best my face has looked since it looked like this on its own, over 15+ years ago! I was so impressed the moment I walked into Face Forward Aesthetics. Sidneigh greeted me and took me back to the exam room. This was my first time getting any Botox or fillers, so she answered a lot of questions for me, and made me feel really welcome. When Elyse came in to do my injections, she went over everything about what she was going to do, how it would feel, and what to expect immediately afterwards, and as time passes. I went there for botox to look refreshed, and I am left looking tired and older. I have issues that are known side effects, but some are more serious, such as blurry vision and headaches that were supposed to go away within 24-48 hours. It has been weeks. I have other issues, but those were dismissed as nothing to do with the botox - even though numerous health websites say the otherwise. The worst is the result of my droopy eyebrows, which also makes my eyes look heavy and my eyelids hang. From what I researched, droopy eyebrows/eyelids are basically due to OPERATOR error. I had to go back in because of these issues, and saw someone different. She told me that I was warned of the risks, but what they didn't mention was that those risks are due to operator error. She offered to put MORE botox around my eyes to offset my "heavy forehead", as she so wonderfully put it. That is the last thing I want. Perhaps this injector would do a better job, but I cannot fathom putting more of this junk into my face and take the risk of things getting worse. I cannot speak for any of the other injectors there, but the person who gave me botox should be retrained in customer service and administering botox. Aside from the headaches and blurry vision, I can't put on my makeup normally and if I smile I look tired and somewhat angry. I now have to wait it out, which could take months. I just want my money back. From a customer service standpoint, they do not answer the phone and they do not respond well to text messages. If your text is about wanting to buy something, they get back with you pretty quickly, but if it is about an issue with their service, they are not good. I even asked for a copy of the consent forms and they ignored that request. They make you sign it electronically and rush you so you can't read through it. One positive is Sidneigh. She is very, very nice, sweet, and responsive. I do not recommend Face Forward in Fishers. It is too much of a risk. read more

I have been getting Botox now for about 10 years. I've been to several different places and have finally found the place that I'm going to stay. face forward aesthetics is not only reasonable in price, but the injectors are very, very educated on everything. It impressed me so much how educated they were on even new techniques. All the places I have been to even doctors that have done. My injections have never explained things like they have. I appreciate them immensely.. also some of the injectors I have visited were really hard on the needle here they're very soft when injecting. I could go on and on about face forward aesthetics. I love how the injector knows the different parts of your face and knows where to inject and how to inject. I am just so happy because I am very vain about my face, so my Botox is very important to me and very important. It's done correctly.. thank you so much face forward aesthetics. I do not recommend Face Forward in Fishers. I can't speak on all but the injector I was assigned was very poor. It became a huge fiasco for me. Waste of my gas and time as I live an hour away and I had to return four times. I was never compensated for the inconvenience nor was there mention of it. I had to return for dissolving of the product which was very painful. I'm disappointed all around. Just be aware if you do decide to use this location. read more

Where do I begin? First, I used a Groupon discount just to see if I would like the practice. They were warm and welcoming the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, I sometimes have a vegal nerve response. They prepped for the event just in case. The NP(I can't remember her name through my nerves) was phenomenal. She was gentle and knowledgeable.
