Very hard to find. Do NOT use Apple Maps to get here. Park like you're going to Red Robin. The door is on the north side of the plaza strip facing the south side of Red Robin on the side "driveway" street. The Yelp map makes it look like it's on the main street facing Clay Terrace, but it is definitely on the side. They only had one person working on a Saturday morning. She was fast and accurate with the brow threading. She anticipated my personal flaws. My brows don't grow the same, and has scar tissue under the hair where hair can't grow. She kept me very natural looking with my shaping, and she got all my peach fuzz waxed off my lip and chip and followed up with the thread. Ok so I've been going to various Eyes by India locations for years now. This is the best one I've been to this far! Staff were friendly, gentle and did a nice job. The location was easy to find and very upscale compared to other locations. Staff followed COVID safety measures wearing masks, using sanitizer, clean equipment for each guest, and having guests sanitize upon entry as well. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner was nice. I asked the other lady who worked there to shape up my brows. She blamed me for filling in my eyebrows for messing up. When she asked me if I wanted to remove my makeup, I told her I would do whatever makes is easier on her. After she had obviously messed up, she asked me to remove my makeup. She continued to botch my eyebrows. The owner stepped in and did my other one but I now look like a clown. I ended up in tears in the chair as the owner was attempting to fix and apologize. Evidently Nesrin has taken over this business within the last year or so. I was going to another local place to get my eyebrows threaded and they did not do a very good job. Plus, they raised their prices. I have been to "Eyes By India" twice now and I would not go anywhere else. The owner who threads eyebrows is very nice and good at what she does. She even charges less than the other place I used to go to. She also makes recommendations to make your eyebrows look their best. DO NOT GO!!! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded regularly for over 20 years. Stopped in today, and this may have been my WORST threading experience ever. She cut my skin in numerous places and missed A TON of visible hairs. Claimed my skin was sticky, yet I had just showered and had no makeup/products on. Don't waste your money! I'm a bit disappointed about how many low ratings this location gets. This threading/beauty salon is conveniently located in Clay Terrace. The prices are inexpensive, $8 if you pay in cash for eyebrow threading, which is quite a steal compared to some ~$20 at other locations. This store is family run, and always have the same few workers working. They do not speak English that well, however they understand when you say less threading or more. It's quick, probably around 10 minutes max, and I've never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes and that was once. I believe it's a fair deal for the price. Your eyebrows are threaded, and you're allowed to assess their work and ask for more threading if you want. The only con would be the service. Because English is not their first language, they are not as friendly or courteous. They don't say "thank you" genuinely or smile, but they are courteous. They ask you to pull your skin back to help with the threading process and they will reposition in your hands if it's incorrect. Overall, I enjoy coming here for the convenience, price and consistency of the threading. I've come here probably around 5 times, and the threading generally lasts once a month. read more

Good location I suppose considering I was close by. No one was inside so I was assisted quickly. It was less painful than I expected/had in other places but she missed a few spots and I had to ask her THREE times to come and fix it. Each time she finished, she'd walk away to her desk area instead of waiting next to me to make sure I was satisfied. Man there are a lot of Karen's rating this place bad. You go to get your eyebrows done at your own risk yes they touch your face but maybe watch a threading video before? About the "customer service" the lady's don't speak perfect English yes but don't expect them to be 100% fluent. I have had great experiences there and will continue to go there! read more

For past 3yrs at least, I'd been a faithful regular at Reena's across from CASTLETON. She sold the business to a woman named Angel who did the work of the devil on my brows. I tried Sai Collection in Fishers just before COVID and was very happy with my brows. but since announcing they'd reopened, I couldn't get consistent hours and no one ever answers the phone. So today, I made the ULTIMATE mistake. Against my better judgement, I tried eyes by India in clay terrace. After explaining to the tech that I DID NOT want my brows thin, & even showed her a photo of me with the way my brows should be, she thinned them completely and proceeded when she was finished to try and convince me that I didn't have thick enough brows (which was incorrect) and that they looked great. She kept asking me do I like them and I said no but there's nothing we can do about it now. Long story short, she was very nice but clearly not accustomed to being versatile. I should have known when she asked me whether I'd had my brows tinted ever or in the photo I'd shown her. Not t mention her brows were thin the way she made mine. I'm sorely disappointed and can only PRAY my brows grow back sooner than later. I will NOT return to this establishment nor will I recommend my many friends who are also in need of a consistent threader. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I know to some they may not look thin, but for ME, because Of my preference and how I'm accustomed to them looking, there may as well be no brows there at all. Want mediocre thin brows? I took my daughter to Eyes by India to have her brows threaded on 9-18-2017 and we were both so dissatisfied with the results. I couldn't even believe that the Lady was at ease with the work she had provided her with. She took way too much off, they were short, skinny, and uneven. My daughter provided her with a photo of the shape she wanted. How on earth she was able to mess it up is besides me. The Lady was rude and unapologetic. I tried to give this place a chance because it's so close to my house, but I'm done. The last few times I've waited several weeks to let my brows grow back because the lady thins them out way too much even when I specifically say do not thin them, just clean them up. Now once again I have 2 thin brows that aren't even close to the same shape. Went in for the first time today, I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 4 years now. I recently moved to Carmel and wasn't sure where to go. After reading some reviews I was skeptical, but you have to keep in mind the type of service you are receiving. Anywhere you go, they aren't "homie" or "personal" it's a business, they do their job and they do great! If you've never had them threaded before than tell them so! They can walk you through the process, because your eyebrows will look different than getting them waxed! If you want them done a certain way just tell them! They will also trim if you just make sure to ask nicely :) it is $8 to get your eyebrows threaded, and don't forget to put on some aloe after they are finished! read more

The ladies were nice and welcoming. But I give them a one star review because the older lady there did my eyebrows to nearly nothing. Both uneven and chunks are messing out of both my eyebrows.
