They consistently last about 3 weeks(with normal shedding) and don't require any extra care that some lashes I have had in the past did. I shower and wash my face and my lashes stay perfect! Update: It's rare that I solicit attention for businesses, but one business I frequent is wildly deserving of attention. I have been a client of Lash Therapy Express Hair Bar and Spa since 2012, and if I had a dollar for every time someone has asked for a referral since then, I could retire. I don't wear much makeup, so having eyelash extensions that make me feel glamorous without having to do anything is a dream. They're unnoticeable and easy to maintain. As a cherry on the sundae, the owners Jayme and Jarad are the most kind, generous people you could find, and their marriage is the definition of GOALS. I bet that half of their business comes from "fixing" other lash places mistakes. They train all technicians personally so you truly can't go wrong with whomever you book. Getting your lashes done should be a relaxing, spa-like experience, but every time I visit, there are inappropriate conversations going on within the staff from what often seems to be from the owners who I believe are brother and sister. It was my first time at the salon & had a great experience with Kim! She asked me for exactly what I wanted and was very transparent about pricing upfront. I've been getting my lashes done here for the last few years. Addison does my lashes every 2/3weeks and does a WONDERFUL JOB. I can't recommend her enough! I get so many compliments and questions on where I get them done at. The salon is super cute, clean, and they have comfy laziboy chairs to lay in. They have a variety of music playing in the background with huge fuzzy blankets if you're cold. They also sell makeup and lash products to take home and use. If you are reading this review you are probably debating eyelash extensions or are looking for a new place. I hope my review will help. I used to have very fine and semi-short lashes. In addition to that, I have a small scar on my left eye that makes a lot of those lashes a bit unruly. When I first called Lash Therapy I was very nervous about getting my lashes done. Jared patiently answered all my questions. He said the eyelash extensions would be 'life changing', that I'd 'wake up every day feeling beautiful.' I wasn't sure about that, but decided to give them a try. I am SO glad I did. I honestly could not believe the difference they made! Jared was right, they are life changing in a way. Instead of looking in the mirror and seeing all the flaws, I can now look in the mirror and be thrilled with the way my eyes look. It brightens up my whole face and I can't help but smile. It's so great to see wake up and not feel like I have to put on makeup. Most days I just add some lipgloss and I'm ready to go. You might be hesitant like I was, but I encourage you to give it a try. They are soooo worth it! I can't write a review and not mention how wonderful Jayme and Jared are. They run their business with very high integrity and amazing customer service. They are eager to make you happy and go out of their way to make everything perfect. This goes for everyone on staff as well! Edit: I just received a phone call from Jared explaining he would do everything he could to make me happy with my lashes. He was very accommodating and understanding to my situation. If there's ever a issue please reach out to the company I'm very impressed and grateful for how they have handled this with me. Up until my last fill I have had all but pleasant experiences with lash therapy. I believe they still do a great job almost always. I recently went in and didn't like the way my lashes looked after closer examination after leaving, but was nervous to call and complain and see what could be done for them. I ended up talking to one of the ladies who explained they could offer me a 7-10 day fill that would be $35. However when I paid $50 and a small tip less than two weeks ago I am reluctant to go back. Saddens me nothing could be done for my situation. Below are my lashes currently but keep in mind they have looked like this pretty much the whole time. Brushing has not helped them. I finally decided to get extensions and jayme took her time with me and was very patient!! I have very blonde hair so it's not the easiest to add extensions too! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere! First Paislee did my lashes and they were gorgeous, I lost what seemed like a lot and politely informed her, she was kind and open to touching them up to make me happy with no questions asked. I came here to get a full set last Thursday (2-23) and had such a great experience. Carrie applied them and I am in awe of her work. You wouldn't believe all of the compliments I've gotten. Pretty much all the women in my life are wanting lash extensions now and I'm referring them to lash therapy. They have great monthly specials (their February special was $145 as opposed to $175). My mom and I were in town for the day and I looked up the best lash places on yelp and found this one. It was a miracle we were both able to get in same day, there was a fortunate cancellation. While it was more expensive than any other lash place I've gone to to get a full set, I have to say I am so happy with them!! I had Jared and he was phenomenal. Lash Therapy is the BEST! I have been going there for my lashes and nails for a year and a half. I was new to the lash game, and they were extremely patient in helping me find the look I loved. I have had several of the lash technicians fill my lashes, and have been happy with each of their work. I really tried giving these extensions a try. Jayme curled my hair right after the last track was in place so I did not see how uneven and noticeable the tracks were. My friends kept pointing out my hair extensions and it was really humiliating. If you do get your extensions done take one of your own personal friends because Jayme just has her family there cheering her on and saying how good you look when in fact you don't. Yeah this looked ok from my perspective when curled and trying to look at the back of my head with a small mirror so I did not notice the tracks on my own, but the second someone not sponsored by Jayme tells you it looks like shit you learn quick. Straightening my hair was also not an option as the difference in lengths was super apparent. When I told Jayme how unhappy I was she said "sorry can't help". She does not run an ethical business and I implore you to get your hair extensions somewhere else. read more

I have been getting my lashes done by Jayme since 2013, religiously every 3 weeks. I should have posted something sooner, but wanted to keep Jayme to myself. But she's worked hard creating and developing her business, that she deserves the acknowledgement. It's like anything, you have to experiment. Not everyone will like the same length, curl, weight, etc. Some like their lashes to be obvious, and others like more subtlety. My eyes have never been red afterwards. I wish I had a dollar for every compliment I've received on them. I would be living in Bora Bora (well maybe visiting. Lol). Everyone believes that they are my natural lashes, and they ask me what I do to get them to grow so long and thick. I've had other people do my lashes before Jayme, and if I had not found her, I probably wouldn't have kept getting them. They were more expensive and didn't even stay on half the time. I love them, and never plan on giving them up. There is something to be said for looking "natural" and "ready" at all times. read more

I'm fairly new to the eyelash world but have learned a lesson on types of lashes/glue after this experience. The lashes that they use are these hard plastic lashes you would buy at the drugstore. They feel very fake. I was in a bind because I was here in town and with my travel schedule. I needed a fill. Now I know to ask what type of lashes they use. My lash tech in Florida uses a synthetic mink eyelash which feels lighter and like real lashes. Also whichever glue they use while it adheres(maybe too much) it has been stinging my eyes since. Again the type my lash tech uses in Florida is gentle enough that my eyes don't even turn red during application. Lastly, I asked for a natural look and the tech saw my lashes before and increased my volume/length and again looks very fake. I understand it's fake lashes but mine normally looks so natural that my friends didn't even realize I added extensions. Couple tough lessons learned. Stick to techs you know, ask what type of lashes and glue they use. I should have known in the pictures they post, some clients eyes are red. It's the glue they use. Products are everything! I now have to pay $100 to remove it and $300 for a new set. You pay for what you get! Good quality extensions range from $250-300 because they use high quality products. They're very nice people but after my experience I felt compelled to share. I'm an out of towner who chose them from what seemed like good reviews. Again, nice people but bad quality products and their perception of natural look could be totally different from yours. I'll never go outside of the place I use in Florida again. read more

I wanted to let everyone know, I did the research and this place, Jayme and Elenita, are worth it and awesome. Both ladies have done my lashes and I am always satisfied. Appts are on time, environment is good, and my eyes always look fantabulous. I have been seeing Jayme for about a year and I do believe you can get a peek at one of my peepers in the photos. I will say I have beautiful eyes to begin with so the addition of expertly applied lash extensions frame what god has given me so beautifully that it was goodbye to makeup and mascara. When I wake up no surprises, just lovely lovely lashes. People often comment on my eyes and say how pretty my lashes are. I admit openly I wear extensions and it often ends in my offering up close and personal inspection of the product. People are amazed. This is no dime store one size fits most eyelash spot. These women are experts, artists, and so absolutely worth it that I stopped buying breakfast at work and now take in so that I can keep my lashes and my budget; really I am saving money as I'm not buying a $30 mascara every two months either:) I see Jayme every three weeks. I see Elenita when Jayme has a vacation that coincides with my lash schedule. I have had one lashtastrophe in the last year which cannot be discussed in a public forum but suffice it to say been there, tried it, will not do it again, ever.
