I got no response . Requested a new appointment still no response. I am 73 walk with a cane. Not sure if it was because i had to cancel on short notice or because she did not want to have me come there anymore. The salon is super cute and Lindsay was so nice and took time to listen to my concerns and my hair goals. She even talked me into curling my hair which I never do since I 'm a slave to my straightener! Now I curl my hair on the regular! I am so happy with my hair and have received so many compliments! I'm super picky and know what I like and I literally have not been this happy with my hair in a long time! I highly recommend her and this salon!

It's very aesthetic, clean, and the lighting is dim which makes the whole experience very relaxing. The chair I sat in during my service was super comfy and I even fell asleep because I was so comfortable lol. I saw Alex for a lash lift/tint + brow wax and I can't recommend her enough! The entire appointment took ~1.5 hours and she came out to get me right on the dot. Alex has a very chill, laid back personality which made it easy for me to sit back and relax during the appointment. You can tell she has great attention to detail and you can trust her to do a wonderful job. I love the way my lashes and brows turned out and she made sure to take my own preferences into account. They also play really great hip hop/r&b/pop music which I enjoyed! Lastly, despite being in downtown, it wasn't hard to find street parking at all. I paid $3.85 at the meter for 2 hours, but there's also a parking garage across the street for $8/hr.

I will say the chairs are not that comfy as they're office chairs and they're kinda hard to move back and forth. It's a tight space and also hard for me to move around once I need to get up without worrying about messing up my toes. The nail tech did a fine job though she did scrub my heel too hard and scratched it. I also felt like it's not like the quick experienced nail tech since it felt like she struggled to clip my toe nails. Also note that there's no parking validation and check out where to park beforehand. Parking right outside costed $8 for 1 hr. I'm newish to Indy and usually dont get pedicures so I don't have a regular spot. This works in a pinch but I think I'd rather go somewhere else that may be further away from downtown for a tech that can properly trim nails.

My only ick are the chairs not having the best back support. I wish the backs were higher. It was kind of difficult to get cozy. Outside of that great experience.
