The chair I sat in during my service was super comfy and I even fell asleep because I was so comfortable lol. I saw Alex for a lash lift/tint + brow wax and I can't recommend her enough! The entire appointment took ~1.5 hours and she came out to get me right on the dot. Alex has a very chill, laid back personality which made it easy for me to sit back and relax during the appointment. You can tell she has great attention to detail and you can trust her to do a wonderful job. I love the way my lashes and brows turned out and she made sure to take my own preferences into account. I liked that there was an option that asked you if you wanted a quiet non-talking appointment. It is nice to have a go to place to get my nails done for special occasions! I think I'll stick with regular Gel going forward since it was a bit harder to type with the Gel X extensions, but Gel X is great for when one of your nails breaks and is far shorter than the rest.
