I was able to easily book my appointment online. This is my first time here so I chose randomly and it was GREAT!! Evelyn did such an amazing job. Greeted me. I booked a quiet service and she respected that. I like that they don't use drills to remove the gel polish And listen....the massage that came with my service ‍‍ Highly recommend this cutesy clean spot. Jade did a fantastic job! I got GelX Nail extensions for the first time. Jade did a fantastic job of listening to my color requests and providing me with a great selection despite my color requests being so vastly different (pink or dark maroon or black). I ended up going with Mud Oak which was a stunning dark brown/purple that I kept getting compliments on. Jade did a great job of letting me know what to expect each step of the way. She made sure I was happy with the length and color too and gave me the option to change anything I was not happy with. Very relaxing atmosphere, not too loud but there was good music playing. I liked that there was an option that asked you if you wanted a quiet non-talking appointment. It is nice to have a go to place to get my nails done for special occasions! I think I'll stick with regular Gel going forward since it was a bit harder to type with the Gel X extensions, but Gel X is great for when one of your nails breaks and is far shorter than the rest. read more

You can enter from outside as well, and come at it from Carrollton Ave, and it is just before the stop sign at Ninth Ave. My technician was very nice and did a great job. She provided some feedback/insight that I found helpful. Four stars because no beverage was offered (not even water) and the chairs were kinda uncomfortable. My husband and I got pedis for some self-care and to kick off his birthday weekend. We made reservations ahead of time, which was easy to do online. Self check-in was also easy and convenient. We did have to wait a little bit after our scheduled appt time as nail techs were finishing up other guests, but that wasn't a big deal--we weren't in a rush. Unclean, overpriced, bad customer experience. Went in for a French tip and a little sticker of some kind but salon never messaged be back saying that they don't have any stickers. So I got there and then they told me that they would still charge me the full price if I stayed or left. No one was in there for a reason in a Saturday afternoon. Nail tech complained about her job and hours. No music which made the atmosphere anything but relaxing. Literally everyone was sitting in deafening silence. When I went to sit down at mani station the counter top was dirty!! They didn't even wipe it down. Nail tech cut my finger and then went on talking about how if I don't keep it clean it can get infected and I could loose my arm. Like seriously?! I've been to this salon a couple times for a manicure and most recently a pedicure. If you are downtown, you can't beat this location. They don't have anyone managing check-in, so you'll have to wait until someone finishes up with a customer to help you. I do appreciate that they pride themselves on cleanliness and a more natural approach to nail health. My pedicure was relaxing, and the tech did a good job. After my nails were done, I was sent to the dryer. I unfortunately sat there for a really long time, and nobody ever came to check on me again. I decided I'd go wait by the register to try and check out. Again, I waited up front for a while, as nobody acknowledged me. I also appreciated that my nail tech was communicative and asked about shape of the nail, water temperature etc. It was very busy so definitely make sure you book in advanced. I really love that it's a natural nail bar and they focus on getting you back to your natural nails which is huge for me since I have done acrylics since I was 15! My nails need some major rehab. I was greeted with frowns of disappointment from 1 of 2 nail techs in the almost empty salon. I was scolded for not showing up on time and not answering the "number on file" that they never called. They never told me what number they had, because clearly they didn't call me. This was for my wedding. At first I was extremely excited with the last minute multiple availability options and also with how cheap the services were, but then I realized why this is the case. Unfortunately, when I got a gel manicure it only lasted 5 days without chipping. I also had a pedicure scheduled for another day but when I wanted to reschedule my appointment I tried calling and never got an answer, just a text with a bot saying I had to call to reschedule. Now I am at the point where I want to cancel because I am not getting a response, but again I am being instructed to call in to cancel yet nobody picks up. At this point I will be charged the full service fee because I cannot reach anyone to cancel instead of the late notice cancel for half the price. I understand the cancellation policies but think it's a scam to have to call to reschedule/cancel and even after 6 phone calls nobody answers. read more

Perhaps one of the most pleasant nail services I have experienced. Incredibly clean salon, no bad smells or nail dust at all. The booking process and rules were borderline aggressive, but after having a service I am ok with it! I imagine that helps them keep the place running smoothly. Only con of my pedicure was the chair could have been a more comfortable experience. No massage chair, not an issue. I am a larger person and it was a little uncomfortable to position my feet without feeling like I was going to push the copper bowl over the ledge! My girlfriend had the same service and was completely comfortable. Will be trying to book a manicure while we are in the area. Hope they consider opening a location in Bloomington. read more

Tried this place for the first time last Friday and my nails still look nice so I'm counting it as a win. Annoyed because a. You have to reserve your time slot pretty far in advance for specific days/times and then lose $$ if you have to cancel within a certain time period and b. It's expensive. At least 1.5x more expensive than what I'm used to paying at my usual nail salon in Carmel. Total for gel manicure and regular pedicure was $132 including tip. I liked that my appointment started right on time, though, and I also enjoyed the sugar scrub and lotion that made my hands smell good all night. I'll see how long my nails last before deciding if I will re-book or not. Would also appreciate fun drinks or something. Interior was a little more plain than I was expecting. read more

Response to my former review and business owner answer to my review... You didn't ask about me or what else was going on... My son was having a health crisis at the time and ended up inpatient. I didn't think I had to disclose that in order to get proper and kind service corrections on an obviously wrong color put on my nails. The response on yelp isn't correct as I paid for the wrong color to be put on my nails and you all wouldn't cover the correction when I could do it. Hence I had to have another salon that were much more polite and responsible redo my nails and didn't charge me for the gel removal. Saying I will put a bad review isn't a threat.... It's a fact and freedom of speech esp when such a poor customer service response. Unfortunately you can't hide that kind of irresponsible behavior to not fix mistakes. read more

I went in for my first time to get gel extensions last weekend. Unfortunately I didn't notice all the issues I had until that night when they were already closed and I didn't have time to go back before I went out of town. The girl who did them was nice but I forgot her name. The pinky nail on my left hand was put on crooked which isn't that big of a deal, I just expected a better experience for what I paid. My biggest issue is the glue that she put on that seeped out onto my real nail and is like impossible to get off. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fully experience this place due to the unprofessional display of appointment setting on their end. I booked a pedicure for me and my mom online for a mommy and daughter day (card required for online booking to charge for basically anything) which is unauthorized. I had an original appointment set up @3:15pm and the DAY OF was asked to bump up my appointment by 45min (2:30pm) They basically either double booked for my original appointment or got cancelled on and tried to fill the day up. Either way, it wasn't a good start. I agreed to the bumped appointment to try and make whatever was available because I felt they were going to reschedule me out of the day altogether if I couldn't. We was running behind due to my mom coming from out of town, which is why the time was set the way it was. I texted the number that rescheduled me (should've been a phone call) and told them we were running late. They basically responded with saying there was a 15 minute window for the appointment and said they could only do a nail polish change, which isn't even the full pedicure experience or time I originally booked. We decided to just cancel and called to ask why our appointment was moved in the first place and why we weren't even going to get a full service AND BE CHARGED for a change made on their end. I was still charged for the service that was at fault of the salon. It was not only an inconvenience but how they conducted the whole ordeal was not great on their end. They didn't even have the decency to not charge me for something they changed to begin with and the inconvenience caused on their end. No apologies, nothing. The water bowls for your feet did not seem very clean and were pretty uncomfortable. The tools were not sealed and the lotion/soap had crust all around it. If you cannot do something you can simply say you can't and provide some suggestions. Not giving me this and ask for compliments. Oh I haven't mention this gel start to broken up on day three. On day six, my BF proposed to me on our trip and my nail is a completely disaster. Who wants that? One more thing to the store owner: please train your employees to communicate better. If you suggest a different service, you can simply say " I think our XXX service will give you what you want but that will cost you $X more. Is that okay with you?" What I got (both time BTW) was "I think you need XXX service-"pause for 3 seconds "- which means more money". I don't think it's my job to remember your menu. I'm fine with service suggestions. So I went here for my wedding nails. Me and my mom both got mani/pedis with regular nail polish on the toes and gel apres x extensions on the fingers. We had a great experience with wonderful nail artists. However, we had a few issues. When I (the bride) got home, I realized my pinky toenail on one foot was not painted. Must have not realized and forgotten? Then, just 2 days after my nail appointment, my gel nail polish on my finger nails started to peel off! This was the end result after barely touching them. For the price, I'm disappointed that it only lasted this long. I truly think that the person who did my nails was very nice and polite, but maybe rushed and didn't do a thorough job. I wanted to love this place SO badly. I went in on a Friday around 1230, and got gel x extensions. During the application the nail tech accidentally glued her finger to my nail, and then told me that has never happened to her before. Weird, but mistakes happen! She kept asking if my Shape was even on both hands. I had to have her fix some and was surprised she didn't notice. Fast forward to the end of my apt. I am told "if your nails fall off before two weeks glue them back on with nail glue". I remember thinking uh weird but okay... it's now Wednesday (5 days after I got my nails done) and I have had two fall off and two more are lifting. They happily fit me into the schedule and Ana did a great job taking her time on my nails and giving me tips on how to keep them healthier. I love LOVE LOVE the fact that they don't use drills on your nails as it's incredibly painful. I had a gel manicure and an extra coating on top with an epsom salt scrub on my hands and lotion. My pedicure was AMAZING with a lavender scrub and scented bath bomb. Absolutely gorgeous nail salon with friendly customers and workers.
