I would NOT recommend this salon, it is very over priced for the services offered. I requested a gel manicure with an experiences nail tech, however I got someone with no nail experience. My cuticles were not touched, making my nails look a mess. She did not go to the edge of my nails, so they stated peeling quickly. Stay away from this place!! read more

Went in for a Dip manicure. I was able to walk right in and be seated. This was my first time here. I was in the area and was in dire need of my getting my nails done. I will say that this nail salon has the biggest selection of colors for dip that I've ever seen. Most nail salons that I've visited have an almost non existent selection or a small selection that you can see. But here, I was very impressed and overwhelmed when trying to choose a color. So this was a huge plus for me. I'll also add how clean it was and how the nail techs stayed pretty busy with customers, ones with appointments, coming in to be serviced. About almost an hour and half later, I was finished getting my nails done. I believe I would have been done sooner, but I had to point some application flaws out to the nail tech. She seemed to have been rushing; not really paying close attention to my nails. It's something with the drills and a nail tech moving at a fast pace that gives me anxiety. I feel like I wasn't able to truly relax while being serviced. I was on edge in fear of being nicked; which I was a couple of times. At one point, I thought my nail had split and was wanting to look at it. She motioned for me to give her back my hand for her to continue. I politely asked her if I could SEE my hand please. After looking, my nail wasn't split. It was rather, product leftover from my old dip that she didn't quite get all the way off. I was able to pop it off with my nail. Needless to say, I had about three nails that I had to show her where there seemed to have been a gap from the application of the dip powder. I would have loved to given 5 stars, but this just wasn't an overall good experience. I'm not opposed to going back again. If and when I do, it would be first thing in the morning and not during what appeared to be peak time for the nail salon. read more

Yesterday I got my nails done, just a regular gel manicure. I've been going to Posh for 4 months, they have always filed and drilled my nails PAPER-THIN, it's never a pleasant experience regarding that. Within 2 hours of having my new $55 gel manicure, my nail growth started ripping and tearing off without even touching them. Obviously, this is unacceptable. I go back to the store and ask for a refund, or even a discount, they deny it because they say (and I quote) "Your nails are too thin, this is your fault." But I'm sorry, as it's not my fault. They're the ones who have been repeatedly filing my nails thinner and thinner with every coming month. I don't know about you, but I don't LOVE when my nails are so thin that they bend and hurt when they get soaked in acetone. As a high schooler who has 2 jobs just so she can pay for her gas, clothing, schooling, and to treat herself with some nails, this is not cool. This is my hard earned money, and I don't appreciate how I've been robbed. Not only did this happen to my nails one, a similar thing happened previously. At my last appointment, they were filing my nails so thin that they started bleeding. There was blood on the nail tools. The nail tech didn't notice until the end of the appointment when the blood had finally began to clot and dry up. I think it was more of an "out of sight, out of mind" deal. read more
