Lash extensions should not be $240! Waste of money, my lash tech before didn't charge nearly that much and they looked nicer.

Buyer beware... while I felt that the techs themselves were lovely, and initially felt that the front desk staff was as well... I changed my tune once I made the decision to terminate my contract. Front desk staff acted as though they had clearly explained the process with me when I first signed on (they did NOT) and became very short with me and rude once I was no longer a "client". I wanted to cancel and wasn't within "policy" of so many days so I was still charged my monthly fee... which I let slide. (even though again, it was never quite explained, contract or not). What they then failed to mention when I cancelled was that I only had x amount of days to spend my credit or else it was gone (they only told me at the time that I could use it in the future to spend it on other services). Poor communication and customer service all around. And again, extremely rude and dismissive and unapologetic. read more

Convenient location, friendly staff, and the interiors specially in the lobby is nice. The tools they use seems to be sterilized and the place is overall clean. It's a bit chilly (I get cold easily) so make sure to bring a blanket when you visit. I wish there's more privacy in the interior though so you don't see everyone's business. They will sell you on the membership when you first visit so you can save on refills. The membership terms is flexible enough but j do wish you have an option for up to 3 week refills instead of just giving you 2 credits your monthly membership charge. read more

Today is my Moms birthday and her request was to come and do our lashes together for the very first time! We had AMAZING customer service from the lovely ladies here. I had Kyra as my lash stylist and she was so pleasant. She went over how I normally wear my lashes on a day to day at the beginning and just continued to walk me through the process. DONT DO IT!!! Beware!! Unsafe practices and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. On Monday, May 2nd I had my first appt with Bri at the downtown Fishers IN location. Bri administered a consultation before administering the requested lash application. During the consultation, I noted that I've worn lashes for 2 yrs and I only experience discomfort within the first 10 minutes of the completed application. Bri completed a beautiful set of Classic level 2, hence why I left her a tip; I set my next 2 appts and enjoyed my day. By Thursday my daughter noticed my eyes were red, and I ensured I took Claritin to address what I thought was a seasonal allergy issue. By Friday morning, my eyes were sealed shut with mucus. I went to the bathroom to see what was the matter and to my surprise both of my eyes were red. I knew immediately, I had pink eye. As a hairstylist, makeup artist, and lash extension artist, I called our salon's receptionist and told them to cancel/reschedule my appts for the day as I would be unable to service my clients. I called the doctor, had a virtual appt, and the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic for my eyes for the next several days. I was then instructed to remove my lashes for further contamination. I told the doctor that I have a bridal party the next day and asked would I be able to service my bride. The doctor cautioned me but reluctantly gave me the go-ahead. Most people know that canceling on a bride 24 hrs from the time of her wedding is suicide. Most people know, that finding a licensed hairstylist and makeup artist within a few months from the date of your wedding is nearly impossible. I then reached out to the manager over the Fishers location in Indiana and spoke with Candace who apologized for the issue and offered to remove the lashes. I told her pink eye was highly contagious and I don't want to put someone at direct risk and she said, "oh you're right, thank you for that." She then said she would make this right and would give me a callback. She also asked me to send her a picture via text. After submitting my photo, she confirmed receipt. It is now Sunday, Mothers Day, 5:43 pm and I have yet to hear back from Candace or anyone else. To date, I paid for a full set of lashes via a promo add, $154 plus tip, I have lost wages, incurred a bill, paid for a prescription, and put my family at risk, a bride, her bridesmaids/ family at risk along with being severely inconvenienced. The only compensation I have received thus far is sorry and comment from the manager Candace, "we're going to make this right," "I'll give you a call back once I speak to Bri." Today 5/9 at 8:09am I received a call from the manager Candace who stated they looked into all of Bris clients and didn't find anyone with the same issue. She also told me after looking at the picture I submitted it didn't "look" like I had pink eye because when her children have pink eye they have crust and mucus. But when I challenged her reasoning with, "How can you make that call when no one has a PhD?" She replied there's nothing we can do. She then said, do you have anything from the doctor and I told her yes; along with a pink eye prescription. She replied, well there's nothing we can do because we don't think you got it from here. read more

I have been a client of Lash Lounge - Fishers since they opened in 2019. The service is excellent, and my lashes have never looked better. The staff is fantastic and has really become like family to me. You can feel confident in scheduling with any stylist as they have all gone through extensive training and know how to ensure your lashes look amazing. Scheduling is a snap using their online tool, and they are open 6 days a week! I recently had to cancel my membership due to the lack of professionalism in the way this business handles their customer relationships. I was getting my lashes done by a senior stylist and the value of the service was good enough that I decided to get a membership there. However after I got the membership they cancelled my biweekly appointment twice without notice and scheduled me with a junior stylist instead and despite taking care of my lashes they only lasted three days. When I requested to speak to a manager about this issue they weren't even available to discuss the short comings with their services for several days and no efforts were made to correct this issue and they continued to schedule my appointments with junior stylist despite my appeals. Overall they had no respect for the needs of a returning customer and the quality of their services was insufficient with the price of their services and going there was both a waste of time and money. read more

I was going to vacation and really wanted some lashes. I don't always wear lashes but I have worn them many times in the past. I booked the $99 special and ended up upgrading paying almost $200. But my lashes did not look good at all. I was not happy with the end results and will not be returning to this lounge for lash services in the future. read more

Everyone was friendly, but it was obvious my esthetician was not experienced in eyebrow threading. She would make several attempts at the same hair, and ended up using tweezers to do the majority of her work. Thankfully she was on the conservative side with the hair removal so I was able to finish them at home with my own tweezers. I had much higher expectations for an establishment specializing in brows and lashes in downtown Fishers, especially for the price! I won't be back. read more

I had my eye lashes permed here. After more than $60, you wouldn't even know I had anything done. There was barely any lift at all. I mentioned it while reviewing the work at the location. But, they said it would curl more as it oxidized (never an issue for me before). I called later that day with more complaint and they refunded me the charge. In addition, they promised to call me back within two days to schedule an appointment to get my lashes lifted "on them". Three weeks later, no call. read more

Although the ladies there are very polite, and professional, and offer great customer service the service itself is not so great. I decided to get a membership even though it was on the pricey side but I assumed the service would be excellent and it covers two fills a month. I was seeing one of the stylists consistently every two weeks, but she would always run out of time so my fills wouldn't look the best or they would only last a few days. My 2x a month quickly turned into 3x a month, sooo expensive. She then quit and I was given to a newer stylist and my fill only lasted a few days after she did them. I ask about it but was told to come back however I would have to use a credit or pay to get them fixed. At that point, I just decided to wait two weeks so I could use my membership credit and not have to pay for a 3rd time that month. When I returned I was placed with a senior stylist. The senior stylist said my lashes look great and they should have lasted longer than they were but unfortunately the application was not being done correctly. Her service was beyond excellent so my lashes were beautiful plus she did them in half the amount of time it took the other two AND they lasted longer. I then found out I had to pay an additional fee since she was a senior stylist. So now not only am I paying a membership fee and leaving gratuity but I had to pay a senior stylist fee. After doing that a few times I decided Lash Lounge was not for me and canceled my membership. I understand everyone's lashes are different but I was taking care of them daily, I was using their cleaning products and I was being consistent with the fills.... So long story short I think it's absolutely crazy that you have to pay an additional fee for a service you should already be receiving, especially for the price of the service. read more
