I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming and the prices were cheap. But you get what you pay for.. I got a brow and lip wax. The wax was warmed in a reusable pen-type tool, that was stationed in one of the most unclean stations I've seen. There was wax everywhere and quite frankly, I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. There was even someone else in the lounge waiting for a service, as it sounded like the employee she made her appointment with ran very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

For my services, I received my eye brows and upper lip waxed. I noticed for these services that two different waxes were used, which I initially didn't think much of. I really loved my eye brow waxing experience. The waxer used brow mapping (yay!) to get the right shape for my face and she taught me how to maintain/fill in my brows. I was very appreciative of that! The ONLY reason I am not giving a 5-star review is because of my upper lip. Unfortunately the wax they was used was a little too warm and it slightly burned me.
