I've been getting Brazilian waxes for the past 21 years, and this was by far the roughest Brazilian I have ever had. And at the end of it not only was there hair missed, there's also severe bruising And burns. My eyelid is so burnt from my eyebrow wax, 24 hours later, that it is blistering and I can't even put make up on a cover it up.

I've been many many different places including ones in malls, Walmart, and even beauty schools with students. This was the worse experience I've had. I walked in without an appointment (the sign and website says they welcome walk ins ) It took several minutes for the woman to come out of the back room. She didn't greet me or say anything at all, so I told her I was there for a brow wax. She asked if I had an appointment , when I said no, she was very rude and told me to make an appointment in advance next time. She said she could "squeeze me in this one time". There was absolutely no one there waiting and no one came in during my visit, so I'm not sure why she was rude and dramatic about me being a walk in. Normally I would expect they would be thankful for the extra business, especially during COVID times. As the cherry on top, she had headphones in BOTH ears and was speaking in other language and laughing on the phone the entire time she did my brows. I asked for my brows to be cleaned up and get the strays, as it hadn't been more than a month since I last had them, the shape was still clearly there. She made my eyebrows extremely narrow and with almost no shape/arch- just a thin line. I would NEVER go here again. Customer service was one of the worst experiences I've had getting waxed/threaded and it was a terrible job.

I didn't want/need a special curly cut, just needed someone to cut off 8inches and diffuse my hair, and let me leave. I was so incredibly clear with what I wanted. I said, "my hair is curly and will shrink up. Do not cut more than this amount off." The lady said "do you want it at your collarbone? I said "no. I want it longer, I want it at least to here" and i pointed to more than 4in below my collarbone. I was very clear. The lady washed my hair, and pulled my hair behind me and started cutting. I couldn't see what she was doing but she was cutting WAY shorter than we had talked about. It's above my collarbone before even getting dried. I have had my fair share of bad haircuts, but this is by far the worst. As it dries, it looks like a triangle or something from the 70s. It seems the woman was confused in what I asked for, but I wish she either communicated that she wasn't comfortable cutting my hair or asked for clarification. She also decided to turn a large portion of my hair into what I would describe as "curtain bangs". Interesting choice, especially on my curly hair. I did not want a blowout, just asked for a brief diffuse with the blow dryers. She acted like she didn't know what she was doing with the diffuser. I was charged $100 before tip. The pricing is not transparent or clear at all. Stylist was very nice but even with good vibes, you have to listen to customers. I will not be returning to any of the kisskissbangbang locations, and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear, seems like the stylist could use some help with spatial awareness after the black cape goes on, since where you point is not as visible when wearing the cape.

Ive been going here for years. I dont even have to tell them what I want, they just know by now. Theres an older woman and a younger that ive mainly seen there. The older ones awesome. The younger one, not sure if I did something to her, or if its even personal. But shes the reason I will NEVER be returning. Months ago she was the only one there when I went in, I asked for the wax like I usually do and she got to work. I could feel it was pretty hot compared to normal, but I didnt realize till the end that she was literally ripping the top layer of skin off my face. I had raw patches and scabs all around my eye brows afterwards for weeks. Today was the final straw. Younger lady again waxing me, and she basically takes off the entire ends of my eyebrows. They no longer have a tail to them because of her. I had to come home and pluck the actual hair that I needed them to take off. They are always so quiet, they do not welcome you or make you feel like your a customer. They treat you like your interupting their day. Half the time Ive been there the ladies continue to try and eat while waxing my face. I get business I try to eat on the clock somedays too, theres not enough time in some days, but to be eating over someones face, touching it with you contaminated hands, and touching all you cosmetic things is disgusting. Im horrified that I just kept sucking up to this place and keeping quiet because its so close to me, but the fact that they acted so non chalant while Im upset about the end results was sickening. Sometimes people need good brows or good lashes to make them feel better about themselves, and she took that completely away from me. Stay away from here, or at least request the older woman. Ive been going here the past 7ish months and they have done an amazing job up until now. I went in and theres was nobody there so i got sat right away. I told her was and i think the machine wasn't on so it took a little. When it was ready she put the wax on and it was WAY to hot. I told her only waxing but she still did threading after waxing. Needless to say I have a burn mark under my eyebrow from the wax being way to hot and i lost a few baby hairs from her dragging the wax way to far back. Ill continue going until it happens again. read more
