I don't often get my nails done so this was a special treat with a friend who just got engaged. We made reservations (which is a must), and when we arrived the place was very busy! They have two wall displays of various colors to choose from, and have regular, gel and other options. It was a bit overwhelming all the choices, but in the end one of the gals helped us choose a great color. We had to wait a bit despite the reservation as they were so busy, but everyone was kind and efficient. The place was very clean and the experience was restful and nice. The experience for a pedicure included a bit of a leg massage which was lovely, as well as some hot stones! Very relaxing! We would for sure go back and try to choose a less busy time if possible! read more

This is my second visit. The place is clean. Friendly staff. My friend and I went in for a self-care day. They pretty much made conversation the entire time. No attitudes when I asked her to fix my polish or shape my toes a certain way. We made an appointment but waited about 10-15m before being serviced. I look forward to going back. It was about a 35m drive from home, but it was definitely worth it. read more

I stopped at this place on my treat yourself, don't cheat yourself tour. Yes, guys get pedis too. Not many of us do though, so, I call it an exclusive club. This place is located in the Kroger strip mall and has tons of parking. I did not have an appointment and just walked in. They were very accommodating and I was in the chair in less than 5 minutes. When I sat down, they asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I was like 'whoaaaaaa", now I am intrigued. They have three types, but the only one that called to me was the volcano pedi. I must say, it was an awesome choice. The place is like the Globo gym of spas. It is very trendy and has a new age vibe. It is very, very clean. They have a ton of chairs, they are playing smooth music, and all of their chairs have massage features. Yes, I got a massage while getting my pedi. The only thing missing was the bar. My aesthetician was awesome. She was very attentive and friendly. She made sure that I was comfortable and that the water was the right temp. I had to draw the line at the nail polish, which they have a ton of. I comprised on the clear and was out the door in about 30 minutes. I think I have found my new pedi spot, and obviously I am recommending this place. They are totally awesome. The entire staff is friendly and willing to help. I will definitely be back. read more

A very nice and relaxing nail spot. The place is well decorated and clean. All the staff were wearing masks as well as the customers. I made an appointment on their website but they didn't seem to have it on their book but still saw me right away. Kay was my nail tech and was friendly. She was also answering the phone but was good at multitasking. I got a gel manicure and was out in thirty minutes. read more

My appointment was at 12 pm. I got here at 11:50. It's now 12:25 and I'm still waiting to be serviced. There were 5 other people with 12 pm appointments who received service so that leads me to believe that they're overbooking. I have some place to be at 2. I am supposed to be getting a full set and a pedicure but at this rate I'm either going to have to leave or miss my prearranged appointment. This is HIGHLY disappointing. If I wanted to wait I would've walked in instead of getting an appointment. There were women who came in after me who were serviced before me. (Left before I did as well) I came in happy and excited and as of now I'm irritated. Customer service skills are severely lacking. 12:30 someone finally comes to service me. She asks me how I'm doing today and I tell her that I'm irritated and she didn't respond. No follow up. No "Oh what happened, how can I help you" She did later on strike up conversation which I appreciated The salon is beautiful and I hope the service I receive will make up for the lack of urgency or care on behalf of the nail techs here. At 1:10 I got moved over to the nail station . She did a nice job on my toes 2pm I am finished. She did a great job on my nails and was an overall sweetheart. If the service was bad this would've been a 1 star review but because my tech was very sweet and talented, this is now a 3 star review. I do want to urge the owner to work on not overbooking. People have places to go and things to do, we set appointments to ensure things get done in a timely manor. Although she did great, I am now late to my prearranged plans. read more

Called for a mani-pedi on July 2nd, and got in within the hour. Outstanding quality and service. One person did both my gel mani and regular pedi service. Very thorough, so the whole event took about 1 hr and 45 mins. Included all the right scrubbing, trimming, shaping, filing, buffing and 3 thin coats of polish (plus one sparkly accent nail on each hand). Would definitely go back! (Gotta be okay with F-Bombs in the music though. Strange but true) read more

I was next door at the UPS store and the 20% OFF banner caught my attention. This place is TWO DAYS NEW, guys! Show them some love and support if you can. This nail salon is woman-of-color-owned. Their equipment was delayed by months due to COVID-19, but they've finally opened in the face of adversity. The owner is so kind, and we chatted for a long time as she applied my gel polish. My new nail salon for sure! Please check them out. :) I hope they add some massages (like a stationary chair) some day! read more

I had my nails done for my birthday almost two weeks ago! The staff was awesome and they even allowed me to add a shade when I decided the color was too light. Very comfortable salon with friendly employees! I'm posting this today because gel polish rarely lasts over a week on my fingers. I'm two weeks in and it's not chipping and still looks great! Obviously there is some growth, but the color is still just as beautiful as it was the day I got them done! Thank you Polish Mi! Great job! read more

Don't they do not honor an appt. You did not make one! So disappointing!!!! Over a year I've walked in now I am not accepted. So sad

If you need to get your nails done to last and do a trendy design this is your place! I always go here and my nails last for 3+ weeks and I always get complements on the designs I get. Now, all my friends go here and I will continue recommending it to friends. I get a full set and a design on each finger and it can range from $65-85 depending on how detailed the design is. Make an appointment so you don't have to wait! Just call the number and tell them your name and the time you want. They have a kind and helpful staff and I see men here and they are always treated well. So it is a place for men too! Parking is free and plentiful in the front. read more

Since I live on south east side of Indy, there are limited options for nail salons. I had heard good things about the Polish Bar from other southsiders. I decided to drive a little out of my way to get my nails done for the weekend. I didn't make an appointment but they got me in almost right away. My nail technician was very friendly, gentle, and competent. The shop was very clean, well staffed, and they had a huge selection of polish to Choose from. I love how my nails turned out and I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I'm so upset I'll be moving next month and they won't be my neighborhood nail salon( maybe I can figure something out) Everyone is incredibly nice and understanding, the place is clean, colors are limitless (maybe that's a con haha). I have been going since they opened. Love it. My natural nails are turning 4 weeks on Monday. I know I need them redone, but this is a testament to great work. -I don't leave reviews unless I'm left in awe. read more

READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE!!! Update: I was offered a free predicure to "make it right," and when I called to schedule the owner said she would not accept me as a customer because of my review. Here is the review that got me banned. I had a confirmed appointment and was assured over and over that I would be helped very soon/next. I waited an HOUR, and still no one helped me. They even sat me in a chair as if someone would be there soon, and I was left alone. Several customers came in with appointments later than mine and were being seen. I was told "it isn't my fault" by the staff. I eventually left in tears. read more

Mai was great! I loved my mani/pedi. Prices were about the same as everywhere else. Clean, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

Not very professional and need a better scheduling system in place. Need better business practices. But I reschedule my appointment one time and June refuses to see me. read more

This is sort of a strange review to write, as my experience was mixed. I found this salon here on Yelp and decided to deviate from my normal nail place due to them being fully booked. I made an appt. here for a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was awesome, the chairs and bowl were clean and nice. When I showed them what I wanted for my nails, they said I would have to wait because not all of the techs can do ombré. I agreed and waited about 30 mins. Sultra was who did my nails. The acrylic set was perfect, shape was awesome. She tried hard to make it blend and it just wasn't happening. They turned out ok, but after literally almost 4 hours of sitting there I was ready to go. I paid $135 including tip. After I left, seeing the nails in daylight they looked totally different. The matte finish on top was wavy, and the black underneath was showing through. I called the receptionist and told her I would like to have them redone since they looked nothing like what I wanted. She tried arguing that they didn't charge me for the soak off, yet I have a detailed receipt showing that they did... either way, she gave me a time to come back in. Went back the second time to get the full set fixed, again, it wasn't necessarily a bad experience. I was in and out in 30 mins and the new color looked much better. The thing that irritated me was that they still charged me another $25. On the screen was $20 for a gel polish change and $5 for custom add on?? I got one gel color, nothing special. Not only did they make me pay full price to drive back and fix something that I wasn't happy with but now I have an extra "custom" charge. I still added a tip since the tech fixing my nails did a decent job- it wasn't her fault. A lady who I'm assuming was the manager or owner asked me if I wanted a receipt and before I could tap email receipt on the screen, she X'd out of it and told me to have a nice day. (???) Overall, the nail techs were nice and the place is clean. However, I won't return. Unfortunately I'll be taking this one as a $165 lesson to make them fix any issues before leaving the salon, even if you've been there all day. read more

Very nice manicure and pedicure. Every tech I've had has been personable and very qualified. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for a nail salon on the southside of Indy and I'm so glad that I found this one! It's very relaxing with the vibe and music. Everyone is super friendly! I recommend making an appointment before going in to make sure that you're able to get in. They are popular and can get busy on the weekend since they're not open on Sunday, but it's worth it! I've gotten my nails done at multiple places over the years. This was one of the prettiest I've been to. The environment is beautiful, calming, and relaxing. I called in before going and there was no wait. They had many employees working and as it got busier, no one had to wait because there was plenty of staff. My normal nail shop was closed today so I came to Polish Mi to get a fill in and they charge you for everything! It's terrible they charged me to paint my nails on top of the 15 dollar charge for gel! On top of that they charged me for there to file them. I've never in my life been charged for those things!!! Schedule your next spa day here!! After only being in business for 3 weeks, these owners deliver customer service like they've been doing it for years. My step-daughter and I called ahead to schedule appointments for our mani-pedis. This seems to be the new norm since COVID so I wouldn't reccomend trying to walk in. They'll likely have to schedule you to come back, but they'll try to get you in the same day. Such a pretty place decorated in neutral greys, white, crystal, and a pop of deep purple. Very modern, feminine, and pretty! I LOVE that they offer their colors in regular polish gel, and dip. I can finally get a pedi with hands to match perfectly! The pedi chairs are super cozy with massages and reclining settings. They have a big screen tv playing music videos of today's hits. There is a gender neutral bathroom available. They have several COVID precautions on hand including plastic guards at the manicure stations, hand sanitizer that I saw the employees use regularly, and they both wear and offer masks. The ladies working here are super sweet and pay great attention to detail. They offered us bottles of water and asked us if we needed anything. My nails were cut super evenly which satisfied my OCD, and they cleaned up the polish edges so there was no color on my skin like some salons leave behind. The essential pedi included a lovely calf and foot massage with a very pleasingly scented moisturizer. Overall, I will definitely be back for regular services! read more

I LOVE this place! Last week was my first time going and everyone was SO nice and the salon is absolutely beautiful!
