I don't often get my nails done so this was a special treat with a friend who just got engaged. We made reservations (which is a must), and when we arrived the place was very busy! They have two wall displays of various colors to choose from, and have regular, gel and other options. It was a bit overwhelming all the choices, but in the end one of the gals helped us choose a great color. We had to wait a bit despite the reservation as they were so busy, but everyone was kind and efficient. The place was very clean and the experience was restful and nice. The experience for a pedicure included a bit of a leg massage which was lovely, as well as some hot stones! Very relaxing! My appointment was at 12 pm. I got here at 11:50. It's now 12:25 and I'm still waiting to be serviced. There were 5 other people with 12 pm appointments who received service so that leads me to believe that they're overbooking. I have some place to be at 2. I am supposed to be getting a full set and a pedicure but at this rate I'm either going to have to leave or miss my prearranged appointment. This is HIGHLY disappointing. If I wanted to wait I would've walked in instead of getting an appointment. There were women who came in after me who were serviced before me. (Left before I did as well) I came in happy and excited and as of now I'm irritated. Customer service skills are severely lacking. 12:30 someone finally comes to service me. She asks me how I'm doing today and I tell her that I'm irritated and she didn't respond. No follow up. No "Oh what happened, how can I help you" She did later on strike up conversation which I appreciated The salon is beautiful and I hope the service I receive will make up for the lack of urgency or care on behalf of the nail techs here. At 1:10 I got moved over to the nail station . She did a nice job on my toes 2pm I am finished. She did a great job on my nails and was an overall sweetheart. If the service was bad this would've been a 1 star review but because my tech was very sweet and talented, this is now a 3 star review. I do want to urge the owner to work on not overbooking. I stopped at this place on my treat yourself, don't cheat yourself tour. Yes, guys get pedis too. Not many of us do though, so, I call it an exclusive club. This place is located in the Kroger strip mall and has tons of parking. I did not have an appointment and just walked in. They were very accommodating and I was in the chair in less than 5 minutes. When I sat down, they asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I was like 'whoaaaaaa", now I am intrigued. They have three types, but the only one that called to me was the volcano pedi. I must say, it was an awesome choice. The place is like the Globo gym of spas. It is very trendy and has a new age vibe. It is very, very clean. They have a ton of chairs, they are playing smooth music, and all of their chairs have massage features. Yes, I got a massage while getting my pedi. The only thing missing was the bar. My aesthetician was awesome. She was very attentive and friendly. She made sure that I was comfortable and that the water was the right temp. I had to draw the line at the nail polish, which they have a ton of. I comprised on the clear and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Very thorough, so the whole event took about 1 hr and 45 mins. I had my nails done for my birthday almost two weeks ago! The staff was awesome and they even allowed me to add a shade when I decided the color was too light. Very comfortable salon with friendly employees! I'm posting this today because gel polish rarely lasts over a week on my fingers. I'm two weeks in and it's not chipping and still looks great! This is sort of a strange review to write, as my experience was mixed. I found this salon here on Yelp and decided to deviate from my normal nail place due to them being fully booked. I made an appt. here for a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was awesome, the chairs and bowl were clean and nice. When I showed them what I wanted for my nails, they said I would have to wait because not all of the techs can do ombré. I agreed and waited about 30 mins. Sultra was who did my nails. The acrylic set was perfect, shape was awesome. She tried hard to make it blend and it just wasn't happening. They turned out ok, but after literally almost 4 hours of sitting there I was ready to go. I paid $135 including tip. After I left, seeing the nails in daylight they looked totally different. The matte finish on top was wavy, and the black underneath was showing through. I called the receptionist and told her I would like to have them redone since they looked nothing like what I wanted. She tried arguing that they didn't charge me for the soak off, yet I have a detailed receipt showing that they did... either way, she gave me a time to come back in. Went back the second time to get the full set fixed, again, it wasn't necessarily a bad experience. I was in and out in 30 mins and the new color looked much better. The thing that irritated me was that they still charged me another $25. On the screen was $20 for a gel polish change and $5 for custom add on?? I got one gel color, nothing special. Not only did they make me pay full price to drive back and fix something that I wasn't happy with but now I have an extra "custom" charge. I still added a tip since the tech fixing my nails did a decent job- it wasn't her fault. A lady who I'm assuming was the manager or owner asked me if I wanted a receipt and before I could tap email receipt on the screen, she X'd out of it and told me to have a nice day. (???) Overall, the nail techs were nice and the place is clean. However, I won't return. Unfortunately I'll be taking this one as a $165 lesson to make them fix any issues before leaving the salon, even if you've been there all day. read more

Schedule your next spa day here!! After only being in business for 3 weeks, these owners deliver customer service like they've been doing it for years. My step-daughter and I called ahead to schedule appointments for our mani-pedis. This seems to be the new norm since COVID so I wouldn't reccomend trying to walk in. They'll likely have to schedule you to come back, but they'll try to get you in the same day. Such a pretty place decorated in neutral greys, white, crystal, and a pop of deep purple. Very modern, feminine, and pretty! I LOVE that they offer their colors in regular polish gel, and dip. I can finally get a pedi with hands to match perfectly! The pedi chairs are super cozy with massages and reclining settings. They have a big screen tv playing music videos of today's hits. There is a gender neutral bathroom available. They have several COVID precautions on hand including plastic guards at the manicure stations, hand sanitizer that I saw the employees use regularly, and they both wear and offer masks. The ladies working here are super sweet and pay great attention to detail. They offered us bottles of water and asked us if we needed anything. My nails were cut super evenly which satisfied my OCD, and they cleaned up the polish edges so there was no color on my skin like some salons leave behind. The essential pedi included a lovely calf and foot massage with a very pleasingly scented moisturizer. Overall, I will definitely be back for regular services! read more
