And it's not just the younger employees--the woman who I am pretty sure is the manager is probably the rudest one. When this package is up, I will go somewhere else. I asked her if wheelchairs were allowed. she then stated she didn't see his vest even though I already told her he was a service dog. I informed her service animals weren't required to wear vest by law and I would go somewhere else. STAY AWAY!!! I had just gotten waxed next door at the Naked Monkey with him. I get my eye lashes done, massages, and just anything I need due to him being my medical equipment. I have never been more embarrassed to try something new. Apparently what she meant was the 25th and didn't realize that months have different amount of days in them and not every 25th is 5 days before the 1st. I didn't even care that when I signed up that they had to literally screw on a door for me to even use the bed bc the entire place was torn apartment. In fact, it was bc of this state of repair that I agreed to their "special promotional pricing", which I was told I would lose if I cancel my membership. Instead, I was told to pause my membership for $7 a month to keep my promotional pricing or it would charge me full price if I canceled and then returned some months later. So imagine my surprise when the special pricing lasted only 15 days and was then switched to full price (which was double). So now you can see why I wanted to cancel. The manager working at the time of me trying to cancel in person was Maddi Adams. She told me she didn't care what I was told...I was still going to get charged bc it was after the 25th. She then told me neither she, other managers, their corporate office, or MY bank would help me. It was at that point I asked her how old she was and when she said "20", I said I can tell. She then said "you're a bitch". I said I can tell you don't have much life experience if you think my bank isn't going to help me. FYI my bank did stop the payment and told me she 100% could have done it herself but chose to lie and say she couldn't. Now as if this experience wasn't enough...I found out the next day (today) that Maddi recorded me without my knowledge (remember she's the manager and on the clock) and made a tik tok with that recording of me in it. And she shared it with the public. I have now reported this store and Maddi to the BBB, their corporate office, and Indiana's labor department. Oh and I was advised to get a lawyer so I am looking into that.

I thought that if I got some color beforehand, I could be full #TeamSunscreen during the entire trip. I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was nervous to do it because let's be honest, we've all seen spray tans go wrong. I read sooooo many reviews and ended up choosing this biz! Bronze2U uses "solutions that are natural and organically infused with Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamins A, E & C. They're FDA certified Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, and there's NO animal testing involved." Impressive! Other (cheaper) locations use an ingredient that can make you orange, but not here. The natural ingredients also didn't break my sensitive skin out at all either. The owner Bree brings a pop-up tent and spray tan machine with her, directly to your home. She quickly sets up in a few minutes and has you strip down to whatever you feel comfortable in. She put lotion on the parts that tend to keep extra color: elbows, knees, toes, etc. She then did the whole spray tan in under five minutes. She then puts powder on you to keep it on and you're instructed to wear baggy clothes while you wait. The tan didn't wash off on anything though - I'm impressed! You can choose to get the medium tan, which is the cheaper option and has you waiting six hours before showering. There is also the quick tan option which is more expensive, but let's you shower in only an hour or two (you choose when to shower based on how dark you want it to be). I did the medium tan, waited six hours, rinsed off, and was impressed by the natural color I had. It looks so natural and glowy. Sooooo good! Bree is also is an esthetician and has a location downtown in the XG Groom Room, where she will also start doing spray tans soon too. I'll definitely be doing this again!

Once I got into their menu and I saw everything that they offered I booked a facial first. I then questioned them upside and down about every type of laser and all the services that they offer and ultimately ended up getting a monthly membership for $150 a month that comes with a service of your choice and massive discounts off of their other more expensive procedures/laser treatments, discounted rate on Botox, fillers, etc. In my past, I've normally had to "date around" with injectors to find one that understood aesthetically what my goals are and that I could trust to have the skills to carry them out. I found Annie on the first try and could not be happier!! Not only is she stunninglybeautiful on the outside but also she is the most warm, welcoming, and sweetest person ever! Her level of expertise and experience is incredible and very assuring when you are trusting someone with maintaining your looks. So far, I've had the custom tailored facial, Botox, some filler in my lips and the full face neck and chest CO2 laser. My results have been spectacular!
