I went in for a self-care day. The salon was clean and gorgeous when you walked in. I was immediately greeted (which is huge for me). I picked out my color and they have a really nice selection. The water was a little cold when I put my feet in, but he adjusted it pretty quickly. I had a pedicure with the hot stones, scrub, and wax. Getting gel is an extra $20. The service was great. When I had a concern about the polish or my toenails, Sarah didn't give me any attitude. She said don't worry, I'll fix it. The foot massage with the hot stone was my absolute favorite. Let me start by saying I am a "regular" at this salon (was, anyway). Went in for a fill, because dark powder was previously used, Lien (nail tech) said the pink I put on my toes would cover the dark. Tips looked horrible nail bed was bumpy, I was not happy. So I went in the next day and asked to have them redone. I was charged for a full set. $170.00 spent in 24 hours. This is my new nail salon hands down! BEAUTIFUL inside. I was seen by Cindy I believe she said her name was. You are treated really well. It is extremely clean as there is someone there cleaning Cindy was very nice and she did a great job on my nails. She isn't rush she made sure she doubled checked my nails a few times to make sure they were perfect. I will be going back to try the eyebrow wax. I have been here a few times and it was fine. I went last week and front lady always seems kind of annoyed but the tech I got (can't remember her name) got short with me when I didn't answer her fast enough and she cut my cuticles all up that my hands were sore all weekend. One of the nails separated from the dip so I had to go back to get it fixed and instead of soaking it off during the 35mins I waited she tore it off my nail. I jumped 3x it hurt and she just glared said nothing and continued to do it. My finger hurts now. It's also shorter than the rest and crooked now. And darker than all the other nails. My first few times here were good experiences. The new building is beautiful and their set up is stunning. I was able to get in without an appointment and they did an adequate job with my nails. Sometimes the polish wasn't great but the acrylic was thin and even, other times the polish was perfect but the acrylic was thick and uneven. I have found the same reality at every other nail salon I've been to, so I wasn't really disappointed by it. Now that they've been open for a while and I have been here several times, I am growing increasingly disappointed. I made an appointment for today (Saturday) at 10:15 am, just 15 minutes after they open. When I arrived they had already taken 5 people without appointments for pedicures and their first appointment at 10, with only 3 employees present. They chose to let numerous walk-ins start, knowing someone with an appointment would be there in 15 minutes--that is horrible customer service/planning. They had their cleaning employee set up my pedicure station and insisted I put my feet in the water, which was ice cold and about 3 inches deep. After waiting 45 minutes for someone to begin my appointment, I dried my feet off and left without getting my nails done. I watched 3 other people walk out while I waited for my appointment to finally begin. They are definitely not doing themselves any favors the longer they are in business. I know I won't be making an appointment anytime soon. read more

I'm talking marble tile, chandeliers, a painted ceiling, more nail colors and options than you know what to do with. I did the super relax pedicure and it was amazing. I would love to give this place a zero star!! Today was strike 2 and I won't come back to have a 3rd. 1st time my husband and I both came in on date night which we don't get often, and I was seated and he was told they would be with him shortly. He waited and waited and kept being told "one more minute". Until finally they finished me and he sat there next to me the entire time with nothing. Decided to give it another try and came back today 10/22. The owner even recognized me from the last time and she even referred to my husband from when we were there last. I was seated with a man who gave me the menu and I chose a $40 spa pedi with gel polish. 20 min or so later we were done!!! He kept yanking on my foot and acting irritated that it wasn't where he wanted it but it wasn't like I was moving it!! Then he brought out some wet lukewarm rag that he laid on my legs. From there he began painting my nails and while they were under the lights he put some oil in my legs, barely rubbed it in and then we were done!!! That's it!! I didn't even get lotion on my feet!! Who gets a pedi without lotion?!? I asked him and he said "we're done." I went to pay and he says $60. WHAT?!? You mean $40? He said "No, $40 for pedi and $20 for gel." Who has ever paid $20 for gel?!? I wasn't going to argue and cause a scene in there, but I will NEVER go back. They never have enough techs and if you get one, you get over charged and ripped off. Save your money friends, this place isn't worth it. The owner needs to take some accountability read more

Had an appointment at 12:30, 1:00 came along and I still was not spoken to. Ended up leaving. It's a hit or miss here. There's nothing like walking away from a nail salon with nails you don't like bc you have to deal with it for 2-3 weeks! Tried this place on referral of my daughter. I requested a full set and a gel pedicure and believe the technician was also the shop owner. Simply put - we did not have the same experience or the same technician. I requested gel polish on my toes to stand up to the sand and chlorine. After discussing the tech concurred stating the sand would chip the polish but then forgot to do it. She then proceeded to upcharge me $20 for the gel removal on my toes and told me gel removal is only free if I have gel put back on.......??? Normally that would seem reasonable except I had requested a gel pedicure. So I paid more and now my polish will be chipping away before the end of my trip. I did ask about our discussion on doing the gel and she dismissed me and said "it is pretty it is pretty" I had removed my own protein dip and needed some length so had her do a full set. Not the worst I ever had, but pretty amateur especially for a shop owner. Different lengths, sizes. Some are downright ugly and others are just okay. I was able to get right in without a wait but it was a weeknight around 5:30. The tech seemed disengaged and aloof. I typically enjoy some silence if I'm honest, so I know it's bad if I'm the one initiating any chit chat. Overall - Unimpressed and I won't be back. I'm glad my daughter had a better experience with One if the other techs. read more

Rude nail techs that never give you the design you want. Even with an appointment I sat for an hour and a half soaking off acrylics and still haven't even done my pedicure.
