Came with a friend to Cute Nails for a pedicure. We were greeted and seated right away. Asked to pick a color before taking a seat. There were tonsssss of color options and as a girl, I have a love hate relationship with having so many options. They hand you a "menu" once you sit down to choose which type of pedicure you want (I posted pictures of all of the menu options). I chose the middle option #7. It was exactly what I needed. Been going here for years and everything has gone downhill so bad recently. They have shiny new equipment and upped their prices, and are hiring new help who doesn't know what they are doing. I had a bad experience on my last visit, but gave it another chance because it's usually good. This time the tech was so aggressive with the electric file that he destroyed my nail bed to the point of me crying in the salon. I had an experienced tech finish my nails, then at checkout he didn't even offer a discount for the terrible experience! I had to ask for one, and even then he gave a $3 discount. I would've complained further but he couldn't understand what I was saying. I'm so disappointed, save your time and your nail beds- go somewhere else. read more

They have a great social media presence, which is what drew me in. However, the service and cleanliness was lacking. I had never been there and didn't know where to go or where to choose colors. They sort of vaguely gestured to the wall of boxes? When I was seated I showed the nail tech a photo from their own instagram and asked for that specific color. What he came back with was close enough, and I said ok. They have a ton of manicure and pedicure stations, but staffing fluctuates. They seem very laid back. I got a mani and pedi on a Tuesday night. I was helped right away and the quality of the services was as expected. When I entered and told them the services I would like, they did try and up sell me to acrylic nails instead of a gel mani and a much more expensive pedi instead of the basic, but I assured them I was fine with what I had originally wanted. Then during my pedi, they tried to get me to upgrade again... told them no again. At the end of my mani, they added chrome powder and asked if I liked it, I said yes since it was already done and seemed like more work to have them take it all off even though I did not ask for it.... My daughter and I went for pedicures. We waited for 15 minutes. Employees were sitting in other pedicure chairs on their phones. Who knows, maybe they were on break?! They did not do everything included in the pedicures we chose. I pointed to the pedicure description we wanted as language can be a barrier. Several steps such as having nails trimmed/filed, exfoliating, and massage were not done. Nail polish was fairly done. We were not charged correctly. They called another employee over to help....twice. They said we had to pay for gel polish removal. Neither of us had gel polish or any polish on when we entered their business. As soon as I walked in through the doors there was a nice lady there welcoming me and i told her what I would like and I was instantly seated with a nice gentleman named Tim. He did exceptionally well, delivering exactly what I requested. The manicure was amazing, as well as the pedicure he did (package 2) . This place was recommended to my by one of my neighbors. Ms. Anna did an amazing job with my pedi. I have been to this establishment twice and both times, no complaints. Staff were super friendly, they did not rush, and accommodated any request we have. There is a cute aesthetic in the building. They also offer kid services for littles, with cute kid chairs. There is lots of parking out front as it is in a plaza with whiskey business and hot box pizza. I will be back again. read more

Love this salon. I only get pedicures but I feel like they are fairly priced. I know they do appointments but I always just walk in in the afternoon and have never had to wait. I'm sure this may be different on busy days like Friday or Saturday. Everyone is nice and kind. read more

They do a decent job but they aren't consistent. Three weeks ago I went in and had the most amazing service. Thank you Sarah! Today I went in and was left wanting more. Last time I went they offered a teacher discount. Today they declined the teacher discount even though the sign was on the counter. There also wasn't an explanation on why the discount couldn't be honored even though the sign was still out. Just a straight no. It's confusing and frustrating. This place is so excellent it's worth the drive for me. Many pedis here in last 5 years and always wonderful work. The friend I tend to go with and I are deaf. The entire staff is a excellent at communicating with us. The various luxury options are all so yummy and pleasant. Overall love this place but today they did not do what I asked. The male in the black leather jacket on 12/18/2023 from 11am-12pm I asked for gel with red glitter on top. Did not receive either. I got regular paint instead of gel and no glitter. Disappointed in the quality of this time around. Next time I would like to have the glitter and gel as I asked for. So glad I found this place! Close to home and great customer service. John or Jon (not sure how he spells it) helped with my service and he was amazing. Very patient, took his time but was also very quick. I got a basic mani/pedi with gel and I was out within an hour and paid under $100. I went during the week and it was so laid back, calming music and just overall relaxing. I normally go for a square nail but instead I asked for oval or almond this time and I'm highly satisfied. I travel all over for work and end up having to find a place to get my nails and pedicure at a place based on reviews. The pedicure was done by Hanna and she gave me an excellent massage not a fluffy one. I did have to wait a little bit but that's expected at a walk in and she kept apologizing. I just took advantage of soaking my feet and using the amazing massage chairs that also massage your arms/hands. Then I got my nails filled by Anna I believe and she used a file on most of my shaping and trimming but when she did you the dremel she was so careful and exact. Tons of color choices! Very friendly! So I got this cute nails done for an event and was very happy with service- how quick they were and did nail art just how I wanted. Price was also same that I have paid elsewhere. BUT in about 8-9 days two nails on both hands chipped and in few minutes the nail paint completely came off. I went in next day to get it fixed. They made me wait 45 minutes to only say I have to wait another 20 some minutes. I told I'll be back next day since I had other commitments. Went back and they fixed all 4 nails. And here I am now - in 2 days, 2 of the nail paint has already come off. Again!!! Never returning! read more

We went in for pedicures for my friends birthday. The nail salon is clean and well decorated and all the staff that we interacted with were very nice and friendly especially Martin. Other nail salons I've been to you get the typical no frills pedicure. Here they have a book with different pedicures you can get. Of course, depending what you choose, the price may be higher that a typical pedicure. Two of us got the Volcanic Ash pedicure which include a scrub, hot stone massage and some other stuff. I've been going here for quite sometime and honestly never had a problem until I had the old man help me. In December I paid $70 for some Christmas nails and when I was done realized the dip didn't go down to my nail bed and one finger already looked a week grown out. I left it didn't say anything that time. This time I get sent to him again and give him the benefit of the doubt since last time was the first time I'd ever had him do mine. Well, to start this time he sits down while watching a video on Facebook he's gluing my acrylics on again eyes on the video while doing this.. so I ask him to remove the one on my thumb and redo bc it is literally glued to my skin. As he rolled his eyes he did it. Missed the corner WHERE IT WAS GLUED TO MY SKIN I asked to please drill the whole thing off. Another eye roll and shaking his head. Now puts on the dip, once finished I asked him to please fill in the bottom as again they already look grown out. Not happy even tho I'm the one paying he takes the dip and is a smartass and puts it on to my actual finger. So I say if you don't want to do them that's fine I can have someone else finish. He throws his stuff down goes on a rant about how I've been difficult since I sat down. Difficult bc I'm paying and want them done correctly?? not once did I raise my voice I asked for them to be fixed and he was defensive that I wasn't happy. He sits in chair 6 and the lady in chair 1 came over asking to fix and was astonished at how bad they looked. She was a great help and understood my frustration and felt horrible having to drill the dip off my skin which has now resulted to a terribly painful finger. In the end all I can say is I'm not sure how the old man still works there as one he's always on his phone and two he his beyond rude to customers. If the other employees are telling me to make sure I ask not to have him when I come there's a problem. other than him the others have been great. read more

i've never written a review for somewhere before but i can't stress enough how amazing this place is. i've gotten my nails done here before and they always do absolutely amazing. they take around an hour at max and always take their time to do well. i got these nails for prom and i brought in fabric from my dress and multiple people ran around trying to find the perfect color. if you want to get your nails done quick and perfect, this is the place i'd go. preferably make an appointment but they get you in right away even if you don't. read more

I was so excited to visit this new place for my mani and pedi needs. They did a really nice job with the vibe - it was very clean, glamorous, and full of nice furniture. The massage chairs were really great too! And to be honest the majority of the pedicure I got today was really great. I was a little weirded out that they put their nail tools tray on the ground (see picture). Here's where things went wrong: I admit that their Yelp photos led me to believe they did some fancy nail designs and I couldn't wait to get something other than a plain color. When I asked them to do a design they just said no, we don't do that. I felt sad but moved on and picked a color. I almost always get regular polish pedicures (not gel) and they last for weeks. After 15 minutes at the dryer, I was told it was ok to go and put on my sandals on which messed up the paint on my big toe. They kindly offered to repaint it and I sat under the dryer 10 more minutes. The new paint looked awful and was in my cuticle. They who wiped it off and said to go v even though I knew it was still so wet. The last photo is my nail by the time I got home - totally ruined. I'm posting this 6 hours after my pedicure and my other toes are still tacky and wet! I will not be revisiting unless a solution is offered. read more

Came in to get pedicure and gel manicure. I was told to have a seat in the in the pedicure chair. After i noticed it was going to a man. The same man who has did my nails the other 2 times prior I requested a woman this time. I was told it was going to be a while. I asked if they can call me when she was done so that I can come back because I need my feet done tonight and even if she can't get to them tonight please call me and let know that as well so that i can find somewhere else to go. They never called me. The man was simply mad because I wanted a woman to do my toes. If I'm paying over $100 for my nails i should be able to have who i want to do my toes and especially have them done to my liking instead of the subpar job the guy has been doing. read more

I was literally traumatized by this experience. I was seeking a very simple dip powder manicure. My apt was at 3pm and no one helped me until 3:45. I was having a really hard day due to some personal matters so I was a little emotional anyway and literally just cried. The lady doing my nails proceeded to put thick acrylic on my nails after I asked her not to because my natural nails were damaged. I really tried to trust the process. It was terrible and the white I requested ended up turning yellow. I'm a content creator on TikTok so of course I recorded the whole thing. @_thea_b_ You can see for yourself what they did to me with very little remorse. The worst part about it all was that she cut my cuticles down so far the Acetone was burning soo bad it left small scars around my nail beds. Assuming the manager was assisting me at that point and he seemed very irritated when I complained about the pain. Very pretty salon but they may need to invest more in re-educating on proper techniques. I can't help but wonder if I had been of a different nationality..would I have been treated this way? read more

Came to get pedicures with a friend, both of us had not good experiences. I was asked if I wanted length taken off my nails and I said no... they were cut short & changed the shape I wanted. They used cuticle cutters and made both of us slightly bleed. Some of my toe nails are crooked, I left with a sticky leg & I somehow spent $70 on plain pink toe nails... I needed a place that looked like they could accommodate 3-5 pedicures at once, and this was the only one nearby I figured we could try. At first my appointment was just 3 regular pedicures, which I called two weeks in advance to schedule. When they took my call, it made me worried that they didn't actually schedule anything because they never asked for more information, just said "yes that's fine" and took my name. I called back the following week to reschedule to Sunday from Saturday and add 2 child pedicures. Man who answered said "ok, see you today." I corrected him that it wouldn't be until Sunday and he said "oh okay." Come Sunday, we show up and there's a good number of other people saying they have 11am appointments. The staff handled it well but seemed overwhelmed. Then when they asked what my group was there for, and I said my appointment details, I was met with wide eyes and confusion. I told him that I had called twice to schedule the appointment. They apparently don't actually do appointment scheduling. They worked with us, but tried to upsell us on a lot of products and services. It was okay, but I will stick to my main salon. read more
