Got my nails done Saturday & they were chipping the next day. A gel manicure is supposed to last 2-3 weeks, not one day. The paint job was not good at all! During my pedicure the lady used the scrubber that was too aggressive for my feet & scraped off the skin and my foot started bleeding and I had to pull my foot away from her and tell her. She apologized and finally gave me a bandaid when I kept telling her it was stinging. During my manicure she kept pulling off too much of my cuticles & punctured 3 of my nails and cause one of them to bleed. The worst part of it all is that she kept trying to tell my boyfriend how much of a tip to give her. He asked me how much of a tip & I told him $5 because she literally took the skin off my foot causing it to bleed, did a horrible paint job on my nails & toes, and was aggressive with my hands & cuticles which resulted in them bleeding as well. She literally responded after I told him $5 saying, no $10 for your nails and toes. When he gave her the $5 bill she repeatedly said no more. Part of me wanted to snatch that $5 out of her hand because quite frankly I didn't want to tip after that verbal encounter & shouldn't have tipped her when I wasn't happy with her paint job or aggressiveness. & on top of that all my "gel" nail polish is now off of my nails 3 days later, as it is only Tuesday night. 10/10 do not recommend! read more

My friend and I have been here many times, but I never thought to do a review. This is a very popular place so sometimes you might have to wait. A busy place is always a good sign. The workers are friendly and do a great job. They take their time and make sure whatever you have done is done right. / Today is September 1st, a Saturday and Monday is Labor Day. It's extra busy. No matter how busy, they still take their time and do a great job! I recommend you give Magic Nails a try. We are here on February 13th, 2019. I don't check in every time we come. I guess I haven't caught on to checking in every door I walk through. We come every 3 weeks for eyebrows. I don't have any toes on my left foot, but I'm getting a pedicure to improve the skin on both feet. It feels good too. read more

I had a very enjoyable experience at Magic Nails. I got the gel manicure and decided to add a little design to my ring fingers. The total was $30 which I though was reasonable. Some people complain about salons when the specialist doesn't talk to them. I chuck it up to a slight language barrier but my stylist talked whenever she needed to and always had a smile. The inside of the store was clean and that usual chemical smell of a nail salon was very mild, in my opinion. I look forward to returning soon. read more

I call her the "Nail Doctor" because she created a toe nail from acrylic powder when she notice my toe nail missing. She was able to correct my extra thick and uneven finger nails. Unfortunately the owners who were here are no longer owning a salon and I didn't know that before I came but the guy who did my nails was absolutely horrible. I could tell that he had no training as he was all over the place had no system and I had to ask him to not cut my nails so close to the cuticle as well as a very very sloppy polish job read more

No appointment needed. But that's just one of their problems. My last visit ended in a verbal altercation with a nail client. They open at 10 am, but people wait in their car until the doors are open at around 9:30 am. When I parked there was one other car waiting for the doors to open. At 9:30 am I stand by the door waiting for the owner to unlock the doors so people will not be sitting in the cold. The person who was sitting in her car when I arrived did not bother to stand at the door. But she tries to bogard me from entering the salon first. Afterall, I did exit my car and stand at the door like the majority of people do to sign in once the door is opened. This person had every opportunity to get out of her car and line up at the door, but she did not initially. She got verbal with me saying she should be first since her car was parked in the lot before mine. I know I should have been quiet, but it was not her day and I wasn't taking any mess. Anyway, she did manage to see the same nail tech I was seeing before me as she sit in her car insisting to be seen before anyone else. The nail salon owner upheld her.
