I chose the Lavender pedi with the Hot stone add on(will never pass on hot stones lol) Idk if it was the Lavender working or the kind lady doing my pedicure but I definitely dozed off a few times and felt so relaxed after the massage. Bonus points for her catering to my inability to control my foot sensitivity(being ticklish smh lol) but still making sure she hit any rough spots. I've been coming here for about two years, off and on, for pedicures; the place is run by a…read morehusband-wife team. They both have heavy SE Asian accents, so I've always had trouble communicating with them, which may or may not be an issue for others. The good: They take cleanliness seriously, with many tools coming from a sterilizer (although the pumice stones seem to be reused with only a rinse, based on what I saw). They always wear face masks, and there are clear plastic panels hung between their station and the massage chair pedicure station. The prices are very affordable, but I've only ever done basic pedicures with sometimes a basic manicure. The neutral: The place plays piano "Muzak" only -- the same CD, over and over. It could be worse, but they didn't quite attain the "soothing spa" environment they might have been trying for. Furnishings are old and somewhat worn; again, meh ambience, but irrelevant to the service. The not-so-good: I usually get my pedicures from the husband; he is thorough and careful, and my nails end up looking good. While he isn't always willing to give me what I ask for, he'll take the time to try to tell me why I can't have it (in particular: nail shape -- I have square beds but hate square nails; and the callus-shaving, which he won't always do to my satisfaction, telling me the calluses are there to protect something -- I think). He often comes across as a bit brusque and impatient with me, but that might just be more communication problems. I had a pedicure from the wife of the team last time. I find her even more difficult to understand than the husband, and she seems to have a harder time understanding me. She also seems to focus more on speed than on care. First, she didn't give me any time to do more than dip my feet in the pedicure tub before she got started -- a three minute soak first would have made the callus removal easier and more thorough. I like my toenails a working length: just shy of the end of the toe, so I'm not gouging my shoes. She cut them back so short they feel like I have ten stubbed toes, and she cut down the sides of the toenails, cutting ME in the process. It hurt, and I said "ouch!" When she cut me, but she didn't apologize or say anything. One cut was bad enough she had to apply pressure with cotton to get the bleeding to stop. The callus removal was less thorough than I prefer, although she did use the callus shaver, which I like. She wasn't able to get the calluses on my pinky toes, which are difficult to reach and take care to properly deal with. I had a manicure this time as well. Some of my nail beds are oval, and some are square; I prefer rounded, working-length nails (just a bit past the ends of my fingers). Some of my nails ended up rounded, and some ended up square; she tried to explain that they matched the nail bed, and to round them would go down the sides too much. I wish she'd discussed that with me beforehand. I have really thin, fragile, friable nails; I had to stop her from filing the tops too much. (I don't care if you are trying to smooth them; if they flake and peel and break as a consequence, that is not ideal.) point is: two years, and not only have they never bothered to learn my preferences, but I've also never particularly felt welcome. Final straw: it's a week later, and the too-short toenails still hurt. My big toe, where she seriously cut down along the side, is red and sore. I'll be soaking in Epsom salts for a while, it seems. And seriously growing out my toenails before I go looking for a different nail salon.

I called ahead and they said to walk right in, no wait. We arrived and were seated right away. She got to pick out her colors and told the lady about the unicorn she wanted. Unfortunately, her nail was too small but she gave her a few pretty flowers, to which is was very happy about. In and out in 20 mins, cost $20, and I had one very happy five year old princess.

After getting that misunderstanding handled, he proceeded to attempt the cat eye and did NOT know how to truly do it. Please just be honest with your costumers. Thankfully, Linda finished the look for me.

But as the Keystone Fashion Mall I would be appalled and embarrassed to have such disgraceful behavior representing my brand. The people here (especially the lady at the front desk) are rude and exhibit extremely disgusting behavior towards their guests. I came in once, to get a pedicure, and I and I was so appalled by their disgraceful level of Customer Service, that I can't believe they're still open. If you're having a good day, you should avoid this place. But if you don't care how people talk to you, and have no respect for yourself, then be their guest. But when I left, I went to place across the street in the plaza and the people were AMAZING. So there are better places to give your money if you want a better experience. At one point my thumb nail was completely slanted and I politely asked him to straighten it out BEFORE he even put the acrylic on so I wouldn't have to make him do it all over again. He laughed like it was the greatest inconvenience of his life. From there it was down hill. I spent an entire 4 hours telling me I needed to change my design. I went through FIVE different designs, each one I picked was simpler than the last. At one point it was literally JUST circles and he said he couldn't do it. He told me he could do certain designs but only with one color. I told him no I was paying for it and the color didn't change the difficulty of doing the design. I have an outfit my nails are meant to match and 3 colors at the nail salon shouldn't be crazy but it was for Alex apparently. Eventually I just wanted to leave. I ended up with purple ombre nails, no top coat, and he only took off $20 from what I was originally quoted which was $105. I'm so disappointed. Even when he was being rude to begin with I planned on tipping him 20% if he could at least give me what to ask for but needless to say I didn't tip him cause he worked it into the final price. At one point she told me to not pay attention to what she was doing because I was "getting in the way." She didn't paint the sides of the nails. My mom asked to get gel nails and the lady left huge bubbles when painting that it looks horrible. I would not recommend this place nor will I get my nails done here again. The worst customer service I have ever received. Very disappointing! The next day I noticed the glue was starting to come off. I called the salon and was told that after you go home, that's on you to fix. I shared with her it's only been 24 hrs, how I was treated, and that I would have to go somewhere else to get them re-done because I am traveling. After a long pause, she said "okay thank you bye bye" while laughing in the background. This is very disappointing because they only care about the money and not customer service.
