Took my neice to this location to get a color powder dip on her nails. Her nails are short, no special shapes are designs. She reviewed the service options picked her color and was told it would be 70. She questioned why was it a 20 dollar upcharge and the guy couldn't explain. I came in around 6 on a Friday and of course it was busy. It took some time but I was able to get a pedicure. I'm getting married in a few months so I decided to try out a glitter on my toes to judge if I'd want it for the wedding day. It looked fine, it wouldn't be what I'd use for my wedding day, but my the next morning it had rubbed off my big toes while in bed. I stopped by, again busy, and I was told they'd change the polish! I felt bad for the employees because women were being so rude concerning time but again IT IS SATURDAY AND DUH, BUSY! I was fit in after about 30 minutes for my quick polish change and good to go. My friend just left this nail shop where she has been going for the last few months. The guy sat down and started her nails. She instantly noticed an attitude but let him proceed. He put one nail on and she asked how much for coffin and he told her $50, she asked why when she typically pays $45. He took the nail off and told her she could go somewhere else. When you frequent businesses and things change, you could at least have the courtesy to explain the difference in cost. Oh and when asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. Rude rude rude! I paid extra for the sugar scrub pedicure and was really really looking forward to the massage and smooth feet. First, I'm pretty sure the callus scrub thing was USED . Second, the massage was basically a light petting of my legs and he never touched my feet. Third, he didn't give my toes time to dry at all before he was putting my shoes on and shooing me out of his chair. He never even looked at me the whole time and was annoyed when I asked him to shape my nails better. Customers that were there before me were still having their feet massaged by the time I was done. I had a manicure on February 3rd, and the polish started chipping off on the 7th. I have waited too long to have the problem repaired. I am disappointed the polish did not last longer. He put om one base coat, two coats of color, and on coat of top polish. read more

Unfortunately I visited this salon based on my sister in law's advice but was terribly disappointed. I got a mani/pedi and paid a few dollars more than I would have elsewhere. The manicure was fine (although the polish never lasts long on my nails) but the pedicure was a different story. My heels were still rough and felt like they hadn't been touched (though they had) and the polish on three of my toe nails didn't even survive the trip home. Fortunately I had some polish at home that was close to the color on my nails. I have honestly never had this happen anywhere else. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more

Ok so i went there last night because my boyfriends bday is today and wanted to look nice for him. I called ahead to make sure that they could get me in because it was kind of late in the day and didn't want to get rushed through and they told me to come on in. I got there and go my pedicure and the lady that did the pedicure was awesome. She did fantastic!!!! She didn't rush through until the guy came over that was doing my nails and started working on my nails. And i couldn't understand what was said but seemed like he rushed her to get done. So after my pedi cure he had me come sit in his chair and completely rushed through my nails so instead of complaining then because it was about to close i waiting until today to go back and TRRRRY to have them fixed. I got there and all he did was file them down. Didn't even reapply the polish and just said ok better, and i said well i guess I'm just going to go somewhere else. And on top of everything i spend $70 and also tipped them $10. So $80 later I'm in tears and headed somewhere else to get them fixed!! I'm beyond upset and wouldn't recommend going here. So on top of everything i went to a new place and spent $30 more to get my nails fixed so $110 on a gel nail and a regular pedicure!! Ridiculous!!!!! read more
