I had my nails done by Danny and it was a wonderful experience. This place is very nice and I highly recommend the place.

Henry is the absolute best! Always listens to what I'm wanting for my nails and does it perfectly. Takes a lot of time and doesn't rush. The best!! read more

I always feel that they take advantage of me by surprising me with hidden fees. I gave them three chances and I haven't gone there for a while. Reading Hien's comment under other review is exactly how I felt when I was with him. He needs to show respect! read more

We all love Henry. He does a great job. He does all three of our nails and the time passes by really fast. Anything we've asked him to do he does for our nails. His shop is clean and well-maintained.!! read more

My friend found this place. She wanted her nails done, and I'm not able to because of my job; I got my feet done. The ladies were nice, and the one that did my Pedi did a reasonably good job. My friend's nails looked good. I said I'd have to take some time off to get mine done so I can feel like a lady *flips hair*. I should've taken a picture, but I will next time. They have some gorgeous gel colors too. read more

I was curious for a base price on the Gel x manicure and was treated with disrespect.

All the way from Atlanta Georgia, Nancy made me and my friends feel at home. She was vibrant and very attentive to what we requested. Nancy provided a clean and fun atmosphere, she even provided drinks. I will definitely return whenever I am in Indiana. read more

I went in for a manicure that I had made an appt for. I felt like the appt was rushed and my nails ended up looking pretty rough. Unfortunately, I got gel, and was heading out of town, so I didn't bother saying anything as I didn't have time to get them redone. I am sad, because I love supporting small/local business, but I was really disappointed with how my nails turned out. read more

LG nails was amazing! I'm picky as can be. Nancy made me feel comfortable and worked with me. I recently moved to Indy from Houston and had a VERY HARD TIME finding a good nail salon. The staff was very friendly and gave me options. She constantly reminded me that her priority was to keep the customers happy and proved it every possible way. I highly recommend this place! I went to get my nails done for prom. Showed them a pic. Not what I asked for at all. Another customer walked in to get her nails done, saw how bad my nails were and left immediately. $45 plus tip is what I paid for these. I went back and they tried blaming it on the color I chose. When in reality it was just an over all bad job. read more

This place has a new owner and he is very nice. I got a pedicure and it was the best pedicure I got and it was not busy when I went everything was clean, he even let my boyfriend sit in the massage chair while he finished my pedicure read more

I'm a black woman that's been coming here for months and I've NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY FORM OF RACISM! Ironically, I met the lady in the parking lot and she stopped me to warn of me racism, but knowing his character, I didn't listen to her and went in anyway! I offered to write a review to deflect the prior accusations because they're ABSURD!!! There's completely new management, so this owner is rebuilding from scratch with the prior reputation. I come back because he is friendly and professional! There's always two sides to every story & although I'll never deflect racism...but some people like to pull the race card when they don't want to be held accountable for their actions! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon! It's clean, fresh and awesome service! read more

So, want to know where NOT to go? LG Nails Fishers ! I never leave reviews, but this was AWFUL. Took my kid for a pedicure date- we were the only people in the whole shop. The male working there was immediately rude to my (almost)10 year old. Telling them to sit still more than 10 times when they weren't even bouncing around, but just adjusting themselves in their seat or scratching an itch or ANY movement, they were told to "SIT STILL" sternly. Also, the whole reason we do these pedicure dates is to have a mom/kid date, and the worker repeatedly told my child to stop talking (we were just having conversations about their day, friends, normal stuff) and to play on their tablet (which I had brought in case there was a wait). Also the worker said "will you be quiet if I give you candy?" Which I said "no- we don't need candy". My child was then basically forced into texting me instead of actually having a fun afternoon, and talking and the texts included "this is the worst ever., I don't even care if my nails get messed up can we just leave?, Please let's never come here again. I hate this." And this is a kid who literally BEGS for a pedicure every other time and brags about how awesome it is all the time. THEN the guy starts in about my psoriasis and about how I have it because I eat too many fats and proteins and that makes my body too hot and that's why I have psoriasis. And I should eat more fruit and vegetables. THEN he burnt me with a super hot rock with the hot rock massage. I don't even know why I didn't get up and leave at any of these points. But I'm kicking myself that I didn't. Just DONT GO THERE. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional damage. read more

I got my nails done here about a week prior. I had broken 1 nail. I called and asked how much it would be just to fix the one he said since he did them it'd be free. So when I got there he wanted to argue and denied doing them. I wasn't looking for a free service anyway and I had to be at work so I simply said ok fine. If you don't remember I don't care. Truly just needed my nail fixed. It was a simple gel clear pink. No color no design. He said it would be $5 then had me wait 10 minutes. I sat in the chair and he again tried to argue. At this point I'm wasting my time which I didn't have alot of. I said "look are you going to fix the nail or not" he said no I got up and left. Denying ever doing my nails is not a big deal. But wasting someone's time after they've already explained they have somewhere to be and trying to argue is ridiculous. He was getting paid and I was getting my nail fixed. I really don't understand what his issue was. read more

Worst nail experience ever!!!! The tech was going to send me home with my nails halfway done all because I wanted them done properly. One of my nails was shaped CROOKED. The tech didn't know how to shape a pointy almond shape and had to have someone else do it for her. The man who took over for her was who was going to send me home because he couldn't get it right either. My nails are thick and look artificial. Very unprofessional, poor customer service and incompetent service. read more

This nail salon is sub par, to say the least! About a month ago, I made the mistake of trusting them with what should have been a very easy nail style! A very SIMPLE, popular style! What they did was simply atrocious!! I allowed them to attempt to fix it and start over. Instead they actually painted over the original polish. The result was hideous, thick, clumpy and boxy. I was livid. I've gave them a much deserved negative review and they contacted me immediately, asking me to remove it. I did so only because I had my bank reverse the charges. Today I learned that the nail salon contested the reversal and I was re charged $77.00! The job they did wasn't worth a single cent. I'd like to also mention that I asked for (and paid for) a manicure that consisted of the lady doing NOTHING more than pushing my cuticles back. This place is a joke. Stay away. Go to a reputable, professional salon instead! read more

Worst gel application. Chunky and glued to my fingers in many areas. Other areas missing polish or top coat altogether. Chipping within 48 hours. And this was done by the lady everyone says is so great here.... also they charge you to take off the gel even though you are paying for new so it ends up more expensive than other salons. read more

My first time there it was definitely a pleasure but this second time I will NOT be returning again! My boyfriend & I came for pedicures but I arrived about 10 minutes earlier then him. As the guy started on my feet he didn't say hello didn't engage in any conversation, when my boyfriend arrive we asked several questions to him and he gave us one worded answers... NOT ONLY THAT , other people walked in w/ no appointment & they received there service before my boyfriend .. he was then asked can they do his pedicure tomorrow!?? I felt that was extremely rude and unprofessional, we came to give/pay our money like everyone else !!! Very upsetting read more

I came to LG nails bc I was no longer working near my old salon. I decided to come based solely on the Yelp reviews and everyone was right, they're the best! It's never crowded when I go, Nancy truly cares about your wants and takes time to do her best job. She really spent time massaging my feet during my pedicure because she could tell how tense they were. Typically, I feel like pedicures are rushed at other salons. They also have hundreds of colors!! The salon is clean. This will be my new place :) read more

Pedicure was just ok! Wasn't happy with how little time they spent on my feet and how my feet still look bad.

By far best nail experience. Genuine friendly service. The lady wasn't "fake" at all. She is so sweet and was good at her job. No cutting corners. Very clean, elegant and relaxing. I think I found a "nail salon home". They let my fiancé sit next to me while I got my pedicure so he could use the massage chair. 100% recommend. read more

All new chairs & equipment - very clean! My nail esthetician was a perfectionist. Staff came over from old JC Nails (by Uncle Bills).

I love this nail salon! Both the nail techs that work hear are from JC Nails across the street. They have now opened LG Nails and I love it! They are so friendly, willing to have a conversation with you, and are both beautiful artists! I totally recommend this salon! I personally have Su do my acrylics, and he does an awesome job. He takes the time to make them perfect! I'm always satisfied. And now he has me hooked on the Gel nails as well! Go check out this nail salon, you won't be disappointed! read more

Great customer service and very friendly, but my gel manicure started lifting at the sides on 4-5 fingers just 2 days later. A week later they looked horrible, chipped and peeing everywhere (and I have an office job and don't work with my hands) and I had to have them redone elsewhere. Not what I expect after paying $30 + tip. read more

I'll start out by saying I've been getting my nails done since I was a teenager .So to go to a nail salon and have them tell me that my hands are to big to get a coffin shape was. The most disrespectful thing I have ever heard and that not getting gel nails was crazy because they are going took look bad. I have been getting coffin shape for the last 6 years at every other salon and they look amazing. He texted on his phone non stop and spoke to every other nail tech in there language non stop it was ridiculous ! Poked me with his filthy nail. I couldn't believe this experience .I used them once years ago because they had an opening I believe it was under different management then . So if you want to be disrespected go here . I left there upset and with short unshaped nails because I just wanted out of there . They should understand that there are a lot of nail shops in fishers that come and go for horrible customer service and that disrespectable customer service won't be tolerated . Also take a look at how dirty the area is 2 inches of dust old nails filthy equipment Just pray you won't get a nail fungus or worse. Negative zero if I could. read more
