Ironically, I met the lady in the parking lot and she stopped me to warn of me racism, but knowing his character, I didn't listen to her and went in anyway! So, want to know where NOT to go? LG Nails Fishers ! I never leave reviews, but this was AWFUL. Took my kid for a pedicure date- we were the only people in the whole shop. The male working there was immediately rude to my (almost)10 year old. Telling them to sit still more than 10 times when they weren't even bouncing around, but just adjusting themselves in their seat or scratching an itch or ANY movement, they were told to "SIT STILL" sternly. Also, the whole reason we do these pedicure dates is to have a mom/kid date, and the worker repeatedly told my child to stop talking (we were just having conversations about their day, friends, normal stuff) and to play on their tablet (which I had brought in case there was a wait). Also the worker said "will you be quiet if I give you candy?" Which I said "no- we don't need candy". My child was then basically forced into texting me instead of actually having a fun afternoon, and talking and the texts included "this is the worst ever., I don't even care if my nails get messed up can we just leave?, Please let's never come here again. I hate this." And this is a kid who literally BEGS for a pedicure every other time and brags about how awesome it is all the time. THEN the guy starts in about my psoriasis and about how I have it because I eat too many fats and proteins and that makes my body too hot and that's why I have psoriasis. And I should eat more fruit and vegetables. THEN he burnt me with a super hot rock with the hot rock massage. I don't even know why I didn't get up and leave at any of these points. But I'm kicking myself that I didn't. Just DONT GO THERE. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional damage. read more

I got my nails done here about a week prior. I had broken 1 nail. I called and asked how much it would be just to fix the one he said since he did them it'd be free. So when I got there he wanted to argue and denied doing them. I wasn't looking for a free service anyway and I had to be at work so I simply said ok fine. If you don't remember I don't care. Truly just needed my nail fixed. It was a simple gel clear pink. No color no design. He said it would be $5 then had me wait 10 minutes. I sat in the chair and he again tried to argue. At this point I'm wasting my time which I didn't have alot of. I said "look are you going to fix the nail or not" he said no I got up and left. Denying ever doing my nails is not a big deal. But wasting someone's time after they've already explained they have somewhere to be and trying to argue is ridiculous. He was getting paid and I was getting my nail fixed. Worst nail experience ever!!!! The tech was going to send me home with my nails halfway done all because I wanted them done properly. One of my nails was shaped CROOKED. The tech didn't know how to shape a pointy almond shape and had to have someone else do it for her. The man who took over for her was who was going to send me home because he couldn't get it right either. My nails are thick and look artificial. This nail salon is sub par, to say the least! About a month ago, I made the mistake of trusting them with what should have been a very easy nail style! A very SIMPLE, popular style! What they did was simply atrocious!! I allowed them to attempt to fix it and start over. Instead they actually painted over the original polish. The result was hideous, thick, clumpy and boxy. I was livid. I've gave them a much deserved negative review and they contacted me immediately, asking me to remove it. I did so only because I had my bank reverse the charges. Today I learned that the nail salon contested the reversal and I was re charged $77.00! The job they did wasn't worth a single cent. I'd like to also mention that I asked for (and paid for) a manicure that consisted of the lady doing NOTHING more than pushing my cuticles back. This place is a joke. Stay away. Worst gel application. Chunky and glued to my fingers in many areas. Other areas missing polish or top coat altogether. Chipping within 48 hours. And this was done by the lady everyone says is so great here.... also they charge you to take off the gel even though you are paying for new so it ends up more expensive than other salons. read more

It's never crowded when I go, Nancy truly cares about your wants and takes time to do her best job. She really spent time massaging my feet during my pedicure because she could tell how tense they were. Typically, I feel like pedicures are rushed at other salons. They also have hundreds of colors!! Great customer service and very friendly, but my gel manicure started lifting at the sides on 4-5 fingers just 2 days later. A week later they looked horrible, chipped and peeing everywhere (and I have an office job and don't work with my hands) and I had to have them redone elsewhere. I'll start out by saying I've been getting my nails done since I was a teenager .So to go to a nail salon and have them tell me that my hands are to big to get a coffin shape was. The most disrespectful thing I have ever heard and that not getting gel nails was crazy because they are going took look bad. I have been getting coffin shape for the last 6 years at every other salon and they look amazing. He texted on his phone non stop and spoke to every other nail tech in there language non stop it was ridiculous ! Poked me with his filthy nail. I couldn't believe this experience .I used them once years ago because they had an opening I believe it was under different management then . So if you want to be disrespected go here . I left there upset and with short unshaped nails because I just wanted out of there . They should understand that there are a lot of nail shops in fishers that come and go for horrible customer service and that disrespectable customer service won't be tolerated .
