I'm not sure what happened here but I'm definitely disappointed in my pedicure and it was my first time here. She cut my big toenails so short that they are now sensitive and I have paint on my cuticles. My friend sent me here and loves this lady so I don't understand. I won't be back and I couldn't even say anything in the salon because at that point what can they do? I guess they could repaint them to look nicer but I can't get past my nubs she gave me and I have no desire to go back. read more

What a good experience. I had an appointment, and the was a small wait, but while waiting the receptionist was warm and friendly. Offering to answer any questions I have. My pedicure was very nice but I do like my water a bit hotter, but as soon as I voiced the issue it was fixed. In got the hot stone pedicure and it was great. The gentleman owner did my pedicure and his massage was amazing. After such a good rub he could have painted my ankles and I wouldn't have cared. My nails are the reason I waited to review. I got a Gel manicure. And I've gotten Gel manicures before with that 2 week promise of polish ending in 3-4 days. I'm happy to report at almost a week my nails are still fully painted. Had a great experience at LV Nails! Everyone was very nice and the place is very cute with it's Christmas decorations. My acrylic/gel nails turned out beautifully (I prefer them not to be too long) and the nail tec made sure that I was happy with them as he did them (I believe Vincent was his name). Needed to kill some time and get and mani/pedi before a wedding so I stopped in here. I called about 30 min ahead and they scheduled me to come right in. Thank goodness I did because there was quite the wait that I was able to skip. I was there on a Saturday and there were about 8 people working so super busy. It started with the most amazing pedicure. Nine months pregnant, I would have paid anything. She massaged my legs, rubbed my feet, and painted my toes with a beautiful shade of pink. The chair was clean, had the back massager going and the lady didn't talk to me and instead let me just enjoy the time. Five stars for the pedi all day. Mani on the other hand was like a fast food drive through. It was a quick trim, buff and then paint. About a 30 second hand massage and I was done. They put me in front of dryer and forgot about me. Normally they have you pay before they paint your nails but that didn't happen here so I didn't want to get up because I needed help to pay. Eventually another lady came around and helped but I'm talking like 20 min later. I paid, $55 for mani and pedi then left. When I got in my car, I noticed my nails weren't smooth on the edges nor did she paint the edges which was annoying. If I lived here I would paint my own nails instead of paying for this. Soo average out to four stars because the pedi was incredible. read more

First experience here and I must say they did a pretty nice job! I made an appointment for 4:00, but didn't get helped until 4:30. They did let me know that it would be a bit and offered for me to sit in the massage chairs while I waited - nice touch! Once my manicure started, she did a very nice job on them. It didn't feel rushed at all and she took her time to make sure my nails looked great! My gel manicure it very thin and I believe will last for at least 2 weeks! The salon had a great selection of colors and the prices are not outrageous like some salons I have been to! The salon itself is very well kept and clean. They have multiple waiting chairs and the ambience is very welcoming and comfortable. They even offer free beverages (sodas, water) while you wait! I will for sure be back! read more

Wonderful nail salon! I have only gotten pedicures here but they were fabulous. The nail techs are polite and friendly and really take their time to make sure they do a great job. I splurge for the orange sugar scrub and hot stone massage (only $5 extra!) and it is soooo worth it. In total my pedicure is $32 before tip. They take credit cards but if you plan on tipping, you have to tip in cash. There is no tip line on the credit card receipt. Check 'em out! read more

I've been coming here for the last few months from a friends recommendation. They have given me nothing but absolutely great service. My fill ins almost never take longer than 30 minutes and they always receive compliments from my friends and family. I usually make an appointment because I like scheduled things but every time I've just walked in I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. I've also even seen them treat other regulars wonderfully and their regulars are even willing to be flexible with appointment times. My nails last way longer than any I've ever had. A friend and I decided to get gel manicures here - we've been trying out a different nail salon for each appointment since so far, we haven't found one that's really stood out as a salon we wanted to return to. Unfortunately, this experience was much of the same. I had called earlier in the day to reserve our appointments and when I got there, they sat my friend and I across the salon from one another (even though there was only one other customer at the time). They seemed very irritated when we tried to talk, and actually ended up moving me before starting my polish so we would stop trying to speak across the room. Given that we had made the appointment together and the salon wasn't otherwise busy, the whole thing didn't make much sense to us. As for the actual service: it was fine. Nothing amazing, but nothing horrible either. I wasn't thrilled with the actual manicure part of the service as it felt like they rushed through it, but it wasn't the worst one I've ever gotten either. The people their are very nice. I was a walk in & they were able to fit me in immediately. Lee did a full set of acrylics & I got gel nail polish. The nails looked beautiful BUT they didn't put a top coat on after applying two coats of the gel nail polish. Also all 10 nails broke off in less than two weeks. I've gone to Cosmetology school for nails, so I know what to do. I like pampering myself & get them done. While the customer service was awesome unfortunately the nails all popped off. One of the nails popped off while I was using the restroom...really? Maybe I will try them another time & just get a manicure. read more

Just went there for the first time today. Mendy took care of me. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did exactly that. I was going somewhere else for a while but they sort of lost their care, like I would have to go in the next day to have them fix peeling nail polish.... If I'm going to pay 35 or 40 bucks for a gel manicure then I want it to be great and last awhile. Today this woman did great. She took the time to trim hangnails and cuticles the whole appointment. Best nail salon in Indy. Friend of mine recommended this nail salon to me and now I know why. This place is FANTASTIC! The place was extremely clean and all the nail techs were dressed professionally and were friendly. I was so impressed by the two walls of nail color selections. I liked how all the gel nail swatches were lined up neatly on the wall instead of being in a basket that I had to weed through to find colors. I was lucky enough to get Vincent, the salon owner, for my first time visiting the salon. Vincent is hands down the best nail tech I've ever had. He was friendly, asked me questions, and talked to me the entire time. He took his time on my nails even though they were very busy and he did an absolutely flawless job.
