I do not have anything negative to say about the nail salon but I am also not blown away. It was a typical nail service as far as I'm concerned. It felt like a friendly environment for the most part. I'm a little different from most people or at least from the other reviewers I don't prefer to have small talk while I'm getting my nails done. I had the older woman and I appreciate that she did not try to have a conversation with me. She was friendly but she did not ask the typical "do you live around here" questions. She also did a really great job polishing my nails. Not everyone that does nails is great at polishing and I must say she did a great job. I'm not sure if I will go back it's a little bit out of the way but I definitely did not leave there saying that I would never go back. read more

My favorite nail salon in the area by far! The customer service is great, the salon is always clean, and they have a wide variety of colors to choose from. They have a punch card system for those who pay with cash and reward you with $15 off of your 10th visit! I had one gel mani that lasted less than my typical 2-3 weeks and mentioned it in passing, and they kindly took a few bucks off of my next mani which was unexpected and awesome! They use credo blades for pedi. If you don't know what credo blades are they pretty much are a potato peeler for your skin. Skin shaving/cutting is extremely dangerous and I believe blades use in nail salons is illegal in the state of Indiana. You decide. read more

Came in on a Saturday and was in and out quickly. The guy did a great job shaping my nails.

I have gone to this salon numerous times with no issues.... However, today it was staffed by persons I did not recognize at all and apparently the normal staff is on fall break. The State Board came in and a manicurist ran out the back door (my guess is she wasn't licensed).... I doubt I will go back as the State was not happy with many things they saw and the lack of licenses..... read more

I have been going to LV nails for many years. I loved the first owners, but they decided to sell to the current owners. I usually have had a good experience with my pedicures, but today the pedicure was not very good. The technician was one that I have not seen before. I had to tell her to cut my nails not just file them. My heels are rough to the touch and the massage was very quick and lacked the massage quality. read more

While my color and experience were great, my gel started peeling about 10 days later. I don't blame the spa, I think it's my nails are too weak to have great results with gel. read more

This is my new go to for nails in the Fishers area. They have a relatively small staff, all of whom do an excellent job. If I have a cracked nail, they mend it instead of just sticking glue on it which will crack again instantly. The salon is immaculate and they never rush you. They also don't BS you when you come in and ask you how long it's going to be to get your nails done. They do an amazing job! read more

I'm really bummed about my visit today. I had a classic manicure and the older lady (I don't know her name) cut me twice while she was trimming my cuticles. They bled quite a bit and the cuts burn. Then after that she left the rest of my cuticles messy and the polish job was messy too. I had not been to this salon in a long time. Since I was in the already in the area today, I decided to stop in for convenience. I will never go back and I can't believe I paid for horrible service! I question the training this lady has. She didn't seem to know how to do a simple manicure. Very disappointing experience! read more

I usually LOVE this place. Every time I get great nails for a great price and great service. But this evening... it was different. My mom and I had made an appointment for 4pm, we show up about 15 minutes early so we can take our time choosing our color. We were told to come back in an hour because they made a mistake. Completely understandable!! No problem!! We come back in an hour. I got a fill and my mom got a gel mani. Hers went great. Nails look amazing. Mine on the other hand (no pun intended) were not great at all. The man who did mine (I have never had him before, he was bald and somewhat short) was in a rush. I get it. Holidays approaching. Things to do. But he was in such a rush, he ended up turning the e file up so high that it became HOT. And BURNED ME. When I told him it hurt he just laughed. He then got out a hand file and then was rushing and being so rough that he CUT MY FINGER. CUT IT. It burned so bad through out the rest of the appointment. He didn't even apply a base coat to my polish. He didn't give time for my acrylic to dry and he ended up only filing ONE OF MY HANDS. By this time I was in tears and just wanted to leave. The owner was not there but on Tuesday when they open again I am going and I expect a refund or at least a free fill or anything to reimburse my terrible experience. I feel bad that I had to leave a bad review but I really don't want anyone going through what I had to. read more

Kelly did an amazing job with my Shellac! She cleaned up my nails so so well...my nails looked PERFECT. She had to take off my acrylic nails and she really buffed it out nicely before putting shellac on. She took her time and did a wonderful job! I will return. --I am HUGE on manicures, pedicures, waxing and so on....finding a person I will go to a second time is rare. Shes great!! read more

I stopped by LV Nails because it was on the way and had such good reviews. The technician did an acceptable job and the hot towel and leg scrub were nice. However, the cranky grandma did my nails and poked me with her sharp thumbnail while she was trimming my toe nails and was very rough during the pedicure. During the manicure she stabbed me in the finger with cuticle nippers. Of course, she didn't mean to but it hurt just the same. It was not at all relaxing and I just wanted to get out of there. The salon was depressing with its brown floors and ugly green walls. Not a big deal but no treat either. I shouldn't go anywhere bu the OP nails on 86th ST across from Target. Maybe the woman who did my nails was having a bad day but I am not going to pay almost $50. To verify that . I certainly won't be going to LV Nails again. read more

Went for the first time today and the service was quick and they did a good job. Just had a pedicure. Couple things I noticed while I was there. They changed their Sunday hours to 11-4. Also beginning April 1st they no longer accept credit card tips. Cash only tips are requested. read more

So, I've gone to this salon on and off for years. Recently my experience was not good and while I've waited a couple of weeks to submit this, I decided it was needed. The staff was very busy when I arrived as a walk-in. My wait time wasn't horrible so I was encouraged. I was there for a pedicure. The technician began the pedi but was very distracted and became more so while painting my toes as more customers arrived. After a super quick massage, barely more than a couple of minutes, she was on to the polish. She rushed through the polish and then went to sit me at a dryer.....but there was no chair in the spot she wanted me to sit at so she ran to the back and grabbed a childs backless stool, appropriately sized for a 4 year old. I was stunned and dumbfounded! She muttered "sorry" a couple of times and moved on to the next paying customer. Outrageous! While perched (because, yes folks, my bottom did not fit the stool) I shifted and smudged my polish. The tech who had waited on me was busy so I got the attention of another technician and she kindly began the repair. She also noticed that two of my toes didn't have the sides of them polished, tech #1 had basically just gone down the middle, so she fixed that as well. I paid the same amount as usual for this substandard service and to top it all off, and the reason I will not return, the 1st technician who waited on me was the owner! Poor, poor service and no way to treat a customer no matter how busy you are!! read more

Great hot stone pedicure with sugar scrub. I also wanted a gel manicure and they stayed after hours so I could have my nails done. Once I realized I had them stay late I felt bad but they reassured me that it was their pleasure. Excellent customer service. I will return! read more

An excellent experience! After researching and reading reviews for nail salons, I decided to make an appointment. Myself and two daughters (ages 6 & 9) came to LV for manis and pedis as a special treat for the start of a new school year. Vincent and his team did a wonderful job! Everyone was so kind and polite. The salon was very relaxing and clean. I am not one to get my nails done a regular basis, but this experience definitely makes me want to come back again and again! read more
