I came to this nail shop due to me wanting a pedicure and I wanted to try a different place out. My coworker and I had came here on a Thursday afternoon and it was about 2pm. When we first walked it in there was not that many customers in there which was good for us because we were able to not have to wait. The workers had asked us what service we were looking for. We both wanted pedicures. I got the Luxury pedicure with gel polish on my toes. While in the chair I was able to explain to the worker I wanted my toenails trimmed down. The will working on me noticed my big toe was cracked so she had put glue on it but I explained she could clip it down. The quality of my pedicure was great. The message and the paint job looked good. I wasn't disappointed at all. It was very relaxing in the shop and they had offered us something to drink which we had took some wine. They had massages on the chairs. It definitely made the experience great. The price for my pedicure was not bad at all. Fast forward to Sunday morning. I noticed that my big toe the toenail somehow chipped off so it had small missing piece. I had came back to the shop and explained the issue and asked if I could get my one toe fixed which they agreed to do. They had ended up having to put acrylic on my toe to fix it and repaint it. I have never had acrylic on my toenail so this was something different. I was appreciative that they were willing to fix it with no issues. read more

Stopped in yesterday for a pedicure, hybrid gel removal and a manicure. However, due to the service received during my pedicure, I opted not to get anything else done. One thing I noticed upon walking in was how dead it was. There were only three nail techs. When I was as up next for my pedicure, the lady was rushing as if they were packed with customers waiting. And even then the service shouldn't be rushed. I had to ask her to slow down. She spoke almost no English at all. So communicating with her was a challenge. Nevertheless, based off of my experience, I don't recommend and will not be going back. read more

This is the place to come. The environment is relaxing, great music ranging from hits to chill songs. Staff is so friendly and happy. There's 12 pedicure spa massage chairs and 6 manicure stations. They offer soda or wine (small charge for the wine due to Indiana state laws). Wena, my girl, she shaped my toenails to help out my terribly ingrown toe nails. She's the best and I definitely would recommend her for the ladies who need some help with those painful toes! This a clean, pleasantly decorated, chill, non judgmental salon with excellent staff!! I was told the wait would be 10 minutes. They finally got to me after 45 mins just as I was getting ready to leave and forget it. Then, the technician ( a male in his 30s I'd say) rushed through my dip manicure. Oh wait, it wasn't a manicure. If you're thinking having your nails done includes a manicure you'd be wrong here. They don't even cut your cuticles unless you pay extra for an actual manicure. He proceeded to burn me 3x with the drill and laughed about it. I also asked for a Polish change. I got gel Polish like always. There were only 3 techs there and one left in the middle of my friends nails for an emergency. Fair enough. They got another tech to finish my friends nails as I finished my pedi. I was sat and waited for the same tech to finish my friends set soo she could do my Polish change. During my Polish change she was rushing and not focused on what she was doing.. Needless to say the Polish looks horrible. See through and not smooth at all. And to top it off I was charged 30$ for the Polish change! 30$ I could've gotten a full set for a few more dollars. When asked about the pricing as it says 10 on the menu she simply said its policy!. Look, I'm not someone who typically complains..but I must in this instance. I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for a Friday appointment through Facebook. It was confirmed a few minutes after and that was that. I show up at my appointment time on Friday and the employee looks very confused as to why I am there. I explained that I scheduled online on Tuesday through Facebook. The employee pulls up the schedule and shows me my name on the schedule. Then I am told that they can't see me right now because the schedule is all messed up. Apparently someone else, not in the shop, handles their Facebook appointments and was not sending over the updated schedule to the employees so appointments were being double booked and there are only two associates working there. I was told to come back in 40 minutes and then they could see me. I debated if I would wait or leave, however, I drove 25 minutes just to come to this nail salon, so I wait. I come back in 40 minutes as I'm told. I am then told that they can't see me for another 30 minutes. I asked if that an honest estimate because I drove 25 minutes to get my nails down there and if not then I would leave. I was told yes. 30 minutes pass and then I'm told 10 more minutes. 20 minutes passed and then my nails finally get started. My nails were rushed and paused several times so that my nail tech could answer the phone. Another appointment comes in and are told they can't be seen today and to come back tomorrow. My nails finally get finished and I pay and leave After inspecting my nails for the night and in the morning, my nails are not great. Very thick and in consistent. Nail polish all around my cuticle and my nails are very sore the next day. All in all just not a good experience and I don't know if I'll return. I know there is a lot going on with COVID, but please get in touch with whoever handles your Facebook appointments and get the issue resolved. read more

I've been bouncing around from place to place, never really feeling the vibe at any particular salon enough to make it my regular spot. Hopefully Factor will fill the void. The aesthetic is gorgeous, friendly employees and most importantly- it's CLEAN. I usually get gel manis but I decided to try the dip powder since they're offering 25% off on Sundays for a limited time. I'm please with the way the color turned out. I think the mani part could have been a little better. Mi Nails is very good at trimming cuticles, etc. I always feel like I'm leaving there with new hands. If you look at my attached pics from factor u can see some missed spots. I will definitely return, but I'll likely make an appt so I can choose the tech. read more

The WORST place to ever go and get your nails done. They messed up my manicure and pedicure. So I messaged the owner, I was told to come back in and the service would be free. I showed up to my scheduled appointment time. Let them know why I was there and showed them the pictures. They started on my feet first and then after my nails. A nail tech came up to me stating as my nails are drying that I don't need to pay anything. As I go to leave I was told I needed to pay for the pedicure.... So I pulled out the message from the owners stating the service was free. They were so disrespectful and rude. The whole time I was getting my nails done REDONE they kept trying to up charge me on other services that I respectfully declined. They wanted more money regardless and we're not going to stop until that happened. They were extremely misleading. I will never come back! So I went back to Factor Nail Spa because my normal nail tech is out of town. But since they took such great care of me the last time of course I would go back to them. I got there and I loved the fact that they had signed posted stating that you have to wear a mask to come and be serviced. The place was very clean, peaceful and beautiful. I told them that I had an 11am appointment I had booked and I was seated back for me pedicure first. I was fine until the lady doing my pedicure kept trying to get me to get more stuff to get me to pay more. Not cool at all! I have been getting my nails done and feet done for over 20years I know why I want and like. Then while doing my pedicure she was a little rough with my feet and she even pulled skin on the side of my toe that was painful. I had to pull my food away to get her to stop. She finished my pedicure and the end result was a great work. Then I went up to get my nails (fill-in) done. They gave me a different lady to do my nails. She sat down to start my nails and had to stop because her personal cell phone rang. She fully stopped and even leaned back in her sit instead of working on her customer she was servicing. She finally got off the phone and then the business phone rang. Well there are other workers there that are not doing anything but my nail tech gets up and answers the phone and takes an appointment. Leaving me to wait once again. She finally starts my nails. Everything is fine and the next thing I know another worker who has been standing around since I arrived at 11am comes over to our station and is standing over us watching. Well this is it six feet and it is actually uncomfortable. Then she sits down and starts talking to my nail tech. Next thing I know my nail tech ask me who did my nails. No one here because the lady I have been going to for years is out of town. Then she states yeah I could tell this was no ones works here. Well why does it matter, I am paying you to do my bails now and my original nail tech does great work. Oh and did I mention that this same lady standing around keeps coming back to stand over us....so rude! But to top things off there was a lady that comes in to get a pedicure and walks right in with NO MASK ON! Well this is crazy with all the signs on the doors and everyone else in there has a mask on. I state to my nail tech that this is not okay at all especially with the signs and everyone else wearing mask. She goes and goes bed her a mask to wear. The lady just hold it and doesn't put it on. Well this is not okay especially seeing that I have loss my Dad and Grandmother to this pandemic. So I take this very serious! She finally ask the lady to put it on and she states no it is not okay but whatever. Then why is she being allowed to be serviced. Oh it gets even better because two young men walk in with no mask on to get serviced. That is when I jump up and I am ready to pay and get out. They then gave be the young men mask and they don't put on right away either. This is absolutely horrible and honestly reckless. It states you have to wear a mask all over there door when coming in so everyone sees it. But for money they are choosing to ignore. I was going to come back but I highly doubt it. My nails and feet are absolutely perfect! However, my full experience was horrible!!!! read more

I normally make an appointment because they can be a bit busy at times and I'd prefer not to wait. I have never had a nail lift, and I have gone up to a month between fills with no issues. My technician kept making comments about the condition of my nails after every nail he manicured and it made me feel uncomfortable & self conscious. For example things like, "oh you shouldn't bite your nails, this is a mess, way too much, your nails are too short." He also kept saying how my manicure was only going to last a few days like he was trying to get me to spend more $ for gel. I noticed that others who I think were "regulars" were offered a drink upon arriving and I was not. It's hit or miss with with that service as well on who and when they offer it. I want to get my toes painted and he lifted the arm rest so I could not use it for a massage. Aren't mani/pedis supposed to be relaxing? Step up customer service or this place won't last sorry to say. This was my go to place to get my nails done for the last year and sad to say I'm no longer a customer.
