I come here a lot to get a pedicure and manicure. The owners are very friendly and they will offer you something to drink while getting your services completed. I love how I can request a design and they will make it just like the inspo picture if not better. They have your typical prices here but every time I leave here I leave relaxed. The environment is very calm and they have music playing. They have a rewards program and they will sometimes email you discount coupons. I haven't walked out of their establishment disappointed since I have been coming here. read more

Gel nail were chipping on third day! 50$ and 3 days in... never going back. Nope. Not me. Hopefully not you!

My visit here was beyond disappointing. I took my granddaughter for her first mani/pedi. The reviews were good and the price, as stated on their website, was reasonable Everything was fine although it took a very long time with periods where my granddaughter was just waiting, no reason given. There is very little English spoken here so perhaps that added to miscommunications. When I went to pay, they charged me $20 more than the price on the website. I questioned it and the one employee who spoke English told me that I had it wrong. However once I showed her the website info she agreed with me. She said they would have to change the website because it wasn't accurate. (I never looked to see if they updated it later). She canceled the first charge and rang a new one. After all this time, close to 3 hours, my granddaughter was getting fussy and I didn't look at the receipt. When I did later, I discovered I was still charged $10 more than the website price. But the real kicker is that polish came off my granddaughter's hands less than 24 hours later. The toes took a few days more before they too were bare. Not only was I disappointed for her, I was embarrassed that what I hoped would be a special experience ended up with her crying and being upset when the polish came off during her bath. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs. Very poor on many fronts and there are plenty of other options. If I could give zero stats, I would. read more

FINALLY!! I found a nail salon I can see myself returning to. After several moves and bad experiences, I have been to dozens of nail salons and never really fell in love with any. Perfect Nail Now has won my heart. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly despite being an early bird, and the staff wasted no time in ensuring my needs were met promptly. Cindy, my nail tech, was amazing. So kind, considerate, efficient yet thorough. She cleaned all of her tools throughout the process and wore gloves which I appreciated. I could tell she really cared to put in effort and make sure I felt comfortable. I'm usually hesitant to get short and simple nails, as I find that they NEVER turn out the way I want them to. I am starting to get into playing volleyball though, which I need short nails for. Cindy made them perfect. They looked exactly like the inspiration picture I showed her and I'm absolutely in love. Another thing, I have EXTREMELY dry and sensitive skin. I work in healthcare so I'm constantly washing and sanitizing my hands. This being said, I'm surprised if I don't get cut while getting my nails done. While she was tending to my cuticles and making sure my nail beds were perfect, she accidentally irritated a microscopic part of my cuticle. When I tell you it was MICROSCOPIC, I mean it. It did not bleed and it did not hurt at all; I didn't even realize it was red until she said something. Cindy's professionalism shone through when she immediately tended to the tiny irritation, ensuring it was properly disinfected and protected without disrupting the service. I promise you it was not a big deal (literally bound to happen) and not her fault whatsoever. When she finished with my nails, she cleaned it again and then protected it in Vaseline which was so sweet. Beyond exceptional service, the entire staff's dedication to maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere was commendable. From tending to plants to meticulous cleaning, their efforts didn't go unnoticed. To top it off, the pricing was refreshingly reasonable, especially considering the services included in my $40 fill. Most salons up charge heavily for shaping, cuticle cutting, lotioning, and more. I can't recommend this nail salon enough. Whether you're seeking great service, a hygienic environment, or simply value for your money, this place exceeds all expectations. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Make it your go-to spot--you won't be disappointed!! read more

I loved my first trip to Perfect Nail Now! Nina did my nails (dip powder) and she was so kind, fast, efficient but took care of details very well! I enjoyed chatting with her as well. Floor was very clean, not a big place but I felt comfortable. My coworkers like their work and suggested I give them a try- and I'm happy that I did. If you pay in cash, they give you a punch card. When you get all the punches you get $15 off, so make sure you stop at ATM to get cash before going there :) read more

This was my first time there, and I made an appointment for a Tuesday night. I had a really good "luxury pedicure" with Ven. He got rid of my "winter feet," gave a really great and deep great massage, and my polish job looked really good. I also got the sugar scrub and hot stones. I am pushing 2 1/2 weeks now and the polish still looks really good (although obviously growing out a bit and I need another trim). read more

I am one to rarely get my nails done due to cost, time, and the fact that I work in healthcare. I decided to splurge on a full set with design and they did NOT disappoint! My lady (i forgot to ask for her name and wish I did!!) spent so much time paying attention to detail and made sure every nail was perfect. She recognized that my nails were very thin and brittle and did everything she could to make sure they could be as healthy as possible. I will definitely be coming back and making my nails more of a priority! The price was fair also, which is a rarity around here!! read more

My sister and I wanted to try a new nail place out. We chose Perfect nails after seeing 4.5 stars. Well we both had a bad experience. We felt rushed into getting our pedicures. We weren't given much time to even look at the polish colors before we were rushed into our chairs. The scrub and the massages were nice, but the pedicures themselves left us both with a hurt toe. My big toe had the cuticle cut back multiple times and my skin was buffed to the point of leaving a mark. Then I was passed on to another nail tech and she started cutting my cuticles even more. My sister's pinky toe was cut at some point during her pedicure and she left with a bruise on her shin from the massage. read more

They made wonderful suggestions for color and they even got me to try a new design on my fingernails. I have had a pedicure and two manicures from Perfect Nail and I was happy each time. I would suggest that you make a visit, but I don't want to wait the next time I visit! I asked for abstract nails that I had seen on Pinterest. Below is a side by side and a pic of my nails. Pretty happy! Same day appointment. They were efficient. Vanessa's mother did my pedicure. It was so relaxing and she didn't rush through the steps. Vanessa started on my nails while her mother did my pedicure. She finished the artwork at her station. Patience and delivered. If I had one complaint... I don't like how thick my acrylic is. But an easily fix during my next full. read more

Not a good experience. I asked for a regular manicure with regular polish, and she started to do acrylics because that's what my friend was getting. I didn't realize this at first because I never get my nails done, and I was confused when she used the electric sanding tool on my nails. I double checked several times that we were just doing a regular manicure, and she said yes. Then she brought out the powder and gel that I recognized were used for acrylics, and that's when I stopped her and had to use the services menu to show her what I wanted. Definitely a language barrier issue. I chose a polish from the nail wheel display with example colors, but they didn't end up having either of the ones I chose. The actual paint job was not the best, I wish I would've gotten a picture of it. Patchy and started chipping a few days later. When I removed the polish, I noticed just how damaged my nails were from the sander. I chose regular polish because I didn't want to deal with the damage that acrylics and gel polish cause, but now my nails look AWFUL. Major demarcation lines between the new nail growth and the old nail, and they're super scratched up and rough. No idea how to fix this. Not happy. My friend also did not have a great experience. The polish was patchy even after she asked them to do another coat, and the matte top coat left white specks on her nails that they didn't fix. This was overall a very stressful experience, and I definitely won't be going back. read more

I randomly drove by and decided to walk in for a pedicure. They got me in right away and I think it is the best one I've ever had. I selected the deluxe pedicure with massage and it was wonderful. She took her time and my pedicure looks perfect. The massage chair was also amazing. Many other salons have chairs that don't have a lot of pressure, but this one had enough pressure for me on the lowest setting. I will definitely make a point to come back! read more

Nina and Vanessa reopened this salon a couple of years ago. In the beginning, it was a great place to go. In the last 6 months it has went downhill drastically! There are new employees every time we would go. One person but my moms fingers 3 different times. I'm not even sure the new people are licensed. They seem to be learning everything on the job. We would make appointments, but still end up waiting at least 30-45 minutes. Also, they used to keep their tools sterilized and in new packages but don't do that anymore. Do not recommend going here anymore! read more
