This is a warning. Take it or leave it. Nice people, but terrible quality and no attention to detail. All I wanted was ombre with cat eye tip, and walked out with terrible placed nails, and I look like a tin man. Still can not believe they really charged me when I wanted them to remove them at the end. Lol. Now gotta pay twice for another place to remove them and fix what this nail salon did. They should have told me the person couldn't do it/never has/and can't put on nails straight to begin with. There is probably a certain person there that does amazing, but it looks like I got the one who has never done GelX before or something as simple (I thought it was) as I asked for. I gave the reviews a chance and through this would be a great place! Look at the bad reviews first. There is a pattern and they have not done anything to follow up or change the issue apparently. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!

Each time they have started my appointment late (no big deal until after I was treated today.) Each time I have paid $40 on my card and left a $10 tip in cash. Today while checking out, they decided to charge me $50. I paid it but let them know that it's never been that much, that I wouldn't be leaving a tip and that I would never be back! Also while I was there today, I observed two different employees go over by the nail dryer and grab the used flip flops and toe dividers out of the "trash" and put them back in the drawer to be used on other people again. Disgusting! I will be calling the health department!
