I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!

Each time they have started my appointment late (no big deal until after I was treated today.) Each time I have paid $40 on my card and left a $10 tip in cash. Today while checking out, they decided to charge me $50. I paid it but let them know that it's never been that much, that I wouldn't be leaving a tip and that I would never be back! Also while I was there today, I observed two different employees go over by the nail dryer and grab the used flip flops and toe dividers out of the "trash" and put them back in the drawer to be used on other people again. Disgusting! I will be calling the health department!
