Terrible customer service. my daughter scheduled a manicure with tips, I took her, the tech wasn't able to do tips, and they charged us with a "cancellation fee" of $21 despite their employee being unable to do it. The customer service agent, Summer, was particularly unhelpful. We won't be going back and will make sure to share our experience with others. Avoid this place. read more

If you're not paying attention closely, you'll miss it. I drove past and didn't realize it. I was greeted upon entry. The salon was fume free. I was Airy, bright, and inviting. I picked my color and we started pretty quickly. She explained everything. I would recommend stopping in. I'm always scared of the drill when it comes to removing my gel polish. She filed and soaked off my polish without an issue. It was a little pricey but worth it. read more

They always do an excellent pedicure. And it is the cleanest salon. Also, it's more quiet in the salon compared to others.

This place is ok. They don't have massage chairs and they don't have the whirlpool foot sinks. The massage was only my feet and a little lotion on my legs. The pedi itself is good but I want those other things. The price is high for not having those additional comforts read more

Great services in a lovely, relaxed, super-clean setting! I've had manicures and pedicures and they've been excellent each time.

The pedicure chairs are very uncomfortable. The water bowel is not the typical salon type equipment and the whole setup is very sturdy. Lastly, they don't do anything to remove dead skin off the feet and they said they don't have the "tool" needed to remove ingrown toe nails. I was very disappointed with my $97 gel pedi. read more

I am so glad I chose to check this place out last weekend! I went for a pedicure on Saturday morning as a treat before attending a wedding later that day. I booked online the day before (super easy process!) and Ahlia was waiting for me at the front when I arrived. The vibe was great and the interior was modern & fresh. I will mention that they don't do massage chairs at their pedicure stations (I know my mother would be a little disappointed) but the seats are comfy nonetheless! Overall, I'm happy with what I got & I think Ahlia did a great job. My daughter and I went for a pedicure. The salon was nice decorated and clean. I had Maria as my technician and my daughter had Margarita. Both ladies were very professional and friendly. Both my daughter and I were happy with our pedicures. They lasted about an hour, and it was very relaxing! I liked how the salon wasn't packed full. I was told that is due to them being appointment only. Would definitely recommend the pedicures! Next time, I plan on trying the gel-x manicure. Highly recommend Maria and Margarita! Sarah was great and very personable and the establishment is beautiful! It's very clean and upscale. It definitely caters to a higher class clientele at $86 for a manicure but the damn gel manicure didn't even last a week! It's already chipping! That's the only reason I'm giving it two stars. I wouldn't mind paying nearly $100 for a manicure if it lasted for 3-4 weeks like the cheaper places as they do t reuse mail files and buffers which I super appreciate! I requested a full set of gel extensions. Within one week seven of my nails had popped off. I texted pictures of my nails falling off the same week of my nail service. Customer service did not care. They said that they would use this as a learning lesson at the bar to teach their nail technicians. What not to do I guess. They did not offer to redo my nails. I paid $80 for the extensions and gave the person that did my nails a $20 tip. I am a business owner and you do not do business this way if you want your customers to continue supporting your business. read more

I'm a busy mom of 5 kids and I work full time so I was excited to be able to book an appointment online for the following morning. The booking process was easy and convenient. But, I received a text that morning stating that my appointment was cancelled. Now, when you book the appointment they take your credit card and you have to agree to their cancellation policy which states that if you cancel within 24 hours you have to pay 50% of the appointment. When they canceled my appointment, they did offer 20% off for my next appointment, but why is their time worth 50% and mine is only worth 20% and only if I return. I understand that people get sick, and I don't want anyone coming in and making others sick. I just hope this isn't a regular occurrence and an issue with booking and the only way to know is to post my experience. I gave two stars because it was easy to book online and they did give me more than 2 hours notice of the cancellation. read more

Terrible. Just awful. The menu is not adequate for services..... I wanted to have my "gel" removed from my Nails and Toes and also have "products" applied for stronger nails, and nail growth.... natural nails. It did not work out that way. The salon had VERY uncomfortable chairs, and the place needed updates to include maybe rugs or other things to assist in the decor. The place needed serious cleaning, and/or new items to replace the old ones. The tech I had did not (apparently) know HOW to communicate. (???) She never actually looked at me when talking and did not talk to me about ANYTHING other than what she was specifically doing -and that was rare. I asked her 2 basic questions and got basically one-word answers and then, NOTHING in return. When she did my pedicure (if that is what you want to call it) she was obviously rushed and did NOT do an even basic job. I left with "oil" on my feet so bad I had to use their paper towels and then go to another bathroom and use more paper towels to get it off. Once I got home, I had to GIVE MYSELF a Pedicure. I paid them WAY too much money for the service I got. I did NOT even leave a tip and that is the FIRST time I have ever done that. Once the service was (supposedly) over, the tech said I will "check you out". She didn't. She left me standing and standing with my card out and started doing the service for her next client -(God help them!) I will not recommend this place, and I will never go back. read more
