5 stars. Clean. Quiet. Affordable. Friendly. I heard about this new shop on my neighborhood app. It's a husband and wife duo who used to work in another shop before branching out on their own. Trang and David are very skilled at what they do, and they were extremely personable on my initial visit. Since then, I've been back several times and they greet me by name. Walk-ins are welcomed, but I always schedule an appointment. Since reopening after COVID, I've noticed new plexiglass installed on the workstation and they are always masked. They have been diligent about spacing out customers when scheduling appointments. I've only had one other customer in the shop with me - and they were on the opposite side - 20 feet away. This is my new nail spa. I'm here to stay. Come join me! read more

Aroma Nails & Spa - Summer Fun! Why not?!?! - Nail Salons Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

I decided to give Aroma a try after realizing my go to salon was closed. I'm so glad I did. On a Monday afternoon the spa was practically empty but I was warmly greeted. I noticed it smelled really fresh which isn't a common thing with nail salons. The man who did my pedicure was so thorough. I felt pampered the entire time. He really took great care of my feet. I decided to get one of their deluxe options and I was in heaven. Seriously the massage was everything, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back and highly recommend! read more

My sister, daughter, and I went to get pedis here today and it was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and lovely environment. Taking appointment only during this COVID junk. Only 2 workers at a time, so it was just us and my daughter plus David and Trang in the entire salon. David and Trang, married owners, welcomed us kindly. Both had masks on and cleaned the pedicure chairs thoroughly. Us adults chose the basic pedicures, and, unlike other spas, we were still treated like royalty. No scoffing to choosing the cheapest most basic Pedi! They massaged our feet and lower legs for a long time, did fantastic detailing on our heels, callouses, etc. Overall they each spent about an hour on us- the greatest service I've had from a dozen spas in the area. We will never go anywhere else!!!! read more

Aroma Nails & Spa - Pedicures including a child's pedi - Nail Salons Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

I have a gift certificate and have tried to get an appointment but everytime I call I am told they are fully booked up. My gift certificate has now expired. I recommend that you never purchase a gift certificate from this place. Seems like they take the money but never provide the service. read more

Had the strangest experience here. Came in earlier on a Friday. Walked in - 2 workers and no one else inside. They asked what I needed... dip nails (nothing crazy). And they suddenly said sorry we're booked. Didn't offer to make me appt or when I could come back. Again, there wasn't a single customer in this place with 2 workers. I do not recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new place. read more

Just had my first experience at Aroma. David and Trang were both delightful, he did my dip mani and she did my pedi. They were right on time for a scheduled appointment. David was meticulous with the dip application; I hate when it's applied too thick and you get the awful ledge as it grows out. His application was even and thin and looks like it will last weeks. The salon was very clean and the other two ladies that came in for services while I was there were clearly regulars, so Aroma has earned their repeat business. I plan to return as well! read more

While the owners are extremely kind, I personally didn't care for the services I received at Aroma. My pedicure was awful, the very next day nobody could have guessed I even had one done in years. As for the dip powder mani, I had 3 done there (I really wanted to give them a fair try). First one was very thick and not smooth, you could see and feel lumps and bumps all over my nails. Second and third one were way too thin, cracked and peeled after a week. It's too bad because the owners are very, very kind and people I wanted to support. But at the end, I just wasn't happy with any of the services I received. read more

Stopped in for pedicures before vacation and was super impressed with the work! With so many nail solans to choose from it can be hard to find one that does a good job and this one was great! We had an appointment and were the only ones there the whole time so that was very nice. They may be operating by appointment only but call to double check. They really took their time making sure our nails met our standards and it was also very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back here in the future for pedicures! Masks were worn the whole time and it was all very clean inside. read more

Aroma Nails & Spa - :) - Nail Salons Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

This is a very nice nail salon! Quality results, personable technicians, and very clean. There are no more than 2 customers in the shop at a time and they have plexiglass dividers between the customers and the technicians. Appointments are best because they do observe all of the COVID restrictions. I almost hate writing this review because then more people will go to the salon and getting an appointment will be more difficult :). read more

Lovely little place and very nice nail technicians! They not only care about your nails but also about YOU and what YOU want out of your nails. They don't try to trick you into paying extra and they definitely give you your money's worth. Looking forward to going back and adoring my nails in the meantime! read more

I cannot recommend Aroma enough. I was looking for a place closer to home and they opened in February of 2020. They have a great selection, wonderful staff and a clean, professional environment. David did my nails and was so accommodating. He even turned the colts game on for me! They scheduled the day so that there weren't too many people in the salon, which made me feel at ease. COVID barriers were in place at all the stations, masks were worn, hands were clean, and everyone was spatially distanced. The last nail place I came from used to rush through my service, but David took his time and ensured everything was perfect. He and his wife have built a great business here - I recommend them to anybody...men, women, and children alike! He even gave me a 20% new customer discount!! I will definitely be back and will be bringing my boyfriend read more

My mom and I have been here twice since COVID and the service has been delightful. They do no more than 2 appointments at a time (or one family at a time), and the entire process is sanitary. The staff, a married couple who own the establishment, wear new masks and gloves for every appointment. Great nails and amazing service, cannot recommend enough! read more

My husband and I went for pedicures in March, Prob just before all salons shut down. Husband said his pedi was Ok, mine, not so good. Mine took lots longer, was painful, and in hindsight, I think I must have been his 1st ever client. I hope things have significantly improved, as we had been referred there. read more

Made an appointment a week in advance and called to verify day of to find out they didn't write it down. Poor customer services

poor customer service!!! I wanted to get valentine nails done! Powder dip One broke within an hour leaving the place. All of the sudden I noticed there was no tip on my nail. I Went bk to fix it they mentioned so busy and couldn't do it until late, but I got lucked out and had it fixed. Next day 2 more broke. I called same thing they were not accommodating and saying how busy they are. So at this point I am thinking at this rate I need to go in everyday to fix a broken nail!!! I asked the owner David please take it off!! I want my money back. I went in and after couple of minutes he came back with folded money and said here is your money!! I asked if he can take them off and he said No I am busy. If I can wait end of the day. I already had 2 days waisted at this salon and I was done. This was so emotional for me to go back to a new salon recommended at fishers chatter by some, then be treated like this!! Btw he kept the tip!! I won't recommend this place to nobody!! Learn customer service!!! You did awful service and have an attitude!! Adios!! read more
