I have gone to this place 7 times for a regular polish change on my nails and toes. Each time I have made an appointment and requested the same person. Each time they have started my appointment late (no big deal until after I was treated today.) Each time I have paid $40 on my card and left a $10 tip in cash. Today while checking out, they decided to charge me $50. I paid it but let them know that it's never been that much, that I wouldn't be leaving a tip and that I would never be back! Also while I was there today, I observed two different employees go over by the nail dryer and grab the used flip flops and toe dividers out of the "trash" and put them back in the drawer to be used on other people again. I always wait a week before I really assess how a pedicure was to see how it holds up. I am happy to say my toes look just as great like the day I walked out of Coco Nails (a week ago). The salon offers these spa pedicures "in a box". It seemed to be some sort of aromatherapy. I chose to have the deluxe pedicure and it was very nice. I like a sugar scrub with my pedicure and there was a very nice citrus one that they did. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because although the cost was reasonable, please note that they will charge more if you use a credit card so be prepared with cash to save a few bucks. I live in the area and will probably use this nail salon often in the future. ***UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and told that the business is no longer charging more for credit cards. 5 stars it is! read more

I wish I could give 5 stars, but due to the quality of work received on two separate occasions they didn't earn 5 stars. However, the customer service is superb!!!! My first visit was for a pedicure. The chairs are amazing! The owners daughter was very attentive & catering while being serviced. This particular visit they offered bottled water, wine and coffee w/Baileys! Yes, I said Baileys! I'm very attentive when it comes to pedicures and any nail service. I prefer my nails be filed and buffed manually vs the drill. Here they use the drill; A LOT. The guy that did my pedicure didn't interact with me at all. A simple, "are you okay?" or is this length okay" is standard I think. Fast forward to the quality of the polishing. Well, I got a pedicure on Saturday evening and both my big toes were chipped on Wednesday. Mind you I'm no stranger to pedicures. I've had some really good regular polish pedicures that have lasted a month or longer. So I was shocked when my polish chipped in under a week. I dried for at least 20+ minutes. I returned the following Saturday to have my two toes repainted. I was disappointed when the guy basically, filled in the chipped areas instead of starting with a fresh, clean nail. Needless to say, one of the two, a week later, is chipped. I tried another service offered where the steam of gel polish. I had read some reviews and thought I'd give it a try. Boy, will I never ever do it again!!!! My nails and finger tips soaked in acetone for well over 30 mins. And even after 30 mins the gel was still on my nails. The owner ended up using a drill to get the gel off. And whatever bit she used left grooves in my nails. So not only are my nails robbed of every bit of moisture they had, now my nail bed is rigged. Before I put my toes & nails in the care of this nail salon again, they're going to have make some improvements. If the quality of service matched the customer service given they'd be able to compete with other salons. read more

I yelped a place to get a pedicure ..and this places popped up with the best reviews...so I decided to give it a try! As a walk-in on a Friday evening...the wait wasn't bad. I was told a 20minute wait but it was more like 30-40. No complaints though, I had time and I was a walk-in. The place is beautiful and smells great!!! Plenty of polishes choices and the staff was friendly. I was on the phone the entire time so I didn't engage much w/ my nail tech. I was offered water or a drink and i appreciate that. I was not offered any extra pedicure add ons like a scrub or anything like that. There was a menu I found on their cart with options but it was never discussed. No big deal...I would probably have declined but it would have been nice to be offered. I didn't notice any posted signs of prices but next to that menu of add ons...I found a menu of services (which was also used as a make shift fan to dry my feet in between coats of polish) where prices were listed. My pedicure was completed nicely and I'll update later about how long it lasts!! I can typically get a solid 3 weeks ..so I'm hopeful! The nail tech (Tom I think was his name) did a good job and was careful to clean up any extra polish on my skin. If I'm the area...I would return again! read more

Really REALLY excited right now because I no longer have to drive an hour out of my way to get my nails done! This gem is located right next to my job WIN! The staff here are so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. I decided to go all in and not only get my nails done but get a pedicure while I was at it (I mean, why not?). An older woman (didn't catch her name,sorry) did a wonderful job. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush me out and she was detailed in all that she did. I then had my nails fixed up by Kenny. Very nice man and great at having conversations. He constantly asked if I was okay, if I was happy with the length, shape, etc. so, not only was the service great but their prices are good. I was referred by a friend from work- who is very picky about her nails- so I decided to give Coco's a shot. I was a walk in so I knew I'd have a wait, they told me about 45 mins so my son and I went down to Subway. We ate and went back to Coco's and waited 45 mins. So in total we waited about an hour and a half. Annoyed. I was getting a full set with gel polish. I asked the gentleman doing my nails if he could do a design and he said no. Um okay. So I asked if I could get one nail painted a different color and he agreed that was fine. He did a great job on the shape and thickness of my nails. He was polite and took his time. He did try to understand and do my nails they way I wanted them done. The reason for the 3 stars- their color selection is HORRIBLE!! For them to be in a popular area you'd think they would have a better color selection. I was very disappointed. Also the wait time was ridiculous. Hands down the best nail experiences I've had to date. This place opened up over the summer and I decided to go in for a pre-trip pedicure. Comfortable and relaxing and a fantastic pedicure that lasted me quite some time. I finally got back to them to try out a gel manicure and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else! Kim was my nail tech and she was amazing. My nails are on the shorter side so when I can get them to grow out I hate getting them completely filed off. She actually listened and left the long ones longer and did a great job of just shaping them up. Next her attention to detail from start to finish is unheard of. No cleaning up edges afterwards, just perfectly polished nails. The shop is very clean and has a nice relaxing feel. Massage chairs are great and I enjoyed the tunes they had playing in the background. Gel removal is a snap because they use a steam gel remover that you put your hands into. So no wrapping with foil or acetone dripping down your arm! Good quality polishes and selection. Highly recommend if you're on that side of town. I'll be back! read more

I typically get a gel mani & my daughter gets cut downs & color changes - $37. Something I really appreciate is that she will do a color change for my gel mani for $23 where other places charge about the same price that they would for the manicure itself. The staff is kind, it's ALWAYS clean, & even the other patrons seem to be a bit more friendly here than usual. There are 6 nail stations and 6 pedi chairs with a cute little sheer blind separating the two areas. Coco helped me with my torn up over used under cared for hands and nails. While escorting my wife and daughter to "COCO" and just hanging out in their comfortable friendly waiting area they invited me to try my "hand" at getting my nails professionally squared away. I said no and then they reassured me that it would be a good experience and they were right. They couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating especially seeing that I was uncertain of getting it done . Katie and her husband Kenny are the friendliest people and made me feel at home . The end result looked like my hands had always been in top notch shape and not wrestling concrete and lumber. This was my first visit here. I was getting my nails done because my boyfriend persisted I did prior to our cruise (he was planning to propose). I got acrylic nails and had them painted an off white/pink color. They used so much glue or adhesive that when I got home and examined them, there was glue all over my skin around the nail. I called for an appointment, when I walked in they had a COVID questionnaire to be filled out, took my temp and lead me directly to the station. After my previous nail salon got way too hectic and unorganized, I started my search for a new salon and thanks to yelp I came across COCO Nails. I've only been here twice now but I have a feeling that this is going to be my new go to. The salon itself is beautiful. They have these sheer white curtains hung up that separate the pedicure chairs from the manicure station and white lights draped along the front windows giving it a nice modern feel. The atmosphere is very relaxing which is what I always look for in a nail salon. It's clean and the staff are all friendly. Both times that I have visited, I've had Jenny as my tech and she is so sweet. She's very gentle when pushing/cutting the cuticles and is very attentive when it comes to painting on the polish. One thing I really like about COCO nails is for gel removal, they use a steam gel remover that you put your fingers in and the steam will slowly get the gel to come lose so removal is easier. It also means no more acetone drying out your nails, woohoo! Overall, I was extremely happy with the end results and the overall experience.
