My first visit, I went for a more natural look (see photo with nude nails and silver flower design). I had them for about 2 weeks and one of my nail's gel builder did lift by the end of the second week (not pictured). Dani definitely took time at my next appointment to consider why that nail lifted and made some adjustments in how she applied her gel builder. The nails with the black stethoscope in the background was taken a day after my second appointment. I got SOOO many compliments on my nail design and, best of all, no lifting or skin damage!! The pictures of my nails against a white door is the retention after 2-2.5 weeks. Nails feel really strong and not a single nail has lifting. If you're willing to spend the money on a natural nail expert, she's the gal for you. Very accommodating and makes you feel so comfortable and heard!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of options of nail colors to choose from ...even colors I had not seen before!! I only got a basic gel pedicure. It was fine. They do not use a base coat of color and I had never had that happened before. They also do not offer hybrid gel which I like to get on my hands. If I'm in a pinch and need to cheat on my regular nail tech, I'll return again :).

Anna is careful, compassionate, funny, fastidious and she cares so much; that you have a good experience, that your beautiful nails last a long time and that they look great! You need to book an appointment, she has a good regular clientele basis so don't wait until the last minute. But she is worth visiting. I scheduled my appointment for 4/24, but when I was about to leave, my phone alerted me that there was a tornado warning in my area and it was unsafe to drive. Luckily, I was able to call HV and easily reschedule my appointment to 5/25 with no problems! Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted with a cold water and directed to my massage chair. I waited for about 10 minutes before a nail tech came over and started my treatment, which was no problem for me at all, but both the technician and the manager on duty were so apologetic and even added on extra time to my leg massage to make up for it! The way everyone goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is what makes the prices at HV worth it. I was super impressed with my gel pedicure and my acrylic manicure, and I especially appreciated that the nail techs asked me several times throughout the process to make sure I liked everything. The design I got turned out even better than the inspo pic from Pinterest, and they have lasted over 2 weeks with no chipping or breaking!
