Just had my nails done Monday so we shall see how they do since it's only been 4 days since and this was my first visit. . My thumb nail chipped and was peeling a day after they were done, but Hannah was quick to get me into fix it the next day. She shaped them nicely and uses a suction box to pull the dust from removing old color while sanding it off. She's gentle and gave me a nice hand massage at the end. My nails look so nice!

After doing some digging here on Yelp, I found Hanna! She has a room inside of an office building in Carmel and works independently. I called her to schedule my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!

I called after realizing I wanted to add a pedicure. They asked me to come in early at 10am and I agreed. I got my pedicure done and issues didn't start until the nail tech couldn't paint a tiny red heart on my big toe after 3 attempts . I said, no worries, I'll go without. I was ok with just the plain polish on just my toes. I got finished at 11:18am and noticed Tommy was having someone else sit in his chair. Confused I spoke up and showed my confirmation. She said oh must've been some mix up or confusion. After 15 minutes of waiting she offered me the man that couldn't paint a heart of my feet to then do my nails, I quickly said no, he can't do the style I want. She said don't worry, I will step in when it's time. Because it was getting late, I agreed. After about 6 minutes I said, you are aware I'm getting gel extensions right? The lady then informed me didn't know how. So I had to sit about 15 minutes. A nice older lady tried to help but she struggled. I have large bubbles under majority of my nails and they're sore. Because of this, the polish is blotchy. The lady who was rude from the beginning stepped in when it was time for the design and she couldn't do a simple heart either. So I said never mind, it's ok. I'll go without. I was then told I was being difficult which confused me because I'm a paying customer. I asked for her to do one final wipe down on my nails before a lot of lent from their towels was stuck to it. She quickly said no, you get what you asked for. I said hey, I love this place, I'm not trying to be rude. I just want them wiped down. So she finished up. Before I left I turned around and said. All of this could've been avoided if Tommy was doing my nails like I requested online. Tommy then waved at me and I left. I hate this because he really is the best. Whoever the young lady is running the schedule is quite rude. I don't know if I'm going to return.

But as the Keystone Fashion Mall I would be appalled and embarrassed to have such disgraceful behavior representing my brand. The people here (especially the lady at the front desk) are rude and exhibit extremely disgusting behavior towards their guests. I came in once, to get a pedicure, and I and I was so appalled by their disgraceful level of Customer Service, that I can't believe they're still open. If you're having a good day, you should avoid this place. But if you don't care how people talk to you, and have no respect for yourself, then be their guest. But when I left, I went to place across the street in the plaza and the people were AMAZING. So there are better places to give your money if you want a better experience. And when you ask them for 'builder gel removal' , they literally RIP OFF the gel product on your natural nails instead of using an efile like they should've! If the lady was licensed, she would've known the safest gel removal is use an efile to drill the top layer of gel and do a soak off, not rip off the gel from the natural nails. Smh. Do better

She was very sweet, and executed my inspo pic to a T. Was very impressed at how well she did the French tip by hand with a brush. In total it took her an hour and 10 min, my total was 63$, and I got a 5$ gift card for being a first timer. I definelty will be coming back.
