My family and I have been coming to Da Vinci Nails for years, and today's visit reminded me why we keep coming back. My sisters enjoyed relaxing pedicures, my mom had a polish change on her toes along with a manicure, and I had the pleasure of having Will take care of my polish change. Will was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. He worked carefully, paid close attention to the little details, and never made me feel rushed. It's clear he takes pride in providing great service and making sure his clients leave happy. My toes turned out beautiful, and the entire experience was relaxing. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and Will definitely made a lasting impression. I'll definitely be asking for Will or Tiger again during my next visit. Thank you for the excellent service! Highly recommend! read more

I love davinci nails! I come here with my sister very often. I will say that not all of my pedicures have been super great. It definitely depends on who you get. I once got one where almost as soon as I left the salon the polish started to bubble up on my nail. Not sure what that was about.. maybe it was an expired polish? Some techs don't care as much and won't provide the same level of service as the others but I will say that once you find a person that does them well- stick with them and request them each time. I won't go to anyone else and neither will my sister when we go here. The pricing is good too in my opinion. About $60 for my gel pedicure with removal and a nice warm waxy substance on my feet. Love. If you live in fishers and are in need of a salon I would recommend highly! read more

I come here every time I need a pedicure. It's near home and my nails usually come out great every time. Depending on when you come, there may be a bit of a wait, but I'm usually seated in a chair until I can get service. It's kind of busy inside ambiance-wise, but I use my time spent in there with headphones on as I enjoy the massage chairs and watch the endless loop of whatever they are playing from Netflix on the TVs. I also appreciate that you get a punch card for paying with cash. Whether it's a simple pedi or one of the more deluxe choices (when I want to indulge), I'm always happy with my service! read more

this is a great little nail salon located at 116th and Olio in fishers. They have several different pedicures that you can select. I always love the hot stone and wax Bee does a great job. They also have all the latest nail techniques. They offer a hybrid gel, which I really love seems to be easier on the nails. read more

after being a customer at da Vinci nails for over a year and a half, I went in today on a whim, knowing that the girl that normally does my nails, there was not there only because my nails on my toes were very long and hurting through my gym shoes when I work out. I have a manicure with acrylic phil and a pedicure every three weeks. My bill is $100 and I tip 20. Today when I went in I was told because I just want regular polish as I am going on vacation in two weeks and want to have gel redone when I choose a color that will last for a month. Only having the pedicure done today because my toenails needed to be trimmed. I was told that it would be an extra five dollars seeing as how I wasn't getting gel in an upgraded pedicure to $45. I strictly just wanted the basic pedicure for $35. The manager or owner came over and tried to explain to me that it's more work. I debated the issue and said how could it be more work when all they do is file it off with an electric drill. She told me that I would be better off doing the $45 pedicure and then she wouldn't charge Me for regular polish even though the $45 pedicure comes with gel that I didn't want this time. Explaining to her that I spend $100 plus every three weeks and that I have never been charged to take off gel polish. again, we did not see eye to eye so I just told the girl to just take the polished off and I was going to leave. She told me that it would be five dollars when I got up to the register she charged me $10 and told me that was because the five dollars would have been with a service.. I reluctantly paid it but will never be back to da Vinci Nails. I feel sorry for the girl that I normally go to, but I don't appreciate what happened with the price gouging read more

Went to get a gel pedicure. I do not get the massage, scrub, file, towel or even have them do the calluses. I ask them to cut my cuticles and paint them with gel because I'm very ticklish. I paid, you don't sign so I left and went to the store. I then realize my receipt said $50!!! What?? It was 2 hours later. I should've went back but I didn't. I struggled with my lady understanding me anyway and didn't want to deal with it. The price has always fluctuated there $25-35 with the same service so I was blown away. Just want to warn people check your receipt before leaving or make them find someone who can speak better English so you know what you're paying. I've learned my lesson... read more

I moved to Chicago in Nov of 2019 and have yet to find someone to do my nails the way Annie does them. I have no problem driving from Chicago to get my nails done with her, it's not a common occurrence but I'm NEVER disappointed when I do so. I can not recommend Annie enough! read more

This place is disgusting..... first off the water was cool and my lady did not even ask how everything was. They also do not sterilize their tools. My lady... her name may be possibly Jessie... literally took nail clippers from the stand and started cutting on my nails and then the lady next to her used it for the person next to me. She was also rude and demanding and was so sloppy with her work..... she did not even fully paint the nails evenly and left polish on my skin! If you go there, pray you don't get her because you can tell she hates her job and definitely does not care about her service. read more

Davinci Nails is really busy but they take care of you, I wanted an Ombré for my birthday and graduation look. Coffin style and long. We know these are VERY VERY hard to do to blend very well and to also make them natural look as it can possibly be. I was very Impressed with Chi. I couldn't be more happy how well she does the acrylics down to the cuticles they last a very long time. And on top of it all she offered to do my eyebrows which I hate people doing my eyebrows because they do them way to short. I took the risk and I shared a picture of how it looks. I recommend Chi to everyone she will know what your looking for your nails. She can do whatever you want exactly in pictures and do them like your nails were done in Beverly Hills. AMAZING. Updating my review I've been here a handful of time. My first experience was great. The others have not been. Either my acrylics are too short, too thin, or shaped weird. Today I believe was the last time I'll go here. I asked for coffin shaped nails, and none of them are shaped correctly, after asking the nail tech to shape them skinnier, they were still not done right. I had to leave due to being late for work, or I would have gotten them polished too. They're also all higher on one side of the nail bed than the other. I don't believe I'll be back now after the last few mess ups at previous visits. read more

Came in for a full set with a coffin shape and a design. It was NOTHING like what I wanted. Ended up with a sheer glittery square nail with a sad water drop design (supposed to be an alien) and my nails were all different thicknesses. Two different techs proceeded to berate me when I told them I wasnt happy. After feeling verbally abused and was basically told that square and coffin shapes are the same thing I went across the street and finally was able to go out with nails I was proud to show off. Wish I would have snapped a pic of those bad nails but I was just too upset. read more

Was looking for a nail spot in the Fishers area and decided upon this spot because I noticed they had a great pedi/mani combo special listed in their website. However, upon arriving I was informed they don't have combo specials anymore (menu change, but website not updated?). So I ended up going with just a pedicure since I was there. The tech did a great job on my pedicure and nails looked pretty. But I was slightly scolded for stepping into the seat/foot bath wrong, I had no idea was I supposed to step in a certain way - she didn't inform me of that and I've never been told such before. So, just be sure to sit on the seat first (almost impossible for a short person, lol) and then lift your legs up before putting your feet in the bath. I think? read more

If I could give this lesson one star I absolutely would. I made an appointment to have my nails done at 11 o'clock which was the time they open. I went in about five minutes early the entire shop was full and they said they were running late for my nails. I don't understand how that's possible when they open at 11 o'clock??Shouldn't I have been the first appointment? Anyway another woman offered to do them to me and told me to sit in the chair and wait for 10 minutes after 11 minutes I got up and left. So they don't honor appointments, they leave you waiting past the time they tell you, and then you have to pay for it anyway. My time is a lot more valuable than to sit around and wait for someone to decide they want to take me. They do not honor appointments so if your time is worth anything choose another nail place there's like 1 million of them. read more

GREAT service again! My mom and I love coming here as always excellent, detailed work. I decided to bring my daughter since they have such an awesome kiddy pedicure section for MOMMY AND ME PEDI'S! My daughter just LOVED it! She said she felt like a princess and wanted to come back everyday lol. The mini chairs were the cutest, and even had a little tablet connected to keep her entertained. I love this place....I only get pedicures and they are the best. Polish lasts for weeks. I have never had to wait, I am always seated immediately. The paraffin wax is the truth and the hot stone massage is awesome. I also get the sugar scrub....can't beat this. The salon is newly renovated and looks great. This makes it disappointing to leave a review under these circumstances. During a recent eyebrow service completed by the female owner, Vee, I communicated that I wanted my eyebrows thinner. She proceeded using a device, and within 24 hours I developed welts underneath and around my eyebrows, followed by minor pain and visible bruising. I will be attaching photos for reference. I initially attempted to address this concern by phone, but Vee advised she could not hear me. I then visited the salon in person to show the bruising and seek a resolution. I spoke with her boyfriend, who is also an owner, and he called for her to come speak with me. As they spoke in their native language, Vee avoided all contact with me and did not acknowledge my presence, nor did she inquire as to why I was there or address the visible bruising at all. I take confrontation seriously and approach it with the intent to resolve issues respectfully. Because of this encounter, I strongly disagree with the attitude displayed by Vee and the owners' inability to acknowledge or address the injury left behind. For this reason, I will no longer be a customer at this establishment. The quality of work itself has generally been good; however, future customers should be aware that if concerns arise, there may be issues with accountability and customer service, which does not appear to be a priority.

Which is why I decided to go here for my birthday nails. I got a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was amazing. I should've opted out of the fill when there was so much confusion when I showed what I wanted. However, I decided to go ahead since I was already there. The tech informed me he couldn't do the French as picture. I approved a thin line after multiple failed attempts. Then the heart was cancelled when that could not be done either. I took what I could get as I was there for 3 hours and now I'm crying in the car. My bill for my gel pedicure, my daughter's regular pedicure (with regular polish, and the gel fill was $177. I tipped $30 tip split for 3 people because I'm not heartless. The people are always nice and the place is clean but the quality of work for the price is questionable.

Terrible. Was taken to my spa chair at 2:09 and eventually walked out (without anyone even trying to stop me) at 2:40. FORTY minutes without anyone approaching my spa chair. If there was going to be a wait, they should have informed me. Also, 3 ladies that walked in after me got service before me. Just bad customer service in general. Don't waste your time, if your experience was like mine you'll walk out without service. Plenty of other nail spans in town to try. read more

I have been going to Davinci for years and it is the only place I will get my nails done. I've had to go to a couple of other salons a few times when out of town, etc and they do not compare to the service at Davinci. It is very clean, friendly, and I always get a great dip and pedicure. I've had probably all of the nail techs at one time or another and they are all great! Highly recommend! read more
