What I asked for vs What I got !! I've been coming here off and on for years. It's normally hit or miss but lately it's been a hit. I've been here 3 times over the last two months. Which is why I decided to go here for my birthday nails. I got a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was amazing. I should've opted out of the fill when there was so much confusion when I showed what I wanted. However, I decided to go ahead since I was already there. The tech informed me he couldn't do the French as picture. I approved a thin line after multiple failed attempts. Then the heart was cancelled when that could not be done either. I took what I could get as I was there for 3 hours and now I'm crying in the car. My bill for my gel pedicure, my daughter's regular pedicure (with regular polish, and the gel fill was $177. I tipped $30 tip split for 3 people because I'm not heartless. The people are always nice and the place is clean but the quality of work for the price is questionable. read more

I want to start by saying any time I have had Tee, she has done an amazing job and has always been kind. If I could guarantee it was her every time (hasn't always been the case even with an appointment), I wouldn't ever look elsewhere. In December I went in for a fill and had a new tech at chair 7 or 8. I showed a photo of what I wanted, she consulted Andrew who said If she couldn't do it, he would. It took probably an hour and a half for the fill and my nails hurt. I mentioned this to her. They were literally bleeding. Once she finally was ready to add polish she told me they had decided (despite not speaking to anyone) they couldn't do what I asked for and I could come a different day. I just said scratch what I asked for and do a solid color with chrome. They were clumpy and misshapen and I was charged $60. I decided to give it another try, and had Tee twice so felt like that was a fluke. Then my sister and I went back right before Valentine's Day. Walked in and was greeted by Pam, who has always seriously lacked in the customer service dept imo. She always seems inconvenienced. I showed inspo of a double French tip and Andrew said he could do it. He finished and then said, he didn't like the way they turned out which I appreciated the honesty. I made it clear I was fine with a standard French tip but he wanted to try again. They turned out ok. Definitely not symmetrical with the red but after nearly 3 hours in the salon I was satisfied enough to leave. Meanwhile my sister only got pink French tips. The guy she had clearly struggled the whole time. Her nails were not even close to symmetrical. I was charged $70 for the picture below and she was charged $60. As soon as we left we realized he did not put a top coat on one of her nails and had To return. I am now 7 days out and four of my nails have fallen off. My sister had to go to another salon to fix one of hers as well. It's unfortunate the bad of this salon now outweighs the good. If you're going to charge that much for a less than mediocre job plus poor customer service, I don't think I'll be the first or last to leave. read more

I was seen in this establishment on a few occasions and on one particular occasion 3 weeks ago I was sent to a man Andrew who had never done my nails to repair one nail. He was very rude, Very disrespectful and I my understanding is It is the owners son because of this, the person who normally does my nails, her name is Tea, her husband confronted me. I was towed by the manager's husband. It doesn't matter if I talk to the owner or not there's nothing he's going to do about it because it is his son that is horrible to think that any business would operate like that then they should take their business and go somewhere else they should not operate in our neighborhoods. They should not take our monies and then mistreat us when they don't want to do something correctly. The managers husband which he was out of order, the owner Son should have spoken to me instead he just walked away from me and left me sitting in the chair and told Tea he did not want to do my nail because he did not want to correct a crooked nail that he had glued to my finger nail, so I was scheduled for an appointment today. No one called to tell me it was canceled. I was told by the managers husband that the owner no longer wants me in his establishment all because they didn't want to correct what they did wrong but yet they want your money. I would suggest no one no one go to this establishment. If you're paying for a service, it should be done correctly. I requested for the owner to give me a phone call, the owner has never called me. The owner Son has never apologized, and the managers husband has no business talking to me in the manner in which he did two weeks ago and in the manner in which he did this morning saying you're no longer welcome to here Bad business. I hope no one supports this. I'm so disappointed that people that would operate like this is even allowed to be in our establishment and I hope that establishment either corrects itself or gets shut down. read more

They were super friendly and the lady that did my nails (I don't know her name) took her time and made sure that I was happy. I got the dip on my natural nails and she asked me something that no one else ever has "do you like the thickness of the nails?" I was looking for someone that would pay attention to detail and I was very specific about it. My grown out nails looked better than the fill I just got. The paint job on my pedicure was dreadful. T did my nails. She was snippy when I was trying to advise her on how I like my nails. Now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and have them fixed now. Didn't leave enough time for them to dry under the light. I think she only had the light setting on for 20 seconds. That's why they're bumpy and uneven. do not go to this place. Look elsewhere. I started using this salon randomly almost 2 years ago and they have been nothing but amazing, for the most part. The salon is very clean, bright, and welcoming. I prefer coffin acrylic nails and occasionally get a pedi as well. Every 6-8 weeks my 8 yr old daughter gets a gel mani or pedi, typically a walk-in or same day appointment. What I LOVE: Tee is so amazing. She triple checks everything, even the tiniest details. She is patient with me as I often don't know what I want when I arrive and will help me decide what will look best. I get compliments ALL the time when she does my nails. Andrew is also fantastic. He is amazing with children. He is funny, stern, and very patient. Whenever my daughter is there she talks to him non-stop and he answers every question and makes her laugh. She has gotten a little sassy due to tiredness and he makes it clear, politely, that it won't be tolerated. She loves when he is there to do her nails. What I DON'T Love: In the last 2 years I've been coming I've had other nail techs complete services for me. None are as detailed as Tee, except perhaps Pam. But the last time I had her do a set for me every single nail was lifting when I got back in for a fill. This is never an issue when Tee does it. The man in the back (Table 7/8?) is rude to me and has made comments about the style of nail I prefer to another client while I was sitting right next to them. ("I don't know how anyone gets long nail and does anything - laughing - acrylic is old - dip is much classier and much better because fresh set every time - nothing underneath nails - much better") It made me very conscious of the nails I like and I have spent entirely too much money there to ever feel that way. He also likes to just rip off the old set, which is extremely painful. When I asked him not to he scoffed and had the lady sitting next to him finish the service, which is when he started talking about my style of nail. All said - Tee, Andrew, Pam all worth it. As others have said, if I have to go elsewhere I would rather not get them done. Definitely recommend appointment. I started doing that and it is much better for me and I'm sure for them too. I actually looked for places by my house for a pedicure here on Yelp and found this spot. I did a walk in vs appointment on a Monday and was able to walk right in and be serviced. I was services by Chang and she was sooo nice, professional and gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I almost fell asleep getting my pedicure. The shop is on the smaller side but it's nice , clean and has a large selection of polish and dip colors as well! read more

Went for a gel pedicure. He didn't put polish on the whole nail. It's like I did them two weeks ago and they have grown since then. This place is owned by the same people who own Da Vinci Nails. They are the rudest shop I've ever been to. Came in for a full set with a coffin shape and a design. It was NOTHING like what I wanted. Ended up with a sheer glittery square nail with a sad water drop design (supposed to be an alien) and my nails were all different thicknesses. Two different techs proceeded to berate me when I told them I wasnt happy. After feeling verbally abused and was basically told that square and coffin shapes are the same thing I went across the street and finally was able to go out with nails I was proud to show off. My friend and I stopped in for a mani/pedi to prepare for her wedding. I got a pedicure, which turned out well. My friend got a full set with French tips and the nail tech cut her fingers with the drill leaving open sores around the nails. Oddly, it was worse on her left hand... the hand she would be getting pictures taken of on her wedding day (2 days later). We asked them what to do about this, but they had really no solution... not even a discount off the bill. Prior to receiving the service we did not inform them that we were there for pre-wedding prep, but that shouldn't have mattered. New to the area so just decided to try it out. The pedi was okay but the tech remedy unprofessional. She was very inattentive to my requests - main reason I get a pedicure is v cause my nail starts hurting me. But even after couple of times of asking her to fix the problem 1 she didn't seem to know how to. I've worked at a nail salon and honestly she didn't even k ow how to remove the cuticles. As more customers came in - she rushed the polishing and asked me to move to the drier area. There was still polish on my skin. So I asked her to remove it. I ventured out from my normal salon and decided to try this as it is closer to my house. The quality of the service on my nails was not worth the $65 I paid. My gel manicure has streaks throughout it, and when they said they would match the same colors on my nails and toes, they don't even look close. This came after having to choose a color 3 times because they didn't have the first two colors I chose. Technician was also rough on my nails as well, my toes were in pain multiple times during the cuticle cleanup. Definitely wouldn't go back, just will try another salon in the area. After Diva Nails was bought out by the new owners of Polished I decided to stick with the place. The location is very convenient for me. I am very glad I stuck with it. The same owners run Da Vinci Nails as well. If you are familiar with that place this one is very similar right down to the adorable pink butterfly pedicure stations for the little ones. The salon is beautiful and the owner, Andrew, is always professional and accommodating. I've had several different nail techs as I don't make an appointment with one particular tech and so far all 3 have been great (Tony, Kim and Jessy). I typically get a gel manicure which lasts at least 3 weeks or more. Great experience every time!! read more

Came here to get my nails done with my daughter and if I had to sum it up in one word it would be WOW! Such a friendly staff; they were very helpful and patient with my daughter.
