Ruby did my nails and I decided to come back to her for a full set. They lasted more than three weeks! Every visit since then, the team remembers my name and always goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. (They even offer a complimentary beverage with any service!!) On top of that, the salon is clean, organized, and cute. You can book online for appointments as well, which has made things so much easier for me. Yesterday was my second time at Venus nails and I had a lovely experience. The salon itself is very cute, clean & even smells amazing. There are lots of color and brand options. Both times I have had the classic pedicure and It is one of the best I've ever had. I was blessed to have Tammy as my tech, she is oh so thorough and really takes her time. Yesterday I got my first gel mani at Venus nails and it was just as good as the pedicure. I am PICKY when it comes to my nails, but I left Venus nails completely satisfied! Was happy enough at first. Clean place, easy to make an appointment and they were ready for me by the time I got there. I decided to go because I had a discount code, which they ended up not letting me use. My gel polish also started coming off less than a week after getting them done and when I went to peel them off they came off incredibly easily. I really like this place. Having moved recently, I needed to find a nail salon closer to home and we've visited here twice. The place is clean, the staff is nice and the salon is run in a very organized and professional manner. I enjoy the interaction and light banter offered by the staff during our treatments. They have a nice menu of different manicures and pedicures to choose from, ranging from your basic nail and cuticle care to a full Venus Queen experience with hot stones, collagen treatments and more. On Sunday I got a gel manicure and after a weekend of sun and fun (including lots of time in water), one of my fingernails now has chipped polish, so once back in town I will likely visit the salon to see what can be done about it. With a gel mani, they usually last several weeks with no chipping, so I'm interested to see if I'll have to pay to have it fixed. Either way, I've been happy with the services offered and look forward to continuing doing business with them in the future. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. One of my friends goes here all the time and had recently recommended me to try it out! I went in for the first time today and was automatically greeted, all the employees there are very kind and welcoming!! I requested Tommy when booking my appointment because he's always done an amazing job on my friend's nails, and he DID NOT disappoint. The service was around 50 minutes and we made small talk the whole time There's no awkward silence inside, always upbeat music and the employees talk and laugh with eachother which makes it feel way less tense. I got "acrylic no chip" with white chrome and almond shaping and it ended up being 85 dollars without tip, definitely on the pricey side but TOTALLY worth it. So happy to have found my new nail salon. Price point is good, salon is very clean & everyone was very friendly!! Customer service is definitely one of their top priorities. While I was there, several moms had their little girls with them & getting manicures and pedicures. And they nailed it!! Even offering age appropriate treats/snacks to them. I would avoid this salon at all costs. Not because of the hard working and talented nail techs. But this salon has changed ownership in the past 2 years. I have done business there for over 10. The owner, "Chloe" treats her nail techs terrible. She thinks people can not understand the language she is speaking in and I do. I've watched her berate, control, condescend and fire people who have been there for years and years with her autocratic controlling leadership. A week ago a polish that she charges 10 dollars extra for would not stay adhered to my nail. It was NOT the fault of the tech as he has been doing my nails for 8 months (because she abruptly fired Chris the other tech i had been with for 8 years.) and never has there been an issue. Twice the polish peeled within a day. So on my third trip back there (again I have had zero issues with their awesome techs there) I asked for the 10 dollars credit for my next fill. She said well we redid the polish today (which was not an up charge polish) and I said yes but it was the polish that caused this. She said "it's just you not a problem for other clients". I didn't argue and left. And chalked it up to possibly her needing to keep the money for the time spent redoing the new color. It seemed a poor business practice but I let it go. Then? She somehow found my Zelle information, (searched in my payment history I suppose) paid me 10$ and asked me to find another nail salon (via text) with no conversation. I can't hardly believe it. I will for sure be contacting the state attorney generals office and BBB to look into her business practices and how she treats employees. She truly is not stable and shouldn't be permitted to operate a business. And how she found that Zelle information I have no idea. I'll be researching that as well. Avoid this salon and avoid her. She is on the right of this photo.. Update: I just called my bank 1 800 number and she used my bank information from paying with my debit there or an email I possibly had entered in their system to find my Zelle account. Your bank info is also not safe here. She clearly crossed the line of using my financial information she had from previous business to spitefully make a point. Chloe, I'm revisiting this, now that you've responded because you were deceptive in your response. When nail polish comes off within a day of the application what did you expect me to do!? I was asking for the fee of 10$ back that you charged for the "special" polish that never stayed on. I was asking for a credit for the next fill based on your fee for a polish that never stayed on. I chose standard polish today to replace the special polish you overcharge for. And when you didn't agree I was fine. I gave no argument whatsoever. No voices raised, nothing. For you to then ask ME not to return!? You have serious problems leadership wise. And Jimmy has nothing to do with this why even bring him up? I'm so sorry for the people who have to endure you every day. read more

I visited this salon on June 6th for a manicure and pedicure. When removing the nail polish from my toes, I now have a nail infection that was not there previously. Cleanliness and sanitization of the tools used is definitely a concern. I'm now left with a difficult to treat fungal nail infection that may never go away. I love this place... They really deliver. Everyone is so nice and they do such a good job every single time. It's so clean and their techs pay attention to every little detail. I'm in love with my nails. They whole thing took about an hour and a half, which is actually not that long compared to other places. I used to go here years ago and had no issues. A few years back, I had noticed I started to get fungus on my toenail after visiting the salon. I didn't go back for years after that. I didn't know if it was truly from the salon or not. So, just recently, I went back and brought my own brand new nail polish, top coat, and base coat. I figured they had to at least clean their tools properly. Well, that didn't work. I haven't had a mani and pedi in years. I no longer had any nail fungus. It's been about 6 weeks since I had my mani/pedi from there and I just spotted a area on my nail that now has fungus! I will not ever go back there. It's obvious that they don't clean their tools!
