I heard about this new shop on my neighborhood app. It's a husband and wife duo who used to work in another shop before branching out on their own. Trang and David are very skilled at what they do, and they were extremely personable on my initial visit. Since then, I've been back several times and they greet me by name. Walk-ins are welcomed, but I always schedule an appointment. Since reopening after COVID, I've noticed new plexiglass installed on the workstation and they are always masked. They have been diligent about spacing out customers when scheduling appointments. I've only had one other customer in the shop with me - and they were on the opposite side - 20 feet away. When we first walked it in there was not that many customers in there which was good for us because we were able to not have to wait. The workers had asked us what service we were looking for. We both wanted pedicures. I got the Luxury pedicure with gel polish on my toes. While in the chair I was able to explain to the worker I wanted my toenails trimmed down. The will working on me noticed my big toe was cracked so she had put glue on it but I explained she could clip it down. The quality of my pedicure was great. The message and the paint job looked good. I wasn't disappointed at all. It was very relaxing in the shop and they had offered us something to drink which we had took some wine. They had massages on the chairs. It definitely made the experience great. The price for my pedicure was not bad at all. Fast forward to Sunday morning. I noticed that my big toe the toenail somehow chipped off so it had small missing piece. I had came back to the shop and explained the issue and asked if I could get my one toe fixed which they agreed to do. They had ended up having to put acrylic on my toe to fix it and repaint it. They always have 5-7 technicians working there and it seems to be very busy on weekends. So if you walk in on Saturday or Sunday you will likely have to wait. Book it in advance! At other salons, i used to have to wait 5-15 minutes even with an appointment... but here, it never happens. When I check in I usually sit down right away. For the last few visits, Winky did my gel polish and she is very thorough, detail oriented and a perfectionist. Everyone here gives me undivided attention most of the time. I'm so used to seeing nail technicians talking on the phone, chatting or streaming videos while they work on my nails. So seeing them dedicating all the focus and energy to me feels nice. I will keep coming here for the foreseeable future 100%! They take credit cards.

After getting cozy in the chair my nail tech checked if water temp was fine, I asked for hotter water and my nail tech accommodated me. She also turned on the massage chair for me and showed me how to change the settings if I'd like to. She Inquired what type of pedicure I'd like, offered me a selection menu of the various pedicure types. My nail tech also asked for consent to cut down nail, which I appreciated. She also asked what shape I wanted my toe nailed, I asked what she thought was doable and she gave rationale for rounded edges with a square top based on my current toe nail shape in a professional manner. The place was clean, the nail techs all had on face masks and gloves which made the cleanliness factor go up in my opinion. Now, the lower leg massage given was attentive and relaxing, my shins have never felt better honestly. It was not rushed nor unintentional which is what I've become accustomed to while getting pedicures. I got a hot towel wrapped around my lotioned leg and my tech made sure the steam was not too hot, she really ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire pedicure process. I arrived at 4pm and was done drying from my pedicure by. If you're in a rush than this isn't the place for you, they're thorough and efficient so it's not a 30 minutes in and out type of pedicure.
