I asked for pink acrylics and instead of painting them pink she just left the acrylic on there and didn't paint over them. I went in expecting to pay $30 for one set and also pay for a little girls nails. I was charged $75 for a 9 year old to get her nails painted and a set of acrylics. My nails weren't even painted. She was super nice and it liked how it was a private little area. But it was just so expensive for what I received. I had already been there for an hour and a half and I had somewhere to be so I didn't have time to ask her to paint them AGAIN. Overall it was an alright experience. You definitely have to expect to be there for a long time and repeat what you want multiple times.

This salon is inside an office building and only Hanna works there with two mani spots and one pedi chair. PRO: The acrylic base itself was wonderful. My nails are a little more almond than round than I'd prefer.. I didn't match the colors well initially to the picture I showed her, but she was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. CONS: When it comes to other reviews about color selection, I definitely don't think she had as many as I was expecting. She had maybe two rings for dip and 5-10 panels for gel. I don't love the details of my nail art. The color is not uniform throughout the lines, and definitely jagged and not smooth waves (esp see pinky and thumb). I asked her to go over it to fill it in, but she insisted that it would make it too bumpy and ruin the manicure. The right hand was retraced and it feels very smooth still, but she did not do the same for the left (as pictured). OVERALL: Since it was my first time here, I'll likely try somewhere else when it comes to nail designs/art, but she's definitely great for well-priced solid colored manicures!

I walked in at around noon on a Thursday, and was the only one in the nail salon. I was thrilled to know I wouldn't have a wait, since it was a spur-of-the-moment decision to stop here over my lunch break and I only had about 45 minutes to get my nails done. I really wanted to do a mani/pedi, but with my time restriction, I just got a gel French manicure and polish removal. The guy that was working at the time was able to get my nails done in about half an hour, which was perfect and they looked great when completed. The total came to $35, which is pretty typical of nail salons in the area. I paid in cash, so I'm not sure if they accept credit cards. I'll be keeping an eye on how well the gel nails wear over the next couple of weeks, but if they are able to stand up to how hard I am on my nails, I'll definitely be back! Even after having made an appointment at other nail salons, I have always had a 15-30 minute wait, so going to a salon where even a walk-in appointment can be taken immediately on a weekday makes this place quite a gem in the Carmel area.

The owner, Hannah took the risk to open her own salon and based on my positive experience, her efforts will be rewarded! I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Both were perfect... especially if you enjoy an extra long massage of your arms and legs! Excellent service and very competitive pricing.

HANNAH IS THE BEST NAIL TECH IVE EVER BEEN TO! She gets you in and out so fast and does SUCH A GREAT job! She has TONS of colors to choose from! She can do any design you want!! Has themed nails for each holiday and occasion!! Fun fun fun! Must call or text her to make an appointment, no walk in allowed! She has a suite, you go in just you and her! She has everything COVID requires to make you comfortable and safe! Reasonably priced too!

Hannah amazes me every time I go in. She has the most reasonable prices and is open to trying designs you show her. I typically pay 35-45 for a fill and 55 for a full set. She keeps these prices despite shape, rhinestones, tips, and nail art that most places would tack on extra $$ . She is the best!!!

Hannah did a fantastic job! My friend and I went in and she did both of our gel pedicures and acrylic manicures in about 2 and a half hours. They look amazing and she was very friendly and caring. She recreated the photos we showed her and went above and beyond to take care of both of us at once.

I was in the area and Hannah accommodated me on the spur of the moment as she had availability, which was great. She's very nice and personable. Just had my nails done Monday so we shall see how they do since it's only been 4 days since and this was my first visit. . My thumb nail chipped and was peeling a day after they were done, but Hannah was quick to get me into fix it the next day. She shaped them nicely and uses a suction box to pull the dust from removing old color while sanding it off. She's gentle and gave me a nice hand massage at the end. My nails look so nice! read more

Since moving from Chicago, I have been struggling to find a reliable and worthwhile nail spot. I have tried several locations and can't seem to find somewhere I want to keep returning to. After doing some digging here on Yelp, I found Hanna! She has a room inside of an office building in Carmel and works independently. I called her to schedule my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off! read more

This salon is by appointment only. Call Hannah to schedule one. She does an excellent manicure, and she is friendly and pleasant to talk with. I had a gel manicure, and it was pretty quick and super efficient because she has two lights going so that there is one for each hand. The color selections were fantastic. The salon is on second floor of the 600 Carmel Drive office building, which is a pretty offbeat designed space. ImIt's behind the McDonalds and bank on the north side of Carmel Drive. Great little nail salon! I work near by and heard of their affordable, great gel polish so I went to check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised by all of their polish options and how quick they were to service me. They offer chrome/ holographic nails so I had to try it out. I'm visiting my mom here in Indy so I don't know the best places to go. I found Excellent Nails because of reviews. So glad I did, Hanna was amazing! I wish she was in Colorado! She's the only one there, in a small suite. I was skeptical at 1st when I walked in but she had me at ease in seconds. She took the time to give me a quality pedicure & manicure. If fast is your thing then she's not for you. We talked a lot. She was personable and friendly! I felt I made a friend in Carmel by the time I left. Thanks Hanna! read more

I decided to say to heck with it and just get everything redone. $60+ later, I get home Wednesday evening and noticed my left thumb was already cracked. -Saturday 2/28 - went back at 6:15pm to repair( they close at 7 according to online and their door signs) doors were locked. - Saturday 3/7 - (they're closed sundays and I work during the week), I called to get my thumb nail repaired from my 2/26 visit. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. Thinking it was a fluke, I wanted to give them another shot but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I loved the color we decided on. She ended up doing a Russian manicure. I had never had a Russian manicure before but appreciated the care given to cleaning up my cuticles. I had heard Taylor was great at nail art so I had her do a few bows. Overall, really happy with my nails.

The facility is super clean and right off the monon so you have a fun view of everyone walking. This hidden gem is the place to go. I will be a returning customer!
