I have had a full body massage, a full facial and a back facial completed here. Their website is great for looking up all their services, prices and hours. You must call to schedule an appointment. Once you arrive, you fill out a form about your health and skin. Then wait for your student to come and call your name. Then, the two of you will go over your health screen, allergies and concerns. They take you back to the main room. Massages are done on one side of the hallway, and esthetician services are done on the other. No matter the service you get done, you are taken to a "room" which is just divided by curtains on all sides. Everyone speaks in low volume, as to not disturb the other customers. The student will take you to your "room" and explain what will happen. Then, they leave and give you privacy to undress, as needed for the service. After the service is complete, and you redress, the student walks you back out to the lobby. You are encouraged to give them constructive feedback that will help in their education. If you don't feel comfortable telling them directly, there is a written survey you can fill out. Tips are not required, but if you do want to tip, it must be done in cash directly to the student.

Whew old me would have slid that tip right back into my bag and vowed to never return based on her actions but the masseuse's that were assigned to us did a wonderful job so I couldn't bark at them when they weren't the ones that bit me. If there was a way to rate each part of the experience, I'd give the massage a 5/5 and the cashier a 0/5. Just thinking about the exchange while writing this gave me the ick.

I was there in a Wed after noon. They weren't very busy. I got a full set, french, gel polish with holo glitter overlay, almond shape. Communication was good. As the acrylic was applied, I'm not sure if he was in a hurry or if this was his usual technique but it was done very fast & sloppy. The nails have no apex, they are very flat. There was acrylic all over my cuticles & skin around my nails. Then I was handed off to a 2nd person to do the painting & also left with paint on my skin. I was charged extra for French, gel, glitter, & almond shape. Their menu said "full set acrylic with French tip $35" my bill was $70. He broke it down but nothing he said matched what was on their menu.
