I went in today for a foot and body massage. During my massage, the masseur put his hands down my shirt and massaged between my breasts, then tried to massage one of my breasts (but stopped when I immediately told him to stop), then cupped my butt cheek with his hands. I was so uncomfortable. After i got home and told my wife, she called and tried to speak to the manager about it. The manager spoke to the masseur then claimed none of the above ever happened. I am stunned, as we have been there several times and had decent experiences. When my wife explained that, if they were going to deny it, then we would leave a review and report it to BBB, the manager started screaming at her about "threatening" her. Unbelievable. read more

I have nothing negative to say about this place. We did not have appointments so had to wait 20 minutes. This place has a huge emphasis on being quiet. No talking on cell phones or to each other. Back in the room is numerous tables set Up so you are not in a private room. You soak your feet and you keep clothes They do massage you from head to toe. They access pressure points. I did actually fall asleep at one point. An hour for $35. You can do 90 minutes for a little more. The facility is clean. You are covered the whole time and they do front and back. They do not touch you at Aalto inappropriately. This however is not a spa massage. I felt so relaxed when i left. We did buy a package when we left. 4 for $120. Everything and everyone in this massage studio is authentic! Even down to the music, lol. I've been coming here almost monthly for the past 5 years since moving to Avon. Sure they've had some minor "mess up's" like timing. Maybe someone called in sick? You should always give the benefit of the doubt to anywhere. It's just part of healthy living guys. For the past two years I've been bringing my teen with me. Never ever have we felt violated in any way. Then he started massaging my butt, now i wasnt aware of this an my mom has came here once before an they didnt do that to her. I'm glad I walked into this place. So on the road between Dayton and St. Louis, I was craving for a bowl of Phò. I found Phò23 and Foot Euphoria right next to each other. I decided to get a massage before I eat since I was so tired of driving. The best combination having a massage and Phò right after. Massage was great. He spent well over an hour of non-stop massage. I asked for a foot massage, but he ended up giving me a full body massage. I will drop by every week for next few weeks until my project is over. read more

I truly loved my first experience at Foot Euphoria. So much so, that when finished first session, I signed up for four additional sessions for $140. Unfortunately, Covid, with all its restrictions, hit before I had a chance to schedule another session. I do believe Foot Euphoria actually had to quit operations at first. They were very good about e-mail updates during this time. By the time they were able to start business as usual again, I was told that my $35 per session I had prepaid for four sessions, was now considered just three sessions because they had raised their price during Covid. I partially understood this because they had been forced to close. Because of my age, I follow the guidelines recommended and don't feel spending time in a public spa is in my best interest. Because of this, I recently stopped in at the Avon facility to ask if I could transfer my prepaid spa sessions into gift certificates for my younger friends. ( I had been told when first purchasing the four sessions that I could allow anyone to use them as long as I gave permission). Imagine my surprise when I was told no for this request. The women at the front desk told me I could only purchase gift certificates, I could not turn my unusable, prepaid sessions into gift certificates. She was quite adamant that my prepaid sessions were really useless for me. I told her I would be checking with the BBB and filing a complaint. I really did like my one and only session and think it is sad that they don't seem to have a grasp on what constitutes good business practices. read more

Never disappointed with the quality of the experience here. A bit of a misnomer, as you will get basically a full-body massage. You can pay a bit extra and get the deep tissue massage instead of the regular pressure. You can buy a 4-massage pack and save a bit, which we almost always do. Oh my goodness! What a great experience! I just received my 1st massage from this place as I wanted to try something besides Massage Envy and I was not disappointed. It was hands down the best massage of my life. I was having a lot of pain/tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Now that is all gone! Now they do offer a light/medium pressure 60min massage for only $35 but I wanted a firmer massage. I am a large man. 6'2 around 245lb. So I asked for the Swedish massage for $60. It was well worth the upgrade. I asked for firm pressure and it was perfect! She used elbows, forearms, knuckles and even her knees on my back. She kept me relaxed the whole time and asked periodically if I was ok which I sure was. I definitely would like to go back again maybe next month. I would go every week if I could afford it. She used a hot towel over my body along with all sorts of aromatherapy & massage oils. It was so fantastic. read more

Terrible customer service, I called and scheduled a appointment for 6pm to show up and be told I needed to come back 8. I drive back and arrived at at 7:50pm, no one was in the waiting room. I was asked to wait in the waiting area, I watched as literally 6 people were helped before me that walked in for 8pm appointments. I have been here before and never had a horrible massage until tonight. My back is hurting extremely bad due to stress and I specifically asked for added pressure. The woman that did my massage bearly applied any pressure. I kept asking for her to focus on my back. apparently she was irritated by my request that when I turned over she was tossing my braids and massaged extremely lighter than she started. When I left the lady at the check out and asked me if the massage was OK and I told her no and that I wasn't impressed. She said oh really, but didn't ask any questions so I volunteered them. This was a complete waste of time and money. I will never go back and will tell people who ask me about it how much of poor listeners they are. I am totally disappointed. Don't waste your time. If you are hurting find a real massage therapist and pay the fee. It's well worth it if you can leave feeling better when you arrived. This place failed on almost every aspect of what you would expect. We each booked a 60-minute foot massage and explicitly stated that we only wanted our feet massaged and my wife is allergic to fragrances so to ensure that there was fragrance free options. They assured us a both. However, when we got there, not only did they only spend 15 minutes on our feed, they used fragrance lotions and oils. After the massage, we asked them about why they didn't spend the 60 minute on the feet like we asked and they kind of just stared at us and that we asked them about the oils and lotion to wish they continued to try to dance around. I had to raise my voice and get very harsh to actually get them to admit and show us the bottle that it was a fragrance lotion. While they did not charge us for the time, we are likely going to be in the immediate Care center if not worse because of my wife's allergy to scents. They spend so much time complaining about me getting frustrated and raising my voice and kept trying to dance around having to show me the bottle which is what compelled me to write such a negative review. The physical pressure of the massage was perhaps average to slightly below average... Almost anywhere you would go would provide an equal if not better experience but you will get much better service at any other locale. Avoid this place at all costs read more

I have been to a number of different massage therapist in the Avon and Plainfield area. I've had both the group massage from foot Euphoria which, overall is very relaxing and calming to the point that, come the last five minutes, I might have caught a little nap. However, I am writing this review because I've gotten the Shiatsu technique for my past two visits and the therapist who gave my massage is GREAT!. She climbed with precision from literally top to bottom along my spine/muscle connection line-down to my toes. (Amazing sensation!) I feel great the next day. I'm not really tender at all. I feel freshly ironed off the ironing board. I appreciated that when she would put that level 9 pressure on, she'd ask then comfort before continuing. I highly recommend this place. It's worth the time and money. If you stay well hydrated afterwards, you'll really feel restored the next day. read more

This place is great! Totally relaxing and totally affordable. I always do the 60-minute Medium Pressure Full Body Massage. Always amazed it's only $35. You are fully clothed in a communal room on a super comfy chair/bed. You'll notice the lights are low but it's not dark. There is soothing music playing along with the sound of water. Be sure to wear loose clothing so you can have your legs exposed from knee down, and be able to easily reach your neck, so no tight collared shirts. Your masseuse will use a cream, it has no smell and doesn't feel heavy or oily. Here's a play by play if you've never been here: First thing your masseuse will place your feet in a tub of warm water as you lie back on the chair. She will also cover you with a blanket. As your feet soak, your massage will start at your head. Forehead, temples, scalp, and then neck. This is where the loose clothing comes in as you'll want her to be able to get the back of your neck and your shoulders here. Next are your arms and hands. She will take your arm out from under the blanket and massage from the shoulder all the way down to your fingertips. She may pull your arm straight up. Back under the blanket and on to your other arm. Now on to the feet. She will take your feet out of the water and dry them, slide the foot rest under them and begin to massage your lower leg. You'll want to make sure your pants allow you to roll them up to the knee. Now your foot, then your toes. Each toe, each side of the toe. This is the reflexology part. I wish I knew what each part connected to, but regardless, it feels great. The ankle, the calf, and then on to your other leg. Once both legs, both feet, and all ten toes are done your masseuse will leave to get a warm towel. She will clean and dry from the knee down, roll down your pant legs, and re-cover your legs with the blanket. Legs from thigh down will get a light massage. Now you'll turn over and lie face down. As you are turning over, your masseuse will remove the pillow, exposing the "face hole". She will place a circular pad and a paper towel here for you. As you position yourself face down, she will recover you with the blanket (super cozy). Back massage first, shoulders, hips, backs of your legs, repeat. If you have any knots she will find them. Another round on the back of your neck (YAY), your head and scalp and then, you're done. She will go to get you a cup of water as you realize your hour of head to toe massage bliss is over. Immediately arriving you are in such a relaxing environment-With dimmed lights, calming ambiance and a very nice lobby! Comfy leather couches! Im pregnant in my 3rd trimester and was looking for a prenatal massage or just a good foot massage. They don't offer prenatal massages but with any foot massage you get a body massage and they modified it for my big belly! It was awesome. I'm obviously very satisfied and relaxed. The prices are SO cheap! I recommend that when you go to match the price of the service as a tip! Yeah- It's THAT cheap! I am for sure going to make this place my go to for relaxation! I threw out my back a few weeks ago and was extremely sore and in need of a massage. I started calling places around 6pm that night, desperately trying to find an open massage appointment. Unsurprisingly, Foot Euphoria was the only place that had any availability that late, so I asked for an hour long massage. Here are my notes on this place... 1.) Customer service is rather poor. On the phone, they talk quickly and are extremely hard to understand. I asked several direct questions that went unanswered. In-store, I talked to several people who did not understand basic English and (worse) were extremely unfriendly. 2.) There is a weird vibe to this place. It is a nice facility, but mostly empty. It feels semi-deserted. There is Asian-meditation-type music playing. There are no doors on the massage rooms, only short folding screens and you can see through the cracks. My (female) masseuse was nice but the rest of the people (mostly guys) were honestly kind of creepy. 3.) Most massage places will have you sign a waiver and do paperwork so the masseuse will know what the goals are for the massage. There was nothing of the sort here. 4.) The massage room was nice. Seemed fairly clean. The beds were extremely firm, and had a feeling of a medical exam table with sheets. There is usually a fitted cover for the head support area when the client is face-down but here there is only a paper towel. 5.) My masseuse, Ding, was GREAT at the massage. She seemed to speak no English, so I felt worried when I was trying to explain at the beginning, but she did figure out what I needed and I felt SO much better after. 6.) The massage I got was Swedish. It was hands down THE most vigorous Swedish massage I've ever received. I've never had a deep tissue massage, but I imagine that is what it's like. I'd honestly be a little afraid of the deep tissue massage offered here haha. 7.) The pricing wasn't great but wasn't crazy expensive either. I paid $72 for an hour, and (that night) I would have spent even more for that level of relief. 8.) I'm not sure I will be back. The massage was wonderful, but it wasn't a very relaxing experience overall. I would prefer to be able to communicate with my masseuse. At the very least, this place needs to teach its administrators how to be friendly and helpful. read more

I was expecting so much more from this place. I enjoy getting deep tissue massages, however they were far to rough. It wasn't even enjoyable it felt more like someone was just punching me in the back. It ended up causing me more back pain to the point where it hurt to walk and sit for the next week. Definitely wouldn't recommend it, yeah it's cheap but I would suggest spending more money to actually enjoy yourself and feel relaxed after. read more
