I was worried because I am 6 foot 3 and 240 lbs and need someone who doesn't need a forklift to move my leg. When I called, I could hear how tiny the lady was over the phone which did not make me confident in how this would go. But again, it was the only place that could take me same day. The little lady in there can hold her own! She put her elbows to use when more pressure was needed and I could feel it for sure. My back pain is not gone but it feels so much better. Great massage with excellent pressure which I needed. However, the massage was interrupted several…read moretimes to tend to incoming customers (she just threw the towel up my back and walked out). THEN, at the end, when leaving a tip (which is optional) she demanded 20%! I am normally a great tipper but because I didn't get the full hour (it started 7 minutes after the hour but ended straight up 4:00) and it had interruptions, I decided not to leave the normal tip. Just would have been better without interruptions!

She is especially good at helping those who are recovering from injury or illness - exercising at your own pace, but still pushing you to grow and challenge yourself. And she incorporates her vast knowledge of nutrition and supplements where appropriate, which is a great bonus. I have also had a reflexology session with her, and it feels fantastic! Initially I was hesitant about having someone touch my feet (my hangup, what can I say?) but she made it completely safe and comfortable. By the end, I was completely relaxed and felt great.
