We had a reservation scheduled at 2:00 PM and the majority of our party arrived on time. The hostess , who I believe is the business owner, was prepared for our arrival, and greeted us by showing us where to hang our coats and items in order to leave baggage and prepare for a 40 minute escape and time of relaxation. After hanging our items up, we were directed into a lounge type space, that had a charcuterie board/snacks, mimosa fixings, and complimentary cocktail glasses for each guests to enjoy and take as a souvenir after our experience. Our hostess, confirmed the type of escapes that we each booked ahead of time and then offered us either an orange mimosa or watermelon to get the party started. They played a nice music mix and offered to change it to what the birthday girl wanted to listen too if she would like. Then we were to told to mingle while our escapes were being prepared for us. Our party was then given either a satin robe to change into (if they selected the Yoni Steam service, or individually we were taken in our massage rooms if we selected a full body massage, facial Steam, there were also Sauna steams, and Facials available for this Girlfriends Escape experience. Each guest selected two services to get done, as all guests were to experience their escapes at the same time that would last roughly 40 minutes each. I was directed into a massage room with massage tech, Lanetia and this would be my very first time getting a full body massage. Lanetia, was extremely nice and calm, she was professional and I could tell she had experience. I was slightly nervous, not because I had to full undress (minus my panties) but because I have some pathology in my lower back from my old line of work. And so it causes nerve pain into my feet and I just get nervous when someone is pressing or stretching my nerves and muscles. I had nothing to worry about, I knew when she was hitting on my trigger points, and she knew when to remind me to relax whenever I would tense up. Soft music is played and you truly feel like your mind, body, and soul are being taken on this therapeutic journey. I was also booked to get the facial Steam, but due to my personal time I ended up not getting that done and leaving around 4:00 PM to go handle other things I had to do. Once my escape was over with I was directed to the lovely, bohemian bathroom which was my favorite aesthetic in the entire place. Pretty yellows, and serenity surrounded this space, and it's very instagrammable if you are into that. Total photo op! As some of us headed out earlier together, we were told to grab a goodie bag (which consisted of fuzzy socks, charcoal massage gloves, and spearmint gum), and then to pay for our services. They take credit card and cash app I think. My massage was $50 but I left a nice tip out of appreciation. This is a great experience to book for your next birthday gathering, a bridal shower, or just to get away if you need some me-time. Second, she left the room 3 times during the session for no apparent reason for a few minutes each time. Third, she left the hot stone lying on my leg & left a red burn mark. Fourth, her idea of massaging my head was to pull out as many hairs as possible by the root. And finally, she stopped 12 minutes short. So for my 60 minute massage (counting the 3 times she left the room) I actually only received about 35-40 minutes at the most. Do NOT go here unless you want a painful massage & to get ripped off.

Prior to my appointment I did the client intake form. When I arrived I was greeted and we went over what my needs were for the day and what to expect out of my appointment. I undressed in the massage room which was decorated beautifully and the table had great bedding. Kristin talked me through the entire cupping process and took it slow. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had some extra time left over so I had let her know my neck was tight and she worked on this. I will come back to do more cupping and also use her reiki service. Her prices are very reasonable and she makes you feel comfortable right away.
