So while I was at work, my phone was being blown up with nasty messages of them insulting us, saying my father smelled (we are Arabic and he used google translate to look up the word "disgusted" and texted it to me) and even called me, cussing me out. Let me just say that I am always adamant about tipping, I myself am a server and understand how important it is to tip, but I would never treat a customer/client like this. Also, I've never heard someone give a "suggested tip amount" and then claim that it was mandatory??!! Just wanted to send a warning out there that these people are expecting $50 tips on top of $200 services and if you don't, they will get very nasty with you.

THEN, at the end, when leaving a tip (which is optional) she demanded 20%! I am normally a great tipper but because I didn't get the full hour (it started 7 minutes after the hour but ended straight up 4:00) and it had interruptions, I decided not to leave the normal tip. Just would have been better without interruptions!
