This was hands-down the worst massage I have ever received! We did a couples massage and one of the masseuse kept going in and out of the room to service people that were coming into the building because they did not have a receptionist. You could hear everything out in the hallway, which made for a really disruptive experience the entire massage The cherry on top was the masseuse taking a phone call to book someone's massage during our massage while we were in the room. Each time they stopped actually massaging. So not only was it disruptive, but one of us didn't receive our full one hour massage. When we left and it was time to pay, she tried to say that we still owed more after giving the gift certificate because they did a deep tissue massage which we did not book I gave her the gift certificate that was enough for two massages and gratuity and left I can confidently say I will never come back here read more

Had a two-hour massage today with Alice. Holy cow. It was incredible. Room was clean and very comfortable. Had warm oil and hot stones as part of the massage. I went in for an appointment that my boyfriend booked for me and they did not to have it on the record. They were really aggressive, and wanted to see my phone to get see the confirmation I had on my phone, I showed it to her several times before she just TOOK MY PHONE OUT OF MY HANDS so she could get a picture of it to send to her supervisor??? I told her it was fine, and I could just leave. She insisted it was okay and then started to send me back. The hallways lights were totally off and kind of unnerving. Before I got into the room she stopped and said I would be charged for the appointment, and I was like yeah that's totally fine, and she just kept saying it at it saying "$80" and then she would change to $90, $85, $95. Eventually I'm like yes that's fine, I know he paid the $25 deposit, so whatever the rest of it is is fine. Then I get into the room, and they're like okay, but they keep a protective foam thing (that looks like a toilet seat cover) on the massage headrest instead of just sanitizing between uses, again not a huge deal but not exactly comfortable or in line with a quality experience. They also don't have any sort of cover or blanket for once you undress that a small grey towel. It overall just felt very cheap. At that point the same woman from the front desk comes BACK INTO THE ROOM!! She's yelling saying I had made the appointment for the 25th (I hadn't that was the date I booked it and the confirmation was sent) At that point I decided it was best for me to just leave. I said I wasn't interested and started to walk away. She was YELLING after me telling me to wait and to come back. Once I actually got out the door, She proceeded to call me, and tell me that I had actually booked the appointment for 11am and not for 2:30. I just hung up because again I had already told her I was no longer interested in receiving the massage. she then proceeded to call me. 5. MORE. TIMES. The whole experience was awful from start to finish. To be fair to them, because I'm really big on transparent and honest reviews. My boyfriend did mix up the times, and we really had booked for 11, that 1000% was our bad. But because their onsite check in/book keeping system is a literal piece of paper, there was a TON of confusion. But even with that mistake, the level of aggression and lack of hospitality I was met with while sorting through the confusion was honestly shocking. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE when there are plenty of other massage parlors in the area. 0/5 stars. A V O I D. read more

My husband and I just left there after a wonderful couples massage. We called ahead and when we arrived, we were taken right back. The place was clean, very inviting, and some nice music playing. Although, once the massage started, I didn't really notice the music. It was so relaxing. The massage went the full ninety minutes and was heavenly. We both loved every minute of it. One comment I will make, while there was no funny business going on, leave your modesty at the door. But we are both ok with that. And even though we live 2 hours away, we will be back. read more

Who would have thought.....so I decided to try Oasis spa in a little strip center close by my house. I have been getting monthly massages for years and know a good one when i get it. I was shocked at how good they were. I've had a couple of different people and was extremely pleased with all of them. Nina is my favorite. If you want a great deep tissue massage she's the one. I went to Oasis Spa today because I slept wrong on my neck and had pain in my neck and shoulders. I called ahead and scheduled a 30 minute massage. My masseuse was very nice, and when started the massage asked if it was okay or if I wanted more pressure. At various times during the massage she would ask again to check on me. On top of that, the massage was a really good massage! At the end, they even did a hot stone treatment, which I had never experienced before. It was pretty neat! I'd recommend anyone looking for an affordable massage to try this place. read more
