The therapists conversed with each other in their own language during the entire massage and we couldn't relax. The room was very cold and I asked 3 times if they could turn on the space heater but they seemed not to understand English. When we left the therapist was angry about no tip even though she was the one who refused the amount I wanted to leave. She was yelling and very angry. We will never go back. This is a Scam place you guysss!! They speak no English and asks us to pay up front before our service was even done. And they asked us to pay 70$ with 3$ service fee for each transaction plus the tip. When I looked up their website, the name was different on their website which was weird and the price was also different.. it was 60$ on the website. When we asked them about the price difference, the owner was shouting and trying to say it is only 70 and says it's a scam website. If it's a scam website, why do they have their own phone number on their website? After all this too, we decided to get it done as it was last minute but we told them we'll pay after the service is done. He started yelling and asked us to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage by April. She was firm when necessary, checked in to make sure I was good periodically, and paid attention to detail. The overall experience was good, though some scheduling issues made the experience less than it should've been. As a gift, I was supposed to receive a 4-hand massage. The option apparently wasn't available online so the purchase was made as a couples massage to schedule two therapist. It didn't work out that way. I still enjoyed it and wouldn't mind scheduling again. I'd advise scheduling through the phone to ensure you get what you want (if you want something special or out of the norm). Notice, the Groupon was for Avia Spa in Carmel but when I called to make the reservation they asked if I wanted to go to their Noblesville location. Wish I would've known the Noblesville location was under a different name. Very professional someone was at the front desk to greet us. We were escorted back to the couple's room and give them time to get ready and be on the table. Both masseuses were very professional and asked to make sure what part of the body we wanted them to concentrate on as well as how deep did we want the deep tissue massage. First - like many (nut not all) foot spa's, their definition of a foot message includes every part of your body . . . but in an open room with all your clothes on (minus footwear of course). That is either a pro or a con, depending on your preference. It is q good massage for $25 bucks no doubt. But the overall experience suffers. Example - upon leaving and paying . . . and including the recommended 20% tip, I was pushed to pay more. I did, but it could keep me from coming back. I started thinking to myself is this some kind of deep tissue massage that I have never encountered before? I was confused, in pain, and so I leaned away from her hands and she grabbed me back down and said to relax again so I started trying to focus on my breathing and by the time I realized I didn't hear anyone smacking and yanking at my sister's limbs she was at my head massaging that. Now I am at home in PAIN!!! FROM A MASSAGE!!! I at least want my money back. No one even communicated anything to me after the massage. Except to take my money. I was so confused. Update: This place has been my favorite for a couple of years, and the only foot spa I'll go to anymore. Unfortunately, it has gone through a few changes and has gradually gotten worse, although the price has gone up. Today was bad enough to write a review. They were completely understaffed, and even though there were only the two of us there, each time someone came in the door, my girl got up and went to the front desk. This happened 3 times, and each time she came back, she was more rushed and the massage got worse and worse. The final time she came back, she and the other massage girl started whispering then talking the rest of the time. When she told me I was done before my friend was, it sure didn't make much sense, especially since I had lost at least 10 minutes with her leaving and helping walk-ins. I went to this spa this morning for the full body one hour massage for the $48 promotional price on Yelp. I had a 10:15am appointment so I arrived around 10:05am to be a bit early. My only complaint is that the spa didn't open until 10:15 though its hours say they open at 10am. Once I got in, I was greeted and brought right back into a room with massage tables. The room was dimly lit and it had nice ambient sounds and soft music. The masseuse was really nice and always asked if I was okay or if anything was painful. It was a really nice and relaxing massage. My favorite part was the hands and feet. Also, I told the masseuse that I often have troubles with the back of my neck and he took a lot of time to work on that area. The massage definitely lasted an hour; if not, a few minutes more. Prepaid for a massage at mocee salon/spa, but we were told it's really Avia spa. Anyway, when we showed up the door was locked. We called and were told to go to Longevity Spa (15 min away!). Longevity is a foot spa and the people were nice/it was clean enough. But if you are looking for a real massage (i.e. anything more than a rub down), don't waste your money. read more

Massage is the best thing anyone can do for their body. Having experienced dozens of massages from destination spas across the country I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Longevity. I wasn't expecting a world class massage, but that is what I got. My Mother was at Riverwalk nursing home which is across the highway from Longevity. I'd never tried a foot spa and decided to try. That was 3 years ago and I have been going ever since. I've tried a couple of foot spas around Indy but Longevity is my favorite. It's a quiet and respectful environment. My friends and I had an appointment at this place today and we will never go back. Our appointment was at 11 and they were not prepared for us. We had to wait 20 minutes for one of the massage therapist to get there. She came in and didn't say hi and smelled of cigarettes. She didn't wash her hands and proceeded to massage my face. This is an EXCELLENT spa for a relaxing experience anytime. I travel a lot for my job, usually driving more than flying. The massage was outstanding for relieving stress in my neck, shoulders and lower back. I even enjoyed the extended foot massage, which was my first. I didn't know what to expect but quickly relaxed enjoying the professional attention by the staff. The atmosphere is soothing as well. I definitely plan to visit Logevity Foot Spa again and again. Although I have seen many positive reviews of this "spa", I seriously question what type of "spa" they are running? I had visited this foot spa with a girlfriend and had high remarks. Unfortunately after a minor car accident I was suffering from sciatica and decided to walk in one evening for an unexpected massage to relieve the pain. I was taken to a massage room past the foot spa area I had been to before. After a good 30 minutes, I was touched inappropriately and offered "a pleasurable ending". WTH? I was there for what I thought was a honest attempt for holistic pain relief! I quickly left the facility and drove home. My friend contacted management the following day for clarification of services offered and to politely let it be known what occurred and was told I would receive a refund. NEVER HAPPENED!!!! They are obviously running a shady business in Noblesville and I have told every friend I know to avoid the facility! Especially friends with young daughters! I should've gone to the police like I said I would but unfortunately concerned with my name getting "out there." I am angry and shocked that they have never tried to shut me up over this issue! LADIES....DO NOT VISIT LONGEVITY SPA in NOBLESVILLE! It is not the "foot spa" they are fronting as a business! It is an obvious shady skank parlor! Share with your friends and neighbors!
