Two days ago I saw Michael the massage therapist, followed by Yolanda for manual lymph decongestion, for low back pain and inflamed lymph nodes that had been increasing for months. They both did a great job. Michael softened up the sore muscles, then Yolanda expertly moved the stagnant lymph out to where it needed to go. Not only that, she diagnosed the cause for the condition (my trying the carnivore diet months ago) with an expertise I find nowhere else. The next day my pain was down by 2/3, and today it's nearly gone. I heartily recommend Be Well for any nagging pain or lack of flexibility that you may have.
