My doctor recommended I get a foot massage. I called Foot Loose this morning and they were able to get me in today! I got the 90 minute combined foot and body massage. I have to admit that parts of the massage were uncomfortable because of my tense muscles and tight tendons, but I left relaxed and much less tense. Everyone was very nice and the rooms were cozy and inviting. I think the hot stones were my favorite part! They gave me a card that they will mark each time I come in and the 10th will be free! I plan to start having foot massages regularly (as my doctor has advised) and also treat myself from time to time with the package from today. read more

Just left here feeling very uncomfortable. The masseuse was a male which isn't necessarily an issue but this time it was. I've never had a massage where my side boob and between my upper thighs get touched. It also felt like he rubbed his "junk" on my hands as he stood at the side of the table. I have been here before and had liked the experience but what i had today was just not good and im not one to even leave reviews. my friend and i first walk in with no appointment (which they say they take walk ins) and whoever greeted me was upset that i had no appointment (even though we were the only customers in). then we get settled on the bed and not even 15 seconds in but the masseuse my friend had was trying to convince her to get a different massage for more money (which i understand offering more services but when we say no, we mean no) after my friend had repeatedly said no. she then stopped my friends massage to come over to me to try to convince me after we both had said no multiple times. then after we did she huffed and puffed and then she and my masseuse proceeded to talk angrily for 5-7 minutes after we said no. then the entire hour of a massage felt so rushed and they seemed zoned out. it was not even a massage. it was patting our backs and stopping multiple times as if they were just angry with us. i was disappointed because i had a good experience the first time but this just was not worth the money spent. read more

I've been struggling to find a good inexpensive masseuse here in Indy. I had two fave masseuses in Boston where I used to live, so not finding one here was a bit frustrating. Then I spontaneously decided to get a massage today at Foot Loose since I've been feeling so burnt out. Plus, their prices cannot be beat! I have been to other massage places in the area and this one is just as good if not better. They do a great job of the feet portion and may focus on it a bit longer than others which I liked. This was the first massage I have ever gotten as was very pleased with the experience. It was a very relaxing atmosphere, but is a large room with other tables. We were the only people there at the time though. They were very efficient, professional, and thorough. I was a little unsure going in but was able to relax and was very glad I went. Today instead of going with chi chi, Gloria wanted me to try a different Massage therapist so she suggested Linda. Linda blew my socks off. At 1st i thought she is so small but little did i know she carried a punch. Not only did she have different moves and able to stretch me more i went away feeling really good and now i feel rejuvenated. So when you go there ask for Linda. Linda's only draw back is she knows no english...lol My experiences with Gloria and footloose massage if you want a great work out ask for the A package and add 15 minutes to the full massage. My fiancé booked me a 30 min massage here and it had been years since I got a massage. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The massage was great and the woman at the front desk was very sweet. My fiancé came with my 1 year old and while he was getting his massage and I was in the lobby with my baby the woman at the front was playing with us and just being so sweet. Got bed bug bites from this place. I got the 35 dollar massage (foot and back) basically full body a few days ago. The massage was good especially the back massage. The foot part was all right BUT Be careful with bed bug bites!!!!!!! My friend who got the massage the same day I did also got it but it was on the neck :( read more

This was a complete surprise! I've had massages in the past, but nothing like this. I got the $60 an hour massage with the heated stones (I was afraid of the heated stones because I've never had them before) but it was fantastic! Coco was my masseuse and she was very professional and did a great job. She asked me if I wanted a soft, medium or hard massage and I Elected for medium... Thank goodness! For a $25 hour long massage I don't think I could ask for much more. The place was nothing special but the price point was phenomenal! Obviously it was out of their control but there was a man that was snoring extremely loud for the 1st half of my massage and since it's a big open room it was very distracting, once again it was only $25 though. They did a good job massaging your entire body. They did focus a lot of the head so maybe next time I'll ask for a little more focus on other areas but I will definitely be back for a next time! read more

I was driving down County Line Road a week ago and saw a sign for this spa. I've seen foot massage places all over town but I've never tried one before. On impulse, I decided to give it a try. Although I have nothing to compare it to, I was well-pleased by the massage I got here. First, I was surprised that there was much more to a "foot massage' than just the feet. The lady who took care of me started by massaging my arms, then did my feet, then gave me a head and scalp massage that was absolutely delightful, and finished by massaging my back. Second, I was surprised at how relaxed I was at the end. I think it was the head and scalp massage that did it, but at the end of the session I felt better than I have after a regular body massage. The service was friendly, the spa is clean, the ambiance was soothing, and the chairs are incredibly comfortable. Yesterday I went back for a second visit. I called in to book a 90 min massage. They told me they had availability and to come in. I drove 25 minutes to their location and when I arrived they asked me to have a seat for a few minutes. After waiting 10 minutes I was told they called a masseuse to come in for my service but it would be 30 minutes until she would arrive. I said that would not work for me, it was too long to wait. They said ok come back some other time. This is so disrespectful of people's time and completely unprofessional. I left immediately w no massage and another 25 min drive home. read more

My first visit here was for pain in my arms. They gave me a great deep tissue massage which made an immediate improvement. Then I had a problem with my leg and again the deep tissue massage helped. They found a couple of muscles that I didn't even know were tight. The facility is clean and the staff is professional, respectful and courteous. read more

Updating my 10/15 review: I have been coming here for 2 years, never fully satisfied...but, hey... I'm a sucker for a massage at a good price. I also tend to give people the benefit of the doubt... So I kept letting subpar services slide. But, my kindness and continued business had to stop! I didn't even think it was possible to receive the level of bad service and unprofessional behavior experienced. During my last massage, I came in 50 minutes before close. I ASKED if they had time for one more. He mumbled yes. At that point, I should've just left because he mumbled the yes...But he said YES!! Was I supposed to say, "You don't sound very enthusiastic, so I'm guessing that's a no. Should we reschedule?" I was more than willing to reschedule for the next day because it was an impulse to stop after driving by and seeing the open light. But, since he said yes... It would've been awkward at that point if I just turned around and walked out because he mumbled the 'yes'. Besides, anyone can have an attitude about having to work and still do a great job! Pull it together if you want the business and a tip! This guy literally took out his frustration on me during my massage. And not in the heavy handed sense that foot massage places are typically known for (I mean heck...That's why most of us come). His strokes were more rushed and he literally huffed and puffed in my ear like a 12yo who was asked to clean his room. He didn't even do my left arm, wrist or hand. Skipped the entire thing!!! At the end, they usually roll your pants leg back down. Not him. He stood up and said "okay" and walked to the register to wait for me. Didn't hand me the basket with my glasses either, so I fumbled in the dimly lit room gathering my items. I felt somewhat ashamed bring treated so crudely. I wanted to say something, but I felt guilty for coming in late. But, now (I waited a few months to write this review so I didn't do it in anger), I realize...NO... That was crappy service. And with another foot massage place (where I have also started a frequent visitor reward card) literally around the corner (in the plaza closer to US-31), I will chalk up the visits I have stamped on my card for this place as a loss! Not even close to worth it. The other place is beautiful, professional, and maintains the SAME LOW PRICE! So bye, bye Footloose. I can't justify supporting your business any longer. Had a chance to visit this foot massage place in Indy today. To date I have checked out about 6 including this place in Indy. I know these type places are popping up everywhere in the Indianapolis area. This one is located across from the Greenwood mall off of County Line road. There "stated" rate is $40 for an hour massage, which is kinda high given the prices of the other places in town. However with a coupon you can get it down to $25 which isn't bad. There set up is like all the others, what I did like was that before the massage started I was asked if I wanted a soft, medium or hard massage. This is the first time I have been asked and requested the medium. I was also asked if there was any where I would like concentrated on and I said my right shoulder area which she did. Overall just like the other spots, these ladies/guys work a more presure point type massage which at times can be a bit painful, but the lady today could sense that and asked if I wished for her to back off a bit and in some cases I did. Overall I was very satisfied with my foot/back/head/arm/hand/leg massage and would consider returning. read more

Horrible visit! I actually got up and left. The lady who did my massage was also the receptionist too. So every time the phone rang or someone came in or needed to pay she'd stop and go do whatever she needed to do. She wouldn't even say anything. She just got up and left. I was laying there and said if she gets up one more time I'm leaving. Of course she did, and so did I ! I got up and left. At the desk she asked what was wrong, I told her. She said hmmm. Took my husband there today at 2pm to get him a massage. The worker said she was busy, come back at 4:30. Came back at 4:30 and another woman was behind us that she told to come back at 4:30 as well. She took the other lady in and told us she was busy again. I won't be going back there. read more

The service was terrible. Massage bad as well Tulip is my normal place to go but was booked so I thought I would try this place. Big mistake. The receptionist was also the one giving me my massage and yes she did answer door and phone the entire hour and talked to other person working there the entire hour tried setting up someone right beside me and hurrying around spilled the bucket of water then came back to me so basically I got about 35 minutes tops out of my hour massage and it was very bad untrained type of massage. I gave her the hourly cost but no tip and she was outraged. I explained to her she left 9x and when she was there she talked to other person when it should be quiet or light soothing music playing. She shops me out but I will not rip for that kind of service and I will not be back. I wish ii would have seen the reviews before going there. I only gave them a star to make sure it doesn't accidentally give them 5 stars. read more
